The guesthouse is located in the village of Psarades, which is a traditional mountain settlement of the municipality of Prespes on the southern shore of the lake of Megali Prespa. It is the only village on the shores of Megali Prespa and is a declared traditional settlement. In the village there are taverns, cafes and a grocery store. Guests can take a boat trip in the waters of Great Prespa, a rare experience on the water borders of the three countries.

The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans.
