In the heart of the historic center, this apartment has the charm of the old: beams (be careful if you're tall), half-timbering and bricks, and has all the comforts of modernity. Composed of an equipped kitchen overlooking the living room (sofa bed), a bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet. On the 3rd floor, without elevator access, with a final staircase that's a little steep, but once you arrive you will be won over! And if the apartment is not available, book "Rose-brique, maison de ville" on a nearby street.

Located in the Tarn, department of the Occitanie region, the apartment is located in Lescure d'Albigeois, a pretty town adjacent to the city of Albi and its famous Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This independent apartment is located in the basement of our home. You will appreciate the modern comfort of the accommodation refurbished in 2024, with an area of 30 m² and a charming exterior with terrace. The apartment also has a large private car park.

In a quiet area, 2 steps from the majestic cathedral, you will stay in 40 m2, fully equipped and will be close to all amenities and many tourist places in Albi. La Grange, in white stones and wood frame, is a few decades old. In the center of a farm property, it has been completely renovated. The cottage is on one level, keeping the charm of yesteryear.
