This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a short drive (15/20 minutes) to downtown Springfield, or downtown Northampton. The room was spacious, very clean, and the breakfast nook was very well-stocked. Not far off the highway and John was extremely easy to communicate with! Would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the greater Springfield area!

Clean and great for our overnight stay!

John’s home was the perfect place to stay for a last minute getaway. It was clean, in a great location, and John even gave recommendations for things to do around the area. The coffee nook and added goodies were much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a gem of a place! Warm, cozy, comfortable, and full of lovely treats. I felt completely pampered with the comfy bed, big tv, refreshment area with a fridge, wine glasses, coffees, and treats. I brought my dog and John had even left a bowl, water, and treats for him! I have no idea why a previous person said it was cold. There was a great big heater! Can’t wait to return.

John's place is great! The location good for what we needed. The room was comfortable, clean, and pretty. Bonus: the kitchenette with silverware, snacks, and coffee.

This was a great place to stay. Clean, well equipped and close to our destination. Ashleigh went overboard making sure we were welcome and comfortable. We hope to return again for the next Christmas holiday.

Our stay here was fantastic. The space and layout was quite large and open. Everything was kept very neat and clean. There was also such a lovely level of hospitality shown by having bathroom amenities as well as coffee, creme and small breakfast snacks available. Ashleigh was easy to contact and very flexible with our checkin. A perfect place to stay!

The apartment was perfect for our brief weekend away in Western Mass. Close to lots of local interest spots, quiet neighborhood, & a very helpful & communicative host. Would recommend without reservation.

So much good to say about Dean and his house. By far the best B&B I have stayed in for the money. Dean leaves so many amenities for guests. What impressed me was a pair of reading glasses for guests. If you ever forget yours you will appreciate this little gesture. All the toys and his abstract paintings were a delight to study.

Dean is an amazing host, with tons of stories about Holyoke and all the different artifacts in the home. The room itself is spacious and comes with many amenities including books and games if you get stuck inside because of the cold weather or rain. Access to the art studio was a great touch and helped us reconnect to our artistic sides and this came through because Dean shared his own experiences. The location is really close to the trails of Mt. Tom and to a couple of local shops in town which are down the block. It's not too far from downtown Holyoke (about a 20 min walk).

Dean's space is beautiful, warm and peaceful, with great color everywhere and a delightful collection of art and artefacts. It's extremely convenient to the interstate but at the same time quiet. Dean gave me two tips (about local places for minor car repairs and breakfast) that saved me time and money. Very thoughtful details, as well.

Dean is a kind and caring host. House is awesome, really an art and antique museum. Room was clean and comfortable. Wished I had more time here and will definitely be back.

No bells and whistles - just a private and clean space close to Cottage Street in Easthampton. You have off-street parking, your own entrance, private bathroom with shower, and control your own thermostat. Roxana was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, and it felt just right for the price.

Second week at Joan’s place; still having a great time!

My stay at Joan’s has been great; she is a lovely and approachable woman and I’ve had some very fun and enlightening conversations with her. The room setup is as described, a nice queen-sized bed, bathroom access, clean sheets and towels, and even a small fridge in case you want to store leftovers. The decorations are cute and give me the impression she has been to many places and is open to many kinds of cultures and people. I haven’t had many questions, but would not hesitate to ask her if I did. This is not my only week staying at her place!

Wow! Such a nice man Degaulle was! The house is big and beautiful! He gave my girlfriend and myself local places to check out the next time we were there, chatted with us and got to know us a little bit, and his hospitality was just amazing! The bedroom was nice and the bed was very comfortable. He puts a lot of work into making sure his guests have a nice stay, you can definitely tell! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking at this place to stay it's affordable and well worth every penny and I will definitely be back again!

I loved staying in the Blue Room in Athena's home. I felt welcome, safe and cared for. I appreciated the feeling of privacy and rest that the private room provided. The room is exactly as described and as it appears in Athena's photos. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the sunlight in the room is beautiful, the shared bathroom is fine. Parking is no stress, as you just park in back of the house. A restaurant and a good coffee shop are right around the corner, a two-minute walk away and it's an easy 10-minute walk to the main streets of town. Athena is lovely, friendly, positive, relaxed, welcoming, kind. I would stay with her again.

