  • Booked it for a break for my girlfriends birthday, she loved it and so did I. The place is stunning, we could happily just chill there and take advantage of the hot tub and fire. The location is great too, we were able to get out and explore some of the gorgeous surroundings. Would happily go back there and would recommend it to anyone

  • Stunning converted wee pig stye. Lots of privacy and a great place to escape for the weekend. Has everything you could ever need with the dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, oven, microwave, decent sized fridge, hot tub etc... Location wise it is great too, very close to lots of picturesque villages which are max 20 minutes away. we went to explore Pwllheli, Portmeirion and Abersoch. The host supplied some very good restaurant recommendations and we ended upas Zinc in Abersoch which we would also thoroughly recommend.

This home-from-home is a paradise for walkers, families and dog-owners with amazing views across the mountains and coast. The cottage has wifi, satellite TV and dishwasher. Outside there are large gardens and it's only a short walk to the village pub and shop. It's a great base for exploring the beaches of the Llyn Peninsula and the villages and mountains of Snowdonia.
The cottage is at the end of a private lane, making it very secluded and also safe for children to play. It is comfortable, well-equipped and full of character. There are amazing views from every window and also from the beautiful gardens. Lots of extra details inside like books, games and DVDs make it a real home-from-home. It's also a great place for dogs with a large, secure, lawned back garden.
There are a number of beautiful beaches within easy reach, from the long sandy bay at Nefyn, to the wild pebbly beach at Nant Gwrtheyrn. From the front door you can walk up and around the Rivals Mountains. We have information in the cottage about the many places you can visit including the boating paradise of Abersoch, the historic castles of Criccieth and Caernarfon, the beautiful village of Beddgelert and the mountains of Snowdonia.
  • Amazing views, beautiful garden and loads of helpful suggestions about places to visit. Would definitely recommend staying here.

    Marianne2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time staying here. Planning our day trips was easy with the helpful information Jane put together. The house was exactly what we were after, a traditional cosy cottage. Our evenings were spent by the fire watching period dramas and playing board games. Such a nice break away.

    Gemma2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great break at Pedwar Gwynt! Very windy and cold - but it is November! Inside the house the Lounge area was homely and we made use of the log fire in the evenings - but I would still suggest taking blankets and warm clothing if you are staying in winter!! The TV and WiFi was great for relaxing in the evenings. The view from the kitchen/dining room was stunning. Kitchen was well equipped and had anything we needed for cooking. The washing machine was a bonus too when things got a bit muddy. The king size bed was comfy and spacious! The outdoor areas were lovely - but word of warning if you have a medium-large dog - they would not be sufficiently enclosed. I kept our dog on lead as she could easily have gotten out of the garden spaces. Also you are in close proximity to sheep another thing to be aware of with some dogs. Location is great, close enough to some of the bigger supermarkets and there's also a local shop just down the lane. We explored places such as Bedgellert, Aber Falls. Close to some nice beaches too. Overall we had a lovely stay with no major issues! Thank-you! Beth, James and Roxy.

    Beth2019-11-21T00:00:00Z
  • Jane was a wonderful host. Really clear instructions & directions to get to the cottage. The cottage really is idyllic with the most glorious views even with the bad weather we had. It didn’t matter as we had a cosy bolt hole to keep dry & warm in! The cottage is perfectly equipped for a family & dog with amazing walks right from the front door. One of our daughters is learning the piano so was delighted to be able to get some practice in. We’ll be back! Xx

    Carrie2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great few nights in this cosy cottage. It has everything you need, the large fridge was great for stocking on food, and having a washing machine and tumble drier was great for our family. So many good walks locally, and it's local enough to some great beaches and towns. We would certainly look to go again.

    Sean2019-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful cozy cottage with fantastic views. Great place to explore the area from. Jane is a great host.

    Cora2019-10-11T00:00:00Z
  • Jane’s cottage is great. It has everything we needed and the view from the garden is amazing and is lovely to sit out in (with a glass of wine!). The local area has a shop and pub and some good walks. It’s not too far from the beach and some nice restaurants too. Everyone we met was very welcoming and friendly. We didn’t meet Jane but she gave us all the information we needed and check in was not an issue. Thanks for a great stay!

