Ein perfekter Rückzugsort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen.

Living by the river

Small apartment located directly on the river with large terrace and beautiful garden not far from the Jagsttal bike path. On scenic trails along the Jagst, you can explore the beautiful scenery. There is direct access to the Jagst, ideal for swimming, boating and stand-up paddling. The cozy apartment has its own entrance with a wardrobe and an open living and sleeping room with beautiful views of the river and nature. The idyllic and quiet location invites you to relax.

Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

A quiet non-smoking apartment with separate entrance awaits you on the 2nd floor of the former distillery of the estate. Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. Modern 2-room apartment near Audi/Lidl. Within walking distance of the city train stop. Ideal for solo travelers and couples! The apartment has its own entrance (ground floor) and a small terrace. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.40 m bed. The second sleeping place is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, also 1.30 x 1.90 meters. The bright, open bathroom area with the mega shower (120 x 110 cm) is very inviting. The toilet is separate!

Cozy, bright attic apartment in a spacious two-family house in a quiet location close to the forest in Weinsberg. Whether artists, commuters, on assembly, hiking, wine and short breaks, whether alone or as a couple, as a starting point for all activities in the diverse Weinsberg Valley, the property is ideally suited. Pantry kitchen (outside the bedroom), private bathroom and balcony offer the necessary independence and retreat.

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.
