Its living room, bathed in light thanks to the curtain wall, opens wide onto the terrace and garden. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, is immaculate. In the mezzanine bedroom, the bed is placed in an alcove. A velux opens up a view of Paimpol Bay and Saint-Rion Island.

Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

The Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" is a stone house dating back to the 17th century. The home was renovated in 2019 and can accommodate a maximum of 2 to 8 guests. During the summer (July and August), we welcome a minimum of 4 guests. We don't accept guests on their own. The cottage has free parking for 4 cars in front as well as a terrace and a lawn of 1200 m² located at the back, pleasant for gatherings with family or friends. The gite is fenced.

Small 20 m2 studio with 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and a small terrace. Very quiet place 5 minutes from the city center and its shops, small city of character with its artisans and its renovated washhouses, beautiful boat trips on the river. Renovated and furnished studio. Good quality sofa bed for 2 people and 1 mezzanine bed that can accommodate 2 adults. No pets allowed. Pontrieux is 20 minutes from the beaches.

The apartment is located right in the heart of downtown Guingamp. It is on the 2nd floor of a beautiful Guingamp building opposite the Basilica. It consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, and a shower room. Upon arrival, the bed will be made, and you will have 2 towels available per person. All amenities are located at the base of the building. There are parking lots nearby to park.

House 5 minutes' walk to the large Val André beach. Recently renovated, it is located on a quiet street in the seaside resort of Val André. Ideal for a family vacation by the sea. It is close to the center of the seaside resort with access via the large pedestrian seawall to the casino, cinema, restaurants, supermarket and marine spa. It is also close to the typical and historic port of Dahouët.

Ideally located between land and sea, this house, fully restored in 2021, offers you the best conditions for a lovely family vacation. The sea and hiking trails (GR 34) are very close: 1.5 km from the Yaudet site, 6 km from the beaches of Locquémeau, 15 km from the pink granite coast (Trébeurden, Trégastel, Perros-Guirec …). 6 km from Lannion city center, 4 km from a shopping area.