London House is an old house with loads of character. The stairs creek (but, so do my knees ). If you want a relaxing, home from home, get away from it all self catering holiday with loads of great walks, amazing views, and a pub opposite, this is the place for you ! Small Post Office and grocery shop is about 50 yards away. There is no gas in Llithfaen, hence there is no central heating in the cottage. There are night storage heaters, the cost of which is included in the rental fee, but because we are trying to keep costs down, everything else, including the oil filled mobile heaters is charged through the £1 coin meter. Depending on the time of year the night storage heaters can be turned on before you arrive, however if its the summer months, you will have to request this, but in colder months we use our discretion and common sense and turn them on the day before you arrive. From July there will be Fibre Optic Wifi in the property. There is also Wifi available in the Y Vic pub opposite in opening hours.
The shear rugged beauty and superb views from the Rival Mountains. You can be in Pwllheli, Nefyn or Abersoch in about 15 minutes. The Y Vic Tafarn pub is opposite the cottage (see the Photo ) where you can try the superb Cymuru Clyn beer brewed locally at Nefyn micro brewery. Food is also served, but ONLY at weekends. They also have wifi at the Y Vic Tafarn which is a bonus as it’s within staggering distance !!
  • Great house to stay for a base to explore to Llyn Peninsula. The house is as described, spotlessly clean with all the facilities you need. The villagers are friendly with a nice pub and a well stocked shop just opposite. No complaints and would highly recommend for any visitors to the area

  • House very cozy and well located for beautiful walks. To recommend

    Pascale2019-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • The second time we have stayed here and had another lovely stay. Great base for trips to Criccieth, Borth y Gest and Portmadog. Shame the pub across from the house no longer serves food but we found nice places nearby. Hopefully will be back again soon!

  • Andrew's place was clean, spacious and homely as advertised. The access instructions were helpful and he was very quick with helpful responses that really make the stay as stressless as possible. Many thanks for a great stay!

  • We had a great stay at Andrews place, perfect location for exploring the Llyn Penninsula. We got some great walks in and loved exploring the area. The pub across the road is very handy too - especially after a long walk. Andrew's cottage is very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend 😊

    Lyn2019-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • Great location for exploring Llyn Peninsula lovely walks with stunning views! pub across the road and shop on the street for essentials! Small cosy stone cottage basic accommodation reflected in the price but has everything you need and me, hubby 3 kids and the dog had a lovely weekend in the cottage this was our second visit and we will probably come back again!

    Jennie2019-05-28T00:00:00Z

Our charming miner's cottage on the Llyn Peninsula sits amongst stunning countryside within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Over the past 16 months we have performed a complete refurbishment of the property which now includes plenty of mod cons, not least under floor heating and dimmable LED lighting, although sometimes the log fire is all you need!
  • A lovely cosy cottage if you're looking for a quiet country getaway

    Georgina2020-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • This house was lovely! Excellent value and very peaceful - the views were excellent and it was the perfect place to explore North Wales. We've been recommending it to all our family and friends, it's definitely worth a visit!

    Rachel2019-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • Highly recommend this place. The cottage is well equipped, really clean and in an amazing location. Can’t wait to go back. Our two year old loved it too.

    Carly2019-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay in this lovely house. The decoration is modern and sober. The kitchen is very functional with really all the utensils. The bed is comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. The house is in a very quiet location with great views of the sea and the countryside. It is also very well located for visiting the area. And it's really nice to see the sheeps right behind the windows! Really a very nice stay and a rental that I recommend warmly.

    David2019-09-14T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful cottage: stylishly decorated with lots of amenities for a comfortable stay in North Wales. Cottage was cosy and clean and we loved being able to look out of our window and see sheep and rabbits on the neighbouring hills.

    Sophie2019-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Easy access to lots of local beaches, walks & other attractions. We would definitely recommend it!

    Gill2019-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • Eva's cottage lived up to and exceeded our expectations. A lovely bright, light and well designed space with great views. Loved watching the sheep and rabbits grazing outside the side window. Everything you would need for either a short break or a longer holiday. Beautiful blue hydrangea bush in the garden, as well as a gooseberry bush laden with fruit. Comfortable bed with lovely crisp bed linens. Spacious shower. My advice would be don't hesitate to book.

    Lisabet2019-06-29T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful cottage, with stunning views of the mountains and the Lynn peninsula. Very convenient having the lock-box for the keys. Lovely living/dining space, with all the amenities we could require - the underfloor heating made it feel really cosy! Cosy main bedroom with a very comfortable bed, and our son was very happy in the bunk bed next door! All in all, an excellent place to come to for tips to nearby beaches and stunning walking, would definitely come and stay again.

