The house was amazing with plenty of space to host 4 families including 9 children. The pool house was fantastic with a heated pool including a wave machine, night lighting, spa jets, music system, large TV and lots of seating. The garden, backing on to an lovely unobstructed view, is massive with a swing, basketball stand and 2 football goals providing plenty of outdoor activities for the family, as well just great to walk around. The house itself has a beautiful spacious master bedroom (all double bedrooms are large) with another highlight being the annex room which was great for the bigger kids to entertain themselves. The dressing up box for the younger ones was an unexpected bonus. In short, it was a superb house which I highly recommend. Ben and Lucy are great hosts and were on site to greet my family on arrival, there was also good information about the area and amenties to make sure we could make the most of our stay. Thank you Ben and Lucy!!

Beautiful grounds, lots to entertain you with and the best indoor pool, which stayed warm even in early February. Highly recommended

What a fabulous house! Communication very fast. Check in very easy. A lovely welcome hamper set the tone as soon as we walked in. What a weekend! The dining room space was just perfect but plenty of other areas to use too. The pool area was our absolute favourite. The pool is amazing and the wave machine was an excellent addition. We had such a relaxing weekend in the countryside! Pipi was the perfect host and so attentive all the time. Little Oak is such a lovely cute place to stay. The hot tub was definitely the highlight of the weekend! Would definitely recommend and would love to come back at some point! :)

An absolute amazing beautiful place set right in the heart of the Kent countryside. My partner and I booked Pips place for our anniversary and it was by far our best decision. Pip is so welcoming and I kind of left the place wishing I could adopt her as my mum 😊 While she is happy to help, she is also completely respectful of privacy. She recommended a few nice pubs and even put us in touch with a local cabby who picked us up within 30mins everytime. Nice special touches include a hot tub. Fresh OJ and bacon and eggs for the morning. We can't wait to come back in the summer Nick and Lea

Took my teenage daughters to see London with me. This place was amazing. You had everything needed for a great stay. Well thought out manual to explain every feature of the apt. Everything was new and updated. . .it was perfect for the three of us. Super easy to catch trains to Central London to see all the sights!!

It's a very cute 2nd floor studio in Croydon. The bed was super comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and pressure which is what exactly what you need after touring London in the cold. Gary was so quick in responding to anything asked I literally felt as if we must have met. Highly recommend the stay.

Gary and Irina were very thoughtful and responsive. The beds were extremely comfortable and we loved all the little gadgets (touch lamps, shower, etc.). Would definitely stay here again!

Super location, super communication with Esmeralda. Basic amenities, but I guess most people are one-nighters either before or after a flight. All clean and tidy and easy to find thanks to Esme's clear instructions. It should be noted that the walk is not for everyone once it is dark.

My fiancee and I spent 3 very pleasant nights in Esmeralda & Kerry's space. Comfortable, charming, clean, heated, close to the airport (GTW), beyond, of course, the attention of Esmeralda & Kerry.

Esmeralda’s place was exactly what we needed to get a few hours of rest in between flights. We weren’t able to stay very long and explore the area at all. But I was so please with her quick communication with me to reserve the room for the night so last minute!

The perfect little pit stop! A quiet neighborhood. We had no problems getting in. It is 10 min walk to the airport but we ended up getting a taxi/Uber because it wasn't a great walk with bags in the rain. It was only £7 for an Uber to the airport. The place is smaller then I thought so it's definitely only for 1-2 people to share a bed and shower. Would absolutely stay again on my next layover.

This place is the perfect overnight find as a couple or if you are traveling alone and have an early flight out of Gatwick. Unfortunately I didn’t arrive until the evening and wouldn’t recommend the walk from the airport to the house if you are traveling alone.

This was a great place conveniently located near the Gatwick airport. Was perfect for my early morning flight. Esmeralda gave very detailed instructions on how to check in and how to find the place that I had no issues what so ever getting in. I would say however that if you get in when it’s dark out, or are leaving when it is, the footpath/walk that takes you to the house from the airport is quite creepy and might not be for everyone.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Very easy to check in and out, location a few minutes from the train station. Very easy to reach London Victoria and get onto the tube. Studio was spotless and furniture was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Very well put together place to stay. Perfect walking distance to the station and amenities. Very comfortable bed. Had zero problems from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, didn't have to even meet Gary, I personally put that down as a testament to how well laid out, organised and thought through everything was. Would recommend and would stay again.

This is my second stay in one of Gary’s AirBnB. It was absolutely wonderful! He kept wonderful communication with us throughout our trip. The flat was everything we needed and super comfy! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

This house is really good, although not in central of London. I recommend using the bus to the city centre, the daily maximum fare of £4.5 is quite economical.

