Spacious yet cosy, family home

Bring the whole family on your Swansea escape, with ample room for fun. We've included extra bedding for our ground floor sofa bed, to accomodate our mobility impaired guests as best we can. This is in addition to the 3 double beds and single bed on the 1st floor. Ideally located near Swansea Bay and the city centre which boasts a range restaurants, bars and activities including the Leisure Centre, Swansea Arena, the Grand Theatre and arcades. Mumbles, Parc Tawe and Swansea Uni are also nearby.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, secured behind electric gates, ample parking and a large wooden decking with fire pit. Open plan kitchen, dinning and living room, 100 inch tv in the cinema room, air hockey and board games. Great whatever the weather. Close to m4, beaches (gower and swansea), tonnes of activities for adults and kids including a trampoline park 5 min walk away. Dogs welcome and plenty of walks to chose from. supermarkets and takeaways in walking distance.

Seven night bookings only please in a school summer holidays. Changeover Fridays. A stylishly rustic annexe furnished with a considered collection of vintage pieces and set in it's own secluded valley, twenty minutes stroll away from the majestic Three Cliffs Bay. The property comfortably sleeps four, has delightful gardens and oozes charm and character.
