Quiet apartment with air conditioning ② 3 stops from JR Sapporo station 10-minute walk Private kitchen and bathroom Pick-up and drop-off available

nice to meeting you. I started hosting a private vacation rental in earnest in November 2023. It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment building in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. Recommended for those who want to experience Sapporo life, as it has all the daily necessities. It is a 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station and about a 20-minute walk from Kita 24-jo Station on the subway Namboku Line, which is a bit inconvenient, but there are few cars and you can spend a quiet time. Parking for 1 car is available on the property (reservation required). It is available for 500 yen per day. (This is the parking lot I use every day. I park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to the convenience store 4-minute walk to a drugstore 10 minutes on foot to a supermarket It is a convenient place for living. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facility two stops away. The sofa bed is 170 cm. About ☆transfers We will pick you up at Shinagawa station by car on the first and last day of your stay if possible. I'm sorry if the times don't match up. It has Wi-Fi, a private kitchen, bath and toilet, so I hope you can use it for long-term stays and workations. Air conditioning (cooling only) was installed in March 2025.