Nice clean space that’s close to the East Croydon train station; perfect if you expect to spend most days in or near central London and don’t mind a half hour ride.

Studio 7 is very nice, clean and has everything you need. It is about a 10-minute walk from the train station, making it easily accessible. Gary and Irina quickly answer all questions. The check-in system is great because you can check in and check out independently. All in all a nice stay in London.

Brilliant space in a great location. Gary has provided lots of thoughtful touches and it really was a home from home. Highly recommended to anyone and only a short walk to East Croydon station which is around 15 mins away from Victoria. Brilliant.

Place was clean, close to public transport,any issues we had we received a quick response. Only real issue we had was getting the stove top to work but that was just me not being used to a hob stove top 🙃

Gary’s place was a perfect studio for my husband and I. It was cold out for us but they have a heater and we took full advantage when needed. There was plenty of space for the 2 of us. East Croydon station is the closest train station and it is super convenient to get into Central London. We walked to the station daily and took us about 15mins give or take. Boxpark is right next to the station and there are so many options to choose from. The Breakfast Club became our go to for breakfast before heading to the city. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend for others.

Didn’t realize how far we were from central London when booking. But train was easy to take. Also it’s a 20 minute walk from train station to the place.

We went on Christmas holidays and it was more than magical! The apartment is ideal in a perfect location if you like to be away from all the crowds of the big cities even if you are going to know since it is very close to London by train, I was a little scared because they had told me that the Croydon area was a little bad but the truth is that at any time there was always some movement but everything was very quiet. I hope to return and repeat it has been a magnificent trip, very independent and Gary and Irina are very attentive, any questions or queries are resolved at the moment! They are incredible! Many thanks! Psd: I do not comment on the floor because everything good I can comment falls short ... just say that it is better than in the pictures! It is very beautiful, cozy and modern!

Skyfall is an incredible airbnb where I stayed for 4 weeks. Katie is lovely and the place is just amazing, really the best airbnb I've ever had in the UK. The shower is luxurious and the bathroom is very spacious. I was toasty warm, it was very private, internet works very well, bed is comfortable, and everything went as smoothly as it could. It also it was very reasonably priced. Super clean and exquisitely decorated. Check-in was convenient with self-checkin. Oxted is a lovely, old town with friendly people. Pamela has a clean, warm house, with a beautifully comfortable bed and a lovely hot shower. If you wish to explore the area she has compiled a comprehensive folder detailing features of local historic interest and nature walks. Very impressive.

Small apartment, perfect for 2 people, very cozy. It has all kinds of details, it is very new and truly clean. To say the least, it is somewhat away on foot from the train station, but it is in a good area, quiet and with green areas nearby. There is a nearby bus stop that goes to the center of Redhill. Jaco is a great host, attentive and very detailed. Would definitely repeat!

We enjoyed a brief, but most enjoyable stay. Superb location, extremely quiet, but only 20 minutes away from Gatwick airport. Jayne and Christopher made us both feel incredibly welcome and we chatted like we had known each other for years! I used the space as to get out of the city to do some introspection and make some plans and it was perfect for that. There is an Indian at the bottom of the road that does great food and you are surrounded by a lot of green that there are good trails for running and walking.

A cosy, private, well equipped flat with easy access to Oxted town and station. Beth is a warm and helpful host. We had a fantastic time staying in Beth’s lovely flat. Having lived in London for many years, it was so nice to be surrounded by quiet lanes and rolling hills, but also in touching distance of a local town (15-20min walk), and of course, London. Beth was a great host - always keen to help if we had a query and was very flexible. We would highly recommended.

Amy and David are very nice, friendly and helpful, and the two children are very cute. There is a kitchen for cooking. The location is a bit off, about an hour to the city center, and the price is acceptable. The neighborhood is very quiet no matter what day or night, but I have a single woman walking back at eleven at the latest, and nothing happened, so it should be safe. Overall, the price is very high and the experience is quite good. Returning to the den every day is like going home.

I recommend ! Well placed 25 minutes from London Bridge tube, the room is not very large but it has everything you need and it's clean! very nice and welcoming family thank you!

Amy and her husband David are attentive, friendly and very polite, with whom I talked a lot during my stay, which made everything more enjoyable. the neighborhood is quiet and residential but with close commerce with pubs and markets. Easily accessible to central London with subway, bus and tram options within minutes of the house. A very cool place with great value for money and great hospitality of the hosts.

Nice place, near the train station and very kind hosts. However if you are thinking in letting this room, you have to consider that this is a family house with small children. It can get a little chaotic, if you are not used to

The location isn't very close to centre, but it's easily reachable by public transports. The room is compact but clean and bright with comfortable bed, enough for one person. And Amy and David provide everything needed. They are also both nice and the kids are sweet. I would recommend staying here for the great value.