Our cosy, yet spacious pod is a great holiday retreat for any couple. Set on the Llyn Peninsula with great destinations at its doorstep with spectacular waw factor views all around. Within a short walking distance from the pub, and only a short drive away from Pwllheli, Nefyn, Abersoch and many other villages which host some of Wales' most beautiful beaches. We would love to welcome you to our amazing part of Wales.
The Luxury Glamping Pod is set on our field which is in front of the house, there is a decking area for your own use where you can sit, relax and enjoy the best breathtaking waw factor views around, right across Cardigan bay to the south and across the hills further along the peninsula to the south west. You will have your own toilet and shower room which are a few feet away from the pod, and a small kitchen area which has your basic needs e.g. kettle, toster, microwave, fridge, drinking glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, cutlery, pyrex dish 1.4L and a bottle and can opener. We also supply complimentary tea and coffee, a small milk jug, toilet rolls, shower gel and hand soap. The pod it's self is warm and cosy with underfloor heating if you need it, you can wake up to the sounds of nature in the king size bed which is really comfy with a large window looking towards Cardigan bay, it has a double seater sofa a table and two chairs. Towels and bed linen is supplyed. This is a well thought out little complex. We also have one other shepherds hut on our grounds which is also on air bnb.
Llithfaen is a small village on the Llyn Peninsula in Gwynedd. It is located around 3 miles north east of Nefyn and lies just south west of Yr Eifl mountains on the B4417 road from Llanaelhaearn to Nefyn. Llithfaen is one of the highest villages on the Peninsula this gives the village some of the best views around, right across Cardigan bay to the south and across the hills further along the peninsula to the south west. Llithfaen has a strong community spirit and is very proud of its welsh heritage and welsh language as over 70% of people on the peninsula speak welsh as a first language every day, and there is a welsh language and heritage center Nant Gwrtheryn just up the road 2 miles well worth a visit. Two businesses in the village are run by the community The Tafarn y fic pub, and the village shop Siop Pen y Groes sells your every day essentials. There used to be three quarries close to the village the last of which Chwarel Carreg y Llam closed in 1963. The highest point on the Llyn (spectacular views) Yr Eifl, this iconic mountain comprises three peaks, on the third summit of Yr Eifl stands the ancient hill fort of Tre Ceiri this fort is said to be one of the most inpressive monument in Wales, on a clear day the views from Yr Eifl summit are awesome, there is sea surrounding the Llyn Peninsula, to the south Cardigan bay to the north Caernarfon bay, and to the west the Irish sea, the east view is of the mountains of snowdonia and on a clear day the view from the top are extensive and you will see over to Ireland.
  • Beautiful location, with stunning views. Very helpful scrapbook and local knowledge. Thanks for a lovely night away

    Adam2019-10-27T00:00:00Z

Cwt Ci is a 17th century barn conversion that we completed in 2008. With underfloor heating throughout downstairs and a log burner in the lounge upstairs, its the perfect snug little cottage. Did we also mention the onsite hot tub and sauna? Nestled between the trees is our Scandinavian Spa. Please message us to book treatment in advanced.

  • “The Dog” cottage was absolutely perfect. From the quaint wooden beams to warming underfloor heating, everything is covered for a cosy stay in Wales. We also loved the spa. We both had full body massages and used the hot tub, which despite the horrible weather, was fantastic! We would highly recommend this beautiful cottage to anyone. The hosts were so attentive and responded so quickly to any of our needs. We also loved Jax! Gorgeous dog!

  • We had a fantastic stay here. Highly recommended!

    Kyle2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely little cottage, great host and the hot tub was a lovely extra too.

    Gabby2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at the Dog House cottage and loved every minute of it! Immaculately kept with exceptionally welcoming hosts, we spent our time in the hot tub, exploring the huge range of castles in North Wales or curled up in front of the fire place. The Cottage itself is cozy yet spacious, easy to warm up with the log fire place and with a comfortable bedroom with en-suite modern bathroom. It is a short walk over to the hot tub but there are changing rooms in the spa if you don’t fancy doing the walk in swim wear. Jax the dog is very friendly and roams the farm looking for friends! We can recommend it enough and look forward to staying again.

  • Lovely little cottage with a great hillside location to explore the Lleyn Peninsula. Some great local beaches and pubs. The cottage has everything you need, we didn't want to leave. Weather was a bit wet but our cottage was warm and snug and very relaxing. Louise was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. Very organised and helpful. We thoroughly recommend this place, we were two adults, two kids and a cockapoo.