She’s got a convenient location to the surrounding shops and eateries, so staying a few days for work was pleasant experience. Athena's house is magical! It is just around the corner from Joe's Pizza House, which my son loves to visit. It is a charming house, very comfortable and clean and Athena is the best host. We keep returning to her every time we visit Northampton.

I stayed here for a longer stay (about a month) while new to the area. It was the perfect place to land! I felt very welcome, and it was really easy to communicate with the hosts. The entire house is very clean and everything works well. Sue and Dave are both super nice people who will make you feel comfortable in their home. Would definitely book again!

Great space in South Hadley! I stayed for the night and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Check in was easy (use of a key code at the door). I didn’t get to meet the hosts, but their house was beautiful and well-decorated. The room was large and comfortable. A heated blanket, fridge, keurig, coffee, tea and kettle were all provided in the room. I’ve never seen that before in an Airbnb room. I wish I could stay there longer! Thank you guys for a wonderful stay!

Julie and James are great hosts - very friendly and welcoming! They communicated well with us before and during our stay, and the house was really great for our needs as an extended family staying together for graduation weekend. Neighborhood is beautiful with trees all around, and the common living room has wonderful view of trees/nature out back. We would definitely stay there again.

James and Julie’s home is in a beautiful setting. The drive there is gorgeous. Their home was perfect for our family when in the area for our son’s college graduation. We made dinner at home and Julie made it so easy for us. Everything was comfortable, and most of all, clean. We had a fantastic stay and hope to return!

I couldn’t have stayed in a better place than Tian’s house! Felt like home far from home during these 4 months :) The neighborhood is quiet, room is big and luminous (3 windows!) and practical with a walking closet, bathroom right across the room on the landing. If you stay long enough to have access to the kitchen, a multitude of equipments are available, including a dishwasher, kettle, two stoves (one gas, one electrical) and two ovens, which is very practical! Tian is always happy to have a chat with you and is always caring and available by text message if you need to contact him! Py, his cat, is adorable and will happily come into your room if you let her :) Again, thank you for this great experience. I recommend Tian’s house to everyone whether it’s for a short stay or a long stay!

The White Rose was an incredibly convenient and very comfortable spot in what was a hot and muggy weekend. The suite was spotless and had everything we needed for our weekend stay.

The guest suite is very nicely designed and feels surprisingly spacious for its size. It’s very comfortable. It has an outdoor patio of its own that is very private feeling, which added a great deal to our stay.

This is a great place. It lives up to the positive reviews it gets. Close to the action in downtown Northampton. Roomy and clean, heating system works great, as does the internet and tv. Clean with fully functioning kitchen. Safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay here and would gladly come again.

The house is huge and clean, great value for the price! Their are 3 bedrooms each with it's own door for privacy. The house also includes 2 beds on the 1st floor off the Kitchen & Living room. We only stayed for 1 night because it was a last minute reservation, however, we would love to return and experience the neighborhood when it gets warmer. I'd recommend this place... my dad loved it :-)

I had to stay in town again and the first place I looked was here. When I saw it was available on the date I needed there was no reason to look further. Clean and pleasant, I have enjoyed my several stays.

We didn’t see our hosts much, but in our brief conversation they were warm and welcoming. We will be back!

Carol and Erold provide a wonderful space that is clean, bright and comfortable. The beds and pillows are good quality and the appliances are all new and work well. There are plenty of plush towels, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, some cleaning supplies and quality soap (shower, bathroom sink and dish detergent). I particularly enjoyed that eco-friendly products were provided. Additionally, the shower has excellent pressure. Basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, teas, some condiments, cooking oil, etc were also available, which was a very nice touch. The communication was easy and fast and Carol made sure to check on how the stay was going after we got settled (through Airbnb website). The location was absolutely perfect too. It was a 7 minute drive into Amherst centre but far enough away to be nice a quite. I would highly recommend a stay at the Bailey’s Apartment.

The place of Carol and Erold is even better than we can see in the pictures! Everything was clean, organised and working. I spent 7 days with my husband and baby and we felt very comfortable. We do recommend the place!