Jass' place is close to Sutton Common station, which can get you to central London in less than an hour by train and tube. You can reach the high street in less than 10 mins, where there are restaurants, banks, supermarkets, shops and a shopping centre. Jass is very welcoming and tries her best to make the stay cozy and comfortable. The room, toilet and the common areas are very clean and tidy. There is a television and storage spaces in the room. The room faces the main road, which can get a bit noisy at night and in the morning, so some people may prefer having earplugs or earphones on.

I had a lovely stay at Jazz' place. I felt like I was visiting my auntie, that's how comfortable I was. The room is small but big enough for the essentials. The location is great. Not far from the high street but a bit further away from London central so if you have to travel every day, I see how that could be a problem. Theres a TV in the room as well. The only down sides are that the water pressure is pretty bad & that theres a lot of noise coming from the street.

Great location a couple of minutes walk from smart restaurants and convenience store in Oxted town centre. We stayed for two nights to attend a family wedding at nearby Coltsford Mill (taxi fare one way £5 - 10 with tip). Comfortable beds and excellent walk-in en-suite shower. Very high standard kitchen equipment and plentiful breakfast foodstuffs. Quiet road, so good sleep quality. All in all excellent value for money!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa's house, and were all very impressed by the place! It is located close to the train station (with direct links to London central) and there are many wonderful shops, a supermarket and things to see nearby! The rooms were immaculate and we were supplied with all of the amenities we could need. Lisa was very helpful and responsive, and we look forward to booking here again!

We had a wonderful time staying in Lisa's beautiful home! Right from the start Lisa went out of her way to ensure we had all we need for our children, supplying us with cot's, high chairs and also there was an abundance of toys and books. The house was very spacious, and has all the amenities. There is also a large backyard and sunroom which was great when the sun came out. The photos really don't do the house justice! And last but not least, the location was so convenient and just a couple of minutes walk to all the shops, supermarket, cinema, pool and playground. Thanks so much Lisa, we will definitely be staying again when we are back in Oxted :)

Although I had to cancel my stay due to the Covid19 situation, I just wanted to write a note to thank Sarah for being very accommodating with my requests. She was prompt in her replies and was very understanding when I cancelled at such short notice. Seems like a lovely lady.

Sarah is a very welcoming host and her nice house is located in a very accessible area (I personally fell in love with Norwood Junction = Central London in less than 15min). I really enjoyed staying at Sarah’s and would defintely return there.

Both Sarah and her husband were very warm and welcoming. They were extremely flexible and easy going and considered our needs throughout our entire stay there.

The suite is more spacious than it looks in the photos, and was perfect for our extended stay. Sarah was quick to respond to any questions, and was flexible as to checkin/out times. Highly recommended!

The apartment was perfect. It's a part of their home but it's separate (different entrance) so you have complete privacy. It was spotless when we moved in, the amenities all worked well and as the heating had just been installed, the owners were kind enough to show us how it all worked and even set up a routine for the heating for us. They often got back to my messages within an hour or so which was always super helpful - for example, if there was a package I was expecting or if we had an issue with something (something isn't working, etc). There's a nice Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube installed so you're never without something to watch, the kitchen is modern with cutlery included. The bed was comfortable enough for me, I prefer softer mattresses and this was a little harder than I'm used to, but I like REEEALLY soft mattresses so haha. It's not at all uncomfortable is what I am saying. There was plenty of space for mine and my girlfriend's clothes and our belongings in the wardrobe/closet. The only caveat for us was the slow internet. Obviously something out of our control and it's such a minor thing, but the internet is very slow at their property, and when more than one person is using it, it really slows down to the point things on Netflix become very pixilated, YouTube videos don't load, and even apps on my phone can't load things that need an internet connection. Also, as someone who works in the media industry, this was a bit of an annoyance when it came to sending clients video files and finished video projects. It meant I'd have to wait a bit over an hour to send small video files. It's not the end of the world, and it's not a dealbreaker in my books, I mean, I'd stay again knowing the internet is slow since everything else was so wonderful. The other thing, not related to the property though, is that there isn't much to do in Oxted, and also it's one of those places where it's small enough to walk around although it'll take a while but big enough that it justifies a car, even though you're not really driving very far. A walk can take between 15 to 20 minutes to town, but a drive is 5 minutes, sometimes faster if the traffic lights are in your favour. There is a taxi service, but it's 5 pounds each way and that will add up over time. Though it's useful in a pinch. Overall, this place was a saving grace. I happened upon it when I desperately needed somewhere to stay for 2 months before being able to move into my new house, and I am so thankful that Sarah and her family put this place up on Airbnb. They are a nice couple with a nice family and a funny dog who no matter how many times he sees you he will always bark at you, haha. Thanks for having us, Yas and MC.