  • I was here as a photographer exploring the Llyn Peninsula for a week on a bit of a budget and I couldn't have been happier with my stay. It's situated in a great location. Photographing surfing and mountain landscapes they were both on my door step. Superb hosting from Megan, a lovely woman who has lived in the area most of her life. She is just great, full of stories and advice on where to go. Highly recommended.

    Stewart2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • Highly recommended. Nice and clean house. Beautiful scenic view from the rooms. Specially the grandmother was so kind and helpful. I would not book any other place in snowdonia than this house.

    Syed2019-10-19T00:00:00Z
  • What a perfect place to stay. Even better than my comfy huge room was my host Megan; the matriarch of the area. Like other guests I fell in love with her and hope to see her again. Many Thanks Megan and Owen for a super stay.

  • A small but perfectly formed cottage for 2. Lovely hosts. Plenty to do round about, all within short drives. Plenty of walks close by too.

  • We had a great time at Pamela‘s place, everything was as described. Thanks for hosting us!

    Christian2020-01-03T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I stayed here for two nights to attend a family party at The Nanhoren Hotel. The cottage had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Pamela made us feel very welcome and even left some welshcakes and wine as a gift. Great location only 5-10 mins drive from some beautiful beaches. Great find and a comfortable stay.

    Alex2019-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic cottage, fabulous welcome, lovely views and great location.

    William2019-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely accommodation in an idyllic setting. The house was well equipped and spotless. The views were amazing and there were stunning walks from the doorstep. I stayed here for a couple of days recharging with my dog and found it to be perfect for exploring the Llyn Peninsula and would love to visit again with my husband. The hosts were welcoming and attentive and Pam was prompt with replying to questions before I arrived. All mod cons with the peace of the countryside and the seaside on your doorstep. A winning combination.

    Rachel2019-11-01T00:00:00Z
  • We have just returned from a lovely few days away. The house is very well equipped and there were lots of thoughtful touches such as cake on arrival and milk in the fridge. Communication was easy with Pamela responding to messages very quickly. The perfect place for a peaceful get away with beautiful views and lovely walking opportunities.

    Miriam2019-10-30T00:00:00Z
  • If you want a gorgeous night place, that’s both relaxing and peaceful but only a stones throw from some beautiful scenery this is your place. Absolutely spotless place with a lovely touch of a chocolate cake on arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Our Horse Box has been lovingly converted into an amazing glamping experience that you'll never forget; we believe she's amazing. The views of Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsula are second to none. Sit outside, star gazing in front of your very own fire pit and watch the sun go down, we also provide a BBQ and a picnic table. Sleeps 4; one double above the "cab" and the sofa forms a small double. There's a kitchen, a shower, a composting toilet and a 60" projector for streaming movies or music.
There's nothing like this space - it really is unique! We converted a horse box into an amazing space that sleeps up to 4 people. Our Horse Box has been lovingly converted into an amazing glamping experience like nothing else! Not only is the horse box amazing and finished to an extremely high standard the views from here are second to none. Sit outside, star gazing or in front of your very own fire pit and watch the sun go down over Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsula. Gaze at the stars in front of a campfire, relaxing, cooking and appreciating the countryside around you. Outside the horse box you'll find a decked area, a picnic table, fire pit as well as a BBQ; everything that you'd need to get Away From It All. The horse box sleeps 4; one small double above the "cab" and the sofa pulls down to form a small double. The lorry is therefore perfect for couples or small families. In addition there's a small kitchen in the lorry and a shower and the toilet is in front of the lorry on the outside. Unwind in front of the 60 inch projector at night, streaming your favourite movies from your phone or ipad into the projector or simply listen to the radio or your favourite album on the Bluetooth speakers that are built into the lorry. There's a woodburner as well, make a cosy fire on those nights where the sun doesn't come out, oh and we provide the first nights fire wood.
The views, location and this experience will be unbelievable!
  • We had a lovely time staying in the horse box! The location was amazing and the evenings were so cosy with the fire! The only problem we had was with the water pump which seemed to kill the battery straight away and meant no water for showers. Other than that it was a perfect stay!

    Holly2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • Location is INCREDIBLE!! Directions to the place and any correspondence with the owners was great The horse box itself is so cosy, the view out and over is awesome and just a very good stay. Super clean, nice amenities

    Daniel2019-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic weekend away with my husband. Detailed directions and lovely location. Such a unique place to stay and would highly recommend. Nice shower and cooking facilities and lovely little wood burner inside which was fab as it did get quite cold. We made good use of the outdoor fire pit and on one evening we had fish and chips by the fire on the picnic table watching the sunset, such beautiful views. We were a little worried about the electricity as the box was powered by solar panels but we had no problems at all and didn’t need to keep an eye on the power used. The bed is a little bit awkward to get to but it was an experience! Thank you so much!