Look no further...Carol and Erold's place is a great home away from home. The location is located with quick access to Amherst, Northampton, and South Hadley (all within a 10-15 minute drive). The peacefulness, quiet, and amenities were perfect for a weeklong getaway in Western MA. Their airbnb has a full kitchen, great bathroom, two rooms, and a living room space. It was a great stay and I'd definitely return when/if I'm in the area again.

We arrived by Amtrak about 2 blocks away. Super convenient location for art and music lovers. Many great restaurants too. All within walking distance. No car needed!

Eric is the best host you could ask for. I’ve been going back for years now, and his place feels like a second home to me. It’s an easy walk from the Iron Horse, Calvin Theater, and the Peter Pan terminal.

Eric’s apartment is perfectly located in the center of Northampton. The directions for check in were simple and easy to follow and the apartment itself is beautiful. The room is just what we needed for the night we were visiting and Eric was a very kind host. We thank him again for a great stay!

Garth and Liz's place was conveniently located for access to Mount Holyoke College and the Northampton/Amherst area as well. They are superb communicators which allowed the visit to run smoothly. The place was very clean! They were kind enough to provide fresh milk for our coffee when we arrived as well as flannel bedding for the chilly weekend. We highly recommend both the place and the hosts.

I was in town for a Mount Holyoke conference and the location could not have been better for an on campus event. The space was very clean and comfortable and didn't lack for anything. I am frequently on campus for various volunteer activities and will definitely consider this space again in the future and recommend it to anyone else who finds they need a space near campus - it definitely beats the drive back and forth to Chicopee or Hadley. I only wish I had more time to enjoy my surroundings.

Great location. Even though it was in a residential area, it’s quick access to RT 91 and 141.

Aimée makes it very easy for travelers to stay in her home. She keeps her house and yard in tip-top shape and is welcoming, responsive and accommodating. I enjoyed our conversations and relaxing on her hammock on the back porch. The room is spacious and as described; for those who are particular about mattresses, it's on the softer side.

Aimee is such a great host! I was there for a month and a half and she really made me feel like I was welcome and shared the space very well with me. Offered dinner recommendations and was a very pleasant person to be around and very professional. The place was always in pristine condition and it was much appreciated. Beautiful neighborhood. Would 100% recommend this place to someone looking for a place to stay for the weekend or longer.

It's a vert cozy, clean, comfortable room for the one person or a close couple. I stayed in this lovely room for a week. My daughter spent the last night with me, we didn't feel any crowded. Aimee is very friendly, her dog is also cute and very smart. I recommend it to you.

I moved here for work and needed a last minute place to stay in. For the price to reserve this room compared to others in the area is a great value for a few days. The simplicity of the room is what makes it unique. The area you're in is quiet, safe and peaceful. Great experience overall

Liam's place is very peaceful, private, and sparkling clean. Lots of meditation books on the shelves in case you need help decompressing. :) The house is situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood in the shadow of Mt. Tom...gorgeous, and just a few miles south of Easthampton and Northampton. Very convenient.

Comfy, cozy and convenient! Would definitely recommend Only thing to note is that there are no outlets by the bathroom mirror so it makes doing any hair styling a little more difficult if that is important to you. It is a lovely space though.

It was a great place to get away and experience somewhere new. It is in the suburbs. There are a few local breweries, dispensaries, and a casino but otherwise not too much to do at least in the winter. Overall it was a great trip. Liam was always quick to respond, the place was clean and cozy, and I would recommend if you are looking to stay in this area

Amazing bnb close to Mount Holyoke. Everything was as described, or better! The host was friendly and offered local suggestions during our stay. Be sure to order breakfast if possible, it was delicious!

Very clean and beautiful space! The private bedroom upstairs does not have a bathroom so you do have to walk down the stairs if you need to use it but thankfully that wasn’t an issue for us! We would definitely come back if we find ourselves back in the area

Amazing Airbnb experience. The place is so clean. The second floor space is huge and the kids loved it. There is also a huge yard for the kids to run around. Pat is fantastic and she really cares about her guests. Don't skip the breakfast! Especially if you have kids.

