Ground floor: you will find a kitchenette with electric hobs, fridge, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, a small shower room. Upstairs: toilet, living room with sofa bed 90 x 190, a large bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 (new bedding), TV. Please note the stairs are steep.

(190 X 90) Shared courtyard with the main house, there is room to park cars. The house is located in a village on the road to Bayeux. It has good insulation and double glazing.
