L'ensemble est très lumineux et des plus agréables à vivre grâce, notamment à son système de climatisation / chauffage par le sol. L' extérieur saura également vous ravir par son jardin, sa terrasse et sa magnifique piscine chauffée utilisable de Mai à Octobre.

Studio with independent entrance and private garden and view of terraces planted with olive trees. Duplex, the bedroom with a double bed to the south overlooks an unobstructed view with pool and hills of the Pays de Fayence. In the living room, the sofa is convertible (comfortable for one person but small for two). Family present in the rest of the house with 2 children, 2 cats and 1 dog. Parking is available in the garden. Not accessible for people with disabilities.

The living area is large with high ceilings and the terrace has a stunning view over the whole valley and mountains of the Alpes Martimes. It's decorated with pieces from my travels all over the world, particularly Asia where I've spent the last 28 years. It's spacious but cosy.
