Welcome to your accommodation in Pozuelo de Alarcón. This cozy first-floor space combines modern design and functionality. Access is via stairs (the building does not have an elevator). The studio offers an open-plan concept with a partial privacy solution: 🛏️ Bedroom: Double bed and storage for clothes, visually separated from the living room by a curtain for added privacy. 🛋️ Living Room: A spacious area with a double sofa bed, a Smart TV that works with streaming apps, giving you access to entertainment on all your subscription platforms, and large windows that create a great sense of spaciousness. 🍴 Kitchen: A separate, fully equipped room with a 3-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and complete kitchenware. 🚿 Bathroom: A modern, full bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, and basic toiletries. ⭐Amenities and climate control: Air conditioning and radiators ensure year-round thermal comfort. 🧼Washer/dryer available for your convenience. 🅿️ Parking included: If you are arriving by car, the apartment has parking spaces available, but availability is limited. Please let me know if you will need parking so I can check availability for your reservation dates and allow you to make arrangements if needed. 🔔 IMPORTANT: The water system uses an individual electric water heater. Moderate consumption is recommended; if the water runs out, the refill time is approximately 30-40 minutes.

Retiro Park Industrial House

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

Public transport a few meters to get to the capital, shops and nearby leisure area. Possible noise from Monday to Friday due to the nearby school and construction.