    Jemma2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely great place. Views are amazing and the horsebox is really cosy

    Chris2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • Great little getaway in a remote location, only problem was welsh rain! But the place was cosy when the log burner was running!

    Josh2019-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • Would definitely go back to this place amazing views

    Lorna2019-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • Great weekend in the horsebox ....what makes this place special are those views... incredible!!! The box itself is perfect for a weekend ...it might be small but it has everything you need. We had an Issue with the water but pryderi was there to sort it straight away . The projector and the log burner are great touches . It does get cold in there so make sure you take enough blankets and warm clothes . The toilet takes some getting use to and might not be for everyone . We left the cool box on over night and within 4 hours we seemed to use the electric so be warned and don’t use if not required . The road to the box is a bit rough but perfectly adequate to get to the box . We encountered some big cows on the way back one night but a beep got them out the way . The box has nothing round it so perfect for a peaceful stay ...you could literally see every star in the sky on a clear night because there’s no light pollution . The shower was great and nice and warm . Tea and coffee were provided and everything needed to get you started . Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again ...enjoy the peace !

    Chris2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • This is impossible to fault, it was perfect. Beautiful views, stunning. The horse box is extremely well thought out and created, and very cosy. Host was brilliant, quick to respond and helpful. Also extremely good value.

The project to convert the Pigsty in 2016 kept us busy to say the least but we're very happy with the way it turned out! The pigsty is perfect for couples and is dog friendly. Heated by a huge 12KW wood burning stove with a modern bathroom and kitchen, satellite TV, DVD player and in-ceiling speakers, oh and there's limited wi-fi if the wind is blowing in the right direction!
Converted pigsty, really is different to anything else you'll come across!
    Very rural area.
  • Very cosy when you get the wood burner going. Quiet location not too far from any of the beaches. Enjoyed our short break very much.

    Gwyn2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay and the cottage was really nice!

    Lowri2020-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • The Pigsty is a lovely place to get away from everything! Perfect for 2 with enough room for a dog too. The log burner heats the place up nicely but comfy warm pyjamas for the next morning definitely come in handy. We felt like we’d completely gotten away from everything even though the location is great being only a short drive to the coast in pretty much all directions for some lovely walks. We had the best little weekend get away so thank you!

    Kate2020-01-26T00:00:00Z

  • A lovely stay at the Pigsty. A beautiful location and close to everywhere we wanted to explore. Was nice and cosy with the log-burner. Would stay again.

    Katy2020-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely place, plenty of power in the fire to heat the whole space. Easy to find! Thanks

  • We had a lovely stay at the Pigsty, lovely views and surroundings. Very cold, but to be expected around this time of year - the log burner was great to use! Pryderi was really helpful with directions and we appreciated the local brochures and walking tips. Ideal stay for a peaceful break!

Really cosy space with everything a couple could need for a break in wales, we loved coming back after a long day of exploring wales to this cosy, well decorated annexe. The parking space was great. Harry2019-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • A romantic and idyllic setting within its own meadow, the tipi is in a great location with gorgeous views and watching the stars on a clear night. The pallet windbreakers and solar lights add to its charm. Would go back again.

  • This is the first time we have returned to an AirBnB site; which goes to show how much we love this place. And we had another lovely and memorable weekend. Thank you for making it available. We're looking forward to returning, yet again!

    Enrique2019-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful and private place to stay and a very well thought-out space. We had a problem with the cooker but it was sorted really quickly and we were given some fire wood to make up for it. Thank you so much for a really peaceful and relaxing holiday.

    Emily2019-07-15T00:00:00Z
  • I booked Lindsey's Glamping Tipi for the weekend to celebrate my wife's and my 20th year wedding anniversary. We loved the location and the attention to detail that Lindsey and Enlli had put into the place. We also were met with some of the best weather we've had for weeks!! Perhaps, Lindsey and Enlli had something to do with that too. In summary, we loved our stay at the tipi, and we are looking forward to booking again in the near future. We definitely want to come back!!!

    Enrique2019-06-24T00:00:00Z
  • We loved the tipi - like camping but with the comfort of a proper bed! In a superb quiet location with stunning views and a great base for exploring the North of Wales. Lindsay left a lovely hamper for us on arrival with tasty treats and suggestions of where to visit in the area, a really nice touch. Thanks for a great stay in the outdoors!

