Small apartment located directly on the river with large terrace and beautiful garden not far from the Jagsttal bike path. On scenic trails along the Jagst, you can explore the beautiful scenery. There is direct access to the Jagst, ideal for swimming, boating and stand-up paddling. The cozy apartment has its own entrance with a wardrobe and an open living and sleeping room with beautiful views of the river and nature. The idyllic and quiet location invites you to relax.

The basement apartment is right next to us in the single-family house and has its own entrance, which can be reached from the garden. The apartment is bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you are as excited as we are about a view of the garden and the clucking of 3 chickens, then you have come to the right place. Let yourself be enchanted by the medieval buildings and the charm of the Renaissance. The cozy apartment is located in the beautiful historic old town near a beautiful river. The 400-year-old building has its own entrance to the apartment, has a bathroom and kitchen, and is also ideal for several people. Train station, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, butcher, post office, swimming pool nearby. Where once kings were guests, today the guest is king!

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
