Typical Lotoise house in a charming little village. Located close to major tourist sites such as Rocamadour, Padirac, Collonge la rouge. Swimming place in the Dordogne 3 km facing the cliffs. Hiking trail (Saint Jacques) 100 m away. Numerous activities to do nearby such as canoeing, mountain biking, paragliding ... House with living room of 42 m² ( LV, mini oven, LL, TV), shower room 6 m²(Italian shower, toilet) floor 2 bedrooms with closets. Parking on private grounds.

In the summer, enjoy the pool to relax. The swimming pool, located on the owner's terrace side, is equipped with an alarm for the safety of young people.
