Well equipped Let with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen. A short drive will take you to all of the Gowers fabulous beaches and the salt marshes where the ponies roam free. My property is on the Gower Way - great for walkers/cyclist too. There are sometimes free roaming sheep and cows nearby.

A perfect starting point for exploring Gower and beyond, we offer a parking space right outside and are a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which offers routes to and around Swansea.

It is good for couples or a family, for the beach, or lots of walks, or functions at Oxwich Bay Hotel. New barn conversion, in a quiet location only 10 minutes away from the Gower coast and a choice of at least 5 beaches. Dog friendly max 2. Character barn with slate floors and oak beams. 3 bedrooms 2 en-suite shower and a family bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge so the barn will sleep 8, a single guest bed can be added to the twin/ or a travel cot. Lounge, kitchen & dining area are open plan providing one large family space. Small private garden with table &chairs.

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.