  • Stunning location, a wonderful view to wake up to! The weather was stormy but it only made it better! Felt very cosy inside and would definitely stay again

    Hannah2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • ‘Room with a view’ WOW was what I said to my dog when I stood on the decking looking out to sea at The nest, an amazing panoramic vista was in front of me and will take your breath away when you visit this very well presented property. Helen & Tom were amazing hosts, great communication and even got me a slightly earlier check in as I arrived in a storm in February. The open plan design of this property is tastefully laid out and cupboards full of Everything you need for your break. The weather was stormy and cold but the temperature inside was lovely and a very comfortable bed was waiting after a day walking on the beach and costal path. I was only there for 3 nights but didn’t want to leave on the last day and I know we’ll be back at another time to take in the stunning views at The Nest. If your looking for a break at a special place that will provide memories for ever then please just book ‘The Nest’, you won’t be disappointed.

    David2020-02-13T00:00:00Z
  • Couldn’t recommend this place more. Great spot with some lovely views and walks along the coast path. Totally perfect for a relaxing and secluded break away. Make sure you take the time to see some of the fantastic sunsets that The Nest is perfectly positioned for, and then look out for shooting stars on a clear night! Some really thoughtful touches by Helen as well, will definitely return.

    Ed2020-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing, cozy and stylish - and the view is breathtaking. I stayed at The Nest for a long weekend for a recharge, to do some reading, drawing and walking on the beach and it was wonderful- I couldn't have picked a better place. Whether you want to be on your own for a relax or have a romantic break for two - The Nest is perfect! ❤

    Petra2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • We love The Nest it was our second time visiting in the last year, the views are breath taking and The Nest is equipped with everything you will need and the bed is super comfy. It's the perfect little getaway we can't wait to come back. Thank you so much for having us!

    Niamh2020-01-12T00:00:00Z
  • Fabulous views and a great place to escape. Absolutely perfect to relax and recharge for a few days

    Tim2019-12-30T00:00:00Z
  • Just arrived home after spending 4 nights at The Nest over Christmas. What a great find. You couldn’t ask for a better location with the most incredible views. Everything was perfect for our break with gifts for our dog Norman along with mince pies , a crusty loaf, jam, butter and hot chocolate etc.... Reading other reviews we knew it wasn’t going to be a large space but it was more than we expected as it was really well thought out. It was spotlessly clean and everything was of a high quality. The bed was really superb along with the view from the bed. Would love to stay again perhaps in the Summer only the beach isn’t dog friendly then unfortunately. Thank you Helen for letting us enjoy the Nest which made for the perfect Christmas for us.

    Raveena2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Jane's caravan is great place if you want a private place. It's not on a park but situated in the grounds of Jane's house but out of sight and with it's own area. There is a platform to the rear of the van with views towards the sea, benefiting from evening sunsets. The caravan has an enclosed extension which was handy for us getting coats/boots on and off during our 'storm dennis' visit over February half term. The caravan has plenty of heaters and we found it quite toasty given the weather! It's by no means a modern caravan, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is well equipped. We had no problem cooking a nice paella. Jane had left out a nice pack of cookies for our arrival which was a nice touch. Thanks.

    Andy2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • The caravan was great! We rode our storm Ciara in it and it didn’t fly away! Nice comfortable space for small groups. Had a great enclosed porch as well.

  • We had a fantastic stay at Caroline’s apartment. A lot of effort has clearly been put in to make sure we enjoy every moment. From the information booklets, to the little gifts left, there was nothing Caroline had not thought of. Within good proximity to all the Llyn Peninsula walks and a great little cosy place to relax and watch Netflix in the evenings. Thank you!!

Gaze at the stars in front of a campfire, relaxing, cooking and appreciating the countryside around you. Outside the dome you'll find a decked area, a picnic table, fire pit as well as a BBQ; everything that you'd need to get Away From It All . Sleeps 4, with a double bed and two single futon beds. Each contains a wind-up radio, lamps, a wood burning stove and quality, hand made, welsh blankets. We provide a hamper of local produce to everyone who stays with us. You'll also collect your own eggs daily and help to feed the goats!

    The views, location
  • Beautiful location and the domes are perfectly positioned so that each one has its own degree of privacy. We needed the fire given we stayed in mid-October and pleased to report that it heated up the dome nicely. The hosts were wonderful, the facilities were excellent - well equipped kitchen, toilet and showers. We would definitely stay again!