The best house ever! Every little detail was well thought of. Little lamp beside the switch in case you can’t find it, cardboard games in the drawer beside the sofa, the perfect amount of plates and silverware.... As a perfectionist, my desire for perfection was very well satisfied. Plus, the garden is stunning and the house is super clean! Pat was so friendly and welcoming. You should definitely order breakfast if you stay! The breakfast was definitely under priced. There were a variety of food options and she has amazing cooking skill. We had a wonderful conversation at her beautiful house. We were amazed by her ability of keeping all her houses (plus gardens) so clean and neat. Overall, a house equivalent if not better to a five star hotel, a home as warm as the fireplace in the winter.

Amazing stay! Pat was quick with her responses and super nice. She was there when we arrived and introduced almost everything in the property to us. They provided shampoo, lotion, soap, hairdryer, which was very considerate. The property we lived is very close to the bus stop. It only took us 4 minutes to walk there. In addition, it is very clean, spacious and well-equipped. I definitely would recommend staying there. Thank you!

Comfortable room, good neighbors

I stayed here for three weeks and commuted to UMass Amherst daily. The area is safe and quiet, and the house is very clean and well kept. It gets a little warm in August, but Tony’s mom left me with a few fans that kept my room nice and comfy. Definitely a good deal compared to more expensive places in the area!

Good neighbourhood and good value accommodation.

This space was a great home away from home. I did a long-term stay for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it. The room was comfortable, quiet, and private, while the common areas allowed an opportunity to socialize with other AirBNBers in the house. Between all of us, a lot of delicious cooking happened in the shared kitchen. There was plenty of space to park my car, and being halfway between Amherst and Northampton made it easy to explore both towns. The room itself was nicely furnished with a big bed, lots of pillows, desk-space, and a great high-backed chair to read Dickens in. Providing candles was a really nice touch. I definitely recommend this space!

We stayed at Tony's house for 2 nights and his Aunt Laurinda checked us in. It was in a safe convenient location and comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our very first experience using AirBnB app. I was sceptical of the app at first...but the Host gave us a wonderful first Airbnb experience! His house is very stylish and very clean! The host is friendly, understanding and accommodating. What I liked the most is the Host respects guests' privacy and will not bother unless a guest needs him. The location is good too. A stay at Kate and Debby's is so easy. You let yourself in and then enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay, chock full of all the amenities you might need, cozy and comfortable and close to downtown Northampton for great shopping and dining options. Kate and Debby are super quick to respond to questions and make sure everything is just right at check-in. This was my second stay and I will be back!

It is a cozy place right outside a mountain park, and a 15 min drive away from Northampton. Damien was a great host and communication was very easy, I would definitely recommend it!

Damien's place is attractive and comfortable with all the amenities needed to be a home away from home. The location is spectacular, with a lovely view and opportunities for hiking out the backdoor. All this and only a few minutes to I-91 and Northampton.

Damien's home is great. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful stay with access to a great place to go for some nice hikes, this can/t be beat.

This is a fantastic spot for a quiet getaway in lovely Easthampton. The location at the base of Mt. Tom is incredible - no traffic noises at all and although we didn't stay long enough to catch any glimpses of wildlife we've no doubt you would if you stayed for more than a night. Check-in/check-out was easy and straightforward and Damien was quick and responsive in his communication. The space was immaculate and we tend to have high standards for this! The apartment is roomy and would easily accommodate multiple people. We would absolutely stay here again!

My friend and I loved staying here and wanna come back for future trips! We were doing a New Year’s retreat just trying to get out of Boston and into nature. This was perfect. The closet bed is so great if you love cozy spaces like me. The princess bed is perfect if you’re into that like my friend. Everything was easy and when our car got stuck in the snow trying to get out of the driveway the host came out to help. Great location and great time!

Wonderful stay at Athena's home! Communication, finding her home and getting in were easy.

I so appreciate Athena's place - I have stayed there several times and the location is perfect for my needs - walking distance to many things in Northampton and a short drive to Mount Holyoke. The Pink Room is very comfortable. I loved having the company of Blue the cat this visit.
