In winter there is a cross country trail right behind the cabin and you can go on an alpine ski right outside the cabin door and run to the ski resort. The cabin is beautifully located also for hunting, fishing and total relaxation.

We live on a small farm with pets and a kitchen garden. On the outskirts of the yard on the farm there is a detached house from 1979. The house is family friendly and has a great view. It has 5 bedrooms and associated common rooms. With nature reserves and national parks around us on all sides, it is a good starting point to spend your vacation here. Great hiking terrain, short distance to Grimsdalen a mountain valley with free-range livestock and a rich plant and animal life. It is part of the Tour de Dovre cycling route.

You will stay in Øverstuggu, one of about 50 buildings in the historical Kvarberg farm.
