It consists of a living room (sofa-armchair relax- desk-TV- coffee table) a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso and Italian coffee maker, toaster, teapot...) bedroom with 140 x 190 cm bed, on mattress and a bathroom with hanging toilet. Self check-in and check-out with lockbox. 10-minute walk from train station, UCO, EAG stadium, Lycee.

Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

The Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" is a stone house dating back to the 17th century. The home was renovated in 2019 and can accommodate a maximum of 2 to 8 guests. During the summer (July and August), we welcome a minimum of 4 guests. We don't accept guests on their own. The cottage has free parking for 4 cars in front as well as a terrace and a lawn of 1200 m² located at the back, pleasant for gatherings with family or friends. The gite is fenced.

I will be happy to host you in this apartment located on the 2nd and top floor of a building comprising 3 apartments. You will be located in the city center of Guingamp. The accommodation includes a fully equipped living room with TV, a spacious bedroom, a shower room and separate toilet. The bed will be made upon arrival and you will have 2 towels per person. By car: 30 minutes from Saint-Quay/Paimpol and Saint-Brieuc Bay. 40 min from the Pink Granite Coast (Perros / Trebeurden) Ideal stopover for a pied-à-terre for a couple (1 teenager) as well as for business trips. 2-min walk to the historic center - shops and banks of the Trieux. If available, the hosts will be happy to welcome you or key box.
