Boathouse with private dock. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghy (sailing skills required) can be rented. The vacation rental is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It has an unobstructed view to the south into the Havel region. On the first floor is a combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m² (431 sq. ft.). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. It can accommodate 3 more people.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Cycling, hiking, fishing, water tourism. Pets are not allowed. The house is a non-smoking property. For more than two people, please ask for the price. 1 car parking space on the premises.

Relax in this natural, special and quiet place to stay. In the stylish studio above the workshop, you can enjoy the tranquility and develop your creativity on the weekend. There is plenty of space to paint and model. The large skylights provide plenty of light during the day, and at night you can see the Milky Way from the sofa bed. In the kitchenette you can prepare a small meal. The underfloor heating in the bathroom makes the stay comfortable.

Charming, quiet apartment in the farmhouse with separate access. You will live and sleep on separate levels. The kitchen (freezer, fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, range hood) and the bathroom (double sink, bidet) are fully equipped. You have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious lounge, where you can retreat. Unfortunately, the accommodation is NOT suitable for a stay with children!
