The house is in Malfatano, 1.8 km from the beautiful beach of Tuerredda (including 800 meters of dirt road) The house guarantees privacy and tranquility. The property is about 65 square meters with two bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. The house is equipped with air conditioners. Outside there is a large veranda, a barbecue, a wood-burning oven and a tennis court. Here you can choose to enjoy the private beach (with umbrella and sunbeds), visit the most beautiful beaches of southwestern Sardinia or discover our scenic and archaeological beauties. You will find a bedroom with a sea view, a comfortable sofa bed for two more people, a small terrace where you can use the electric barbecue, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.