    Ben2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • Everything better than expected. Welcome pack a really lovely touch. Kitchen area, toilet and shower facilities all extremely clean and 100% home from home, not just shower blocks, actual homely bathroom vibe. Dome's are so cozy, bed was extremely comfy and my dog felt right at home, she settled instantly there. We definitely hope to return in the future! Communication amazing, we were left to relax on our own but were made to feel as though we could give them a shout if anything was needed. Have recommended to all my doggie friends! Thank you!

    Natalie2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • This place was smashed our expectations !! We’ve been gone 12 hours and are missing the dome and it’s glorious surroundings already. My daughter fell in love with the goats and whiskers the cat 😂. For me , sitting on the decking with a pack of Budweiser at night looking at the stars and watching the satellites fly over was just amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

    Mick2019-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • Stayed in dome closest to kitchen block, view was outstanding! Dome was lovely, tasteful handmade furniture, local beer and crisps on arrival! Amazing setting! Perfect for a getaway from the hustle - phone signal was very touch and go which made for a super peaceful weekend! Would love to go back!

We took our dog and 6 month old baby. I would recommend warm bedding/cloths as nights can get chilly but this was my poor planning. Would defo recommend. Diolch yn fawr

  • Great views, beautiful location and easy check-in. The kids really enjoyed meeting the chickens and goats. We loved setting up our camp fire and toasting marshmallows in the evening. A lovely place to visit.

  • We had a lovely break away at Pryderi and Bethan’s place, they are great hosts and communication was quick and easy! We loved staying in the dome and waking up in the morning to the beautiful views. My sister loved the goats and would have taken them home with her if she could! Pryderi sent us a video for check in which was really helpful in finding the place! We would love to go back and will keep it in mind if we’re ever in the area. Would definitely recommend!

Llithfaen is a small village on the Llyn Peninsula in Gwynedd. It is located around 3 miles north east os Nefyn and lies just south west of Yr Eifl mountains on the B44417 road from Llanaelhaearn to Nefyn. Llithfaen is one f the highest villages on the peninsula this gives the village some of the best views around, right across cardigan bay to the south and across the hills further along the peninsula to the south west. Llithfaen has a strong community spirit and is very proud of its welsh heritage and welsh language as over 70% of the people on the peninsula speak welsh as a first language every day, and there is a welsh language and heritage center Nant Gwrtheryn just up the road 2 miles, well worth a visit. Two businesses in the villlage are run by the community The Tafarn yFic pub, and the village shop Siop Pen Y Groes sells your every day essentials. There used to be three quarries closed to the village the last of which Chwarel Carreg y Llam closed in 1963. The highest point on Llyn (spectacular views) Yr Eifl this iconic mountain comprises three peaks, on the third summit of Yr Eifl stands the ancient hill fort of Tre Ceiri this fort is said to be one of the most inpressive monument in Wales. On a clear day the views from Yr Eifl summit are awesome, there is sea surrounding the Llyn Peninsula, to the south Cardigan bay, to the north Caernarfon bay, and to the west the Irish sea, the east view is of the mountains of snowdonia. On a clear day the views from the top are extensive and include Ireland.

  • Better than the pictures. Amazing view. Place immaculately clean. But most importantly the hosts very the friendliest people who shared info about the local area and even helped to jump start our car in the morning when it wouldn’t start! Thank you

    Jamie2019-08-22T00:00:00Z
  • Absolute perfection! I came to the hut for a solo break from the stresses and strains of life and wanted some peace in a nice location, and that’s exactly what I got. The hut itself is cosy, clean and comfy with easy to use underfloor heating if it gets chilly. There’s a seating area at the front from which to enjoy the views, which are stunning. There are also lovely views from the windows - you can lay in bed and admire the scenery. It’s incredibly quiet too. Just birds and the very occasional passing car. The shed with microwave, kettle and fridge is a clever touch and is just at the back of the hut. Very handy. It’s a short walk to the washing up, shower and toilet area. All of these were clean and well kept, and only the shower is shared with the camping pod. An outstanding place to enjoy a peaceful break, with friendly hosts. Diolch yn fawr iawn Caroline. I’ll definitely be back.

