The cozy apartment (45 square meters) was renovated in 2024 and can be reached in 5 minutes from the A45 highway connection! Located in the basement of our house, it has a fully equipped kitchen-living room (one sleeping space) with TV and daylight bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The separate bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) offers additional sleeping space for up to two adults. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. REWE is a 2-minute walk away.

All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Apartment is about 45 square meters, a large bathroom with tub, one bedroom. The living room is combined with a kitchenette. Netto market is a 3-minute walk away. The accommodation should be booked for at least two nights, as the cleaning effort is very high; thank you very much.
