Beautiful house & garden/ Preciosa casa con jardín

House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

A 30 sq. meter independent loft within the space of my house, totally private, newly built with lots of natural light thanks to its 5 windows all facing outwards. The pool is for the private use of the loft and house. Located in a very quiet residential area 800 meters from the Barbera train station with which you can reach Barcelona in 15 minutes and 200 meters from the direct bus stop to Barcelona, a shopping center and also a direct bus to the UAB. Located a 7-minute drive from the UAB.

This recently renovated farm guest house has 150 sqm (1500 sq ft) on two floors on a 30 acre estate in an incredible setting. The estate has a natural water pool on the hill, own lake, two donkeys, vineyard and lovely views of the Mediterranean Sea (8 minutes by car to the nice Ocata beach) and mountains. The house has air conditioning, very modern kitchen, fireplace, TV, high-speed internet, two bedrooms and one bath, and a huge terrace with BBQ.
