The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. It is located on the first floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