  • What a beautiful, modern and well appointed apartment which was previously the village post office. All of the fixtures and fittings are of very high quality - Gill and Brian have thought of everything and there are many special touches to surprise as you open cupboards and drawers. Gorgeous cake, wine and milk in the fridge for our arrival. The location is great for exploring the peninsula on foot or by car with a grocery store and places to eat within walking distance. We headed out along the coastal path and walked to the Ty Coch inn on the beach - highly recommended. Storm Dennis was in full force during our stay but this went unnoticed in our warm and cosy accommodation. We will definitely return. Thank you for a lovely long weekend, great value for money. 😊👌

  • We had simply the best time at this absolutely beautiful apartment. Brian was most helpful when we checked in, showing us around and making sure we knew where everything was and how it all worked, and he made us feel really welcome. We spent the weekend exploring the local area - mainly the beautiful beaches at nefyn, abersoch and aberdaron. Abersoch was our favourite as it had some lovely shops to browse in, lots of choices for lunch - we picked Zinc Bar & Grill which was bustling busy and served lovely food and a gorgeous big sandy beach. We ate at the the Nanhoran Arms Hotel on the first night and couldn't fault the hospitality and food (especially the Hog burger). On the second night we ate at Bombay Joe's a really small curry house that served great food in a lovely homely atmosphere. The added bonus of both the above being how close they were to walk to from the apartment. We would absolutely love to go back and stay again and will be recommending to all our friends and family.

  • Beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated, all mod cons available, very comfortable and ideally placed for cliff top walks and the beach.

  • Had the best couple of days in Nefyn thanks to Gill and Brian. The apartment looks even better than the pictures, it’s absolutely gorgeous! The little surprises when we arrived really made it extra special and we wish we booked another night as we didn’t want to leave! Everything was spotless when we arrived and the apartment is equipped with everything you need and more. Couldn’t recommend enough! We ate at the Ship Inn located in Edern which was delicious and definitely worth the visit if you stay here.

  • Fantastic little apartment in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and shop a minute away. Only downside was the street parking but we did manage to find a spot most days. Will definitely return :)

  • We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend you staying here if you are in the local area. Gill and Brian were amazing host’s. Warm hospitality, nothing was too much trouble and extremely homely with a welcoming gift which was much appreciated. Thanks again and we will certainly book a further stay when we visit the region again.

    Phillip2019-08-26T00:00:00Z

  • Gills place is amazing. We were welcomed by herself and Bruce for our entire stay. There was a beautiful cake waiting for us in the house which was a lovely touch. All in all a great stay, right close to nefyn beach and a close drive to lots of other places like abersoch and morfa nefyn. Will definitely be returning

Situated in the village of Nefyn, Tai’r Lon is just a mile from a challenging (but stunning) Golf Course, beautiful beaches and easy reach of Snowdonia National Park. The Cottage is walking distance from the beach. (Sea views from the front bedroom, and mountain views from the back bedroom) The cottage is well equipped, and we provide real tea and real coffee!! There is also a varied magazine subscription delivered, along with games, and books (and Netflix plus WiFi!)
Tai’r Lon is a 200 year stone cottage. There is also an enclosed garden, but note this is not directly behind the cottage (children wouldn’t be able to use alone) This may be the only cottage in Nefyn that offers an Honestly Bar, Drinks Trolley! As if that wasn’t amazing enough, it’s cheap, not for profit and surplus money goes to the local RNLI life boat station *the drinks trolley maybe removed if abused, and bar bills are not settled before departure
Nefyn is a local Welsh fishing village. with the Rivals, and mountains surrounding the coastal villages. Morfa Nefyn is just one mile away, which has exceptional beaches, and a famous Golf Course.
  • Great spot for exploring, it has everything you need as a base but also happy to retire back there after a day at the beach of which there are plenty. We will be back!

  • A cute and cosy cottage in a great location. Close to the beach and a quick drive to the Cliffs and the Ty Coch Inn. We also visited Abersoch easily and enjoyed coming back to Sams home each night to relax. Would highly recommend and hope we will be back again!

  • Lovely house with a fabulous feature fireplace. Very cosy and warm. Beds comfy and good shower. Easy walk to the beach and good location to explore the Lyn Peninsula. The place was spotless and there were lovely touches ( selection of tea, coffee etc) and an honesty bar (which we didn't use but noticed was well stocked) Really easy booking and key entry.

  • Perfect base for exploring the Llŷn Peninsula. Warm and cosy to return to after a day travelling around the local beaches during a very rainy Autumn stay.

  • We had a wonderful stay in the cottage where every last detail was thought of. The cottage was spotless, beautifully presented and ideally located to explore the Llyn Peninsula. We felt very cosy in the rainy evenings and found the whole experience relaxing. As a host, Sam was amazing and answered requests really quickly, especially as we booked last minute. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and highly recommend the experience!