I stayed for 7 nights in Sarah place. Its a beautiful place to stay .All the basic amenities were available in the apartment. Sarah and Romain were very welcoming . Perfect 1 bed room apartment. Surroundings are beautiful. Garden behind the place is very beautiful and perfect place for a quick walk.Most satisfied and I will happily book it again .

Great place to relax！

We arrived at Sarah's place looking for a comfortable place to stay for two nights with our 4 month old daughter. We definitely found it! Sarah was welcoming, helpful throughout our stay and the apartment itself is a perfect 1-bedroom. Great for a couple, but you could also make it work with a child too. Thanks Sarah, we'll be back!

A lovely quiet flat with plenty of space and well set up for us and our 6-month old baby. The kitchen had the basics for us to cook a couple of meals and there were plenty of towels. The wifi worked well and the washing machine on site was useful. It is a little hard to find on a very quiet street, but there are several grocery stores, a small town center and Oxted station just over 10 minutes walk away. A car is not really necessary, but a flashlight would be handy for walking back late, the streets are not well lit. There are also four lovely little pubs in Old Oxted town center (about 15 minutes walk), we'd particularly recommend The Crown.

I stayed here for a mini staycation with my boyfriend, and it was absolutely lovely. It’s in the beautiful country side, which during my stay was rainy, but the mist enhanced the greenery of the hills. The Roku tv has its own Netflix account on it so you don’t have to worry about logging into yours. It does have Hulu, I believe Disney+, and Prime Video as an option as well, but you have to use your own account for them. For horse lovers, people pass by the house in the morning time and you can hear them. There are many farms nearby, I found it very charming. Since it is in a wooded area.. You can hear owls at night time, and roosters in the day time, which was the perfect touch to this country setting. The inside itself was newly renovated, stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a meal or two. There is no microwave, but there is a slow cooker available as well as a kettle. There is a Sainsburys nearby that has a great selection. The oven took me a second to figure out, but the directions for use were left for us and it turned out to be very easy to use. The beds are extremely soft and cozy, and you can ask for a third if needed. The bathroom is modern and very clean as well. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints and I am very happy with this stay, thank you Maxine!

I had a very good stay in London, the hospitality and help that the first days gave me to adapt was very good, the house is very large and beautiful with everything necessary to have a good visit to London, the only detail is the location regarding to public transport. Highly recommended.

This place was absolutely beautiful and totally spotless, even a mini heater for a chilly night. Fresh towels and more kitchen gadgets than we know how to use. Staying here really helped make our holiday special.

This is a self contained studio in a countryside area 8min from Forest Row. The main advantage is the independence. You get a separate entry, your own little kitted kitchen and private bathroom. This meant that I could save money on eating out too much ( breakfast not included ) . The little downside is that three large walls are exposed to outside and the heating is a bit 'improvised' hence not terribly warm this time of year, but with good will and extra radiators becomes really comfortable. Katherine is very welcoming and quick to respond. It's always wonderful when you have host at the other end which is helpful and accommodating giving you that extra sense of safety away from home. Great location just outside of the town centre and close to Hever Castle. Enjoyed spending time in this little space and the hosts were very welcoming!

WOW! This place was absolutely beautiful, we didn't want to leave! Lovely location, it was so quiet and peaceful. Karen is a great host, both with her welcome to check we were settled, and with the wonderfully thoughtful touches and amenities she provides. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything you could possibly need, even down to the provision of tampons/pads. Very comfy bed too, which meant we were well rested. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

This is a lovely hideaway for a romantic weekend. So many little touches that make staying there a pleasure. Would recommend highly.

Fab location. A beautiful little hideaway near Ashdown forest. Karen provided useful information for the area, and we were surprised to find some breakfast supplies and other little touches. The log fire was a big hit for us!

Really lovely, cosy accommodation. The thoughtful touches were above and beyond any place I've stayed in before. Everything was spotless and it's in a great location for exploring the area. Dot the rescue pooch is super cute too.

Karen’s annex was beautifully decorated and very cosy! Karen has left us some breakfast and lots of little thoughtful touches - things for the dog and the breakfast treats and Prosecco were very much appreciated!! There were some lovely walks for the surrounding area that Karen had provided instructions on that we wish we could have done if only the weather had been kinder. Would love to come back in the summer sometime. Thank you again!

The accommodate is spotless and in a great location. Sadly didnt have the chance to visit the local pub which is literally a few doors away. Amazing little touches such as providing breakfast.
