When you pull in the driveway, you'll notice this little place has a surprisingly large yard with mature trees and peonies. Private suite located in lower level of our home, direct entry with key code through the garage. Guests love having immediate access and NO STAIRS!!! 8 Minutes from both main interstates. 15 minutes to downtown, ballpark, zoo, shopping and 20 min from the airport.
