The room is a gem, new, clean, decorated with great care and finesse because everything is designed to facilitate our stay! I loved staying in Alban's little apartment. It feels immediately good, it is functional & cozy, located in a small quiet residence and very well maintained, close to the Marcel Proust promenade and the Thalasso ... Disconnection guaranteed, I would come back!

Alban is very attentive. He worries at the start and at the finish to know if everything is going well, is very reactive. The entrance without the apartment is simple and autonomous and the indications precise. The accommodation is ideally located and although everything is accessible on foot (spa, beach and town center) the calm in this season was very significant. I highly recommend and we will come back.

Our visit to Cabourg was motivated by the Balbec restaurant in the Grand Hotel, it is an exceptional restaurant all like the view it offers! We found this apartment in the center of Cabourg within walking distance which makes it very practical. The welcome was warm and the discovery of the apartment pleasantly surprised us. The decoration is simple but it feels very good. For two people the apartment is very spacious with its small kitchen perfect for making small meals. For a romantic weekend it is the perfect place to rest quietly and we will not hesitate if we have the opportunity to return to Cabourg to return to this apartment. Thank you for this pleasant stay. Betty was very responsive when we contacted her and very flexible for our arrival and departure. We did not use the kitchenette but everything is well equipped. In conclusion it is a good address.

Located quietly 2 steps from the beach and walk, while being only a few minutes walk from the center of Cabourg, it is very easy to park at the bottom of the building and then walk on foot. We had a great holiday. The house is very well located (5 minutes walk from the beach, small shops next door) and well equipped. Very good home owners.

The place was really welcoming and equipped with every need. The gentlemen were very kind, helpful and courteous. The place is a very quiet place, the sea is just a few hundred meters from the apartment. A few meters away there is a bakery that has fantastic baquettes not to mention the croissants! At about 3 km there is a first supermarket while others are a little further away in Dive sur Mer.

Everything was perfect. home, impeccable housing, clean, equipped as at home! Our host even left us provisions in case we were not down !! I really do not see what to dream better. Kindness and attention to the appointment.

Hello, Ideal location because close to Cabourg (3km) the house is located on the marked trail for bikes this one takes you from the estuary to Cabourg through the coastal paths, trade less than 200 m bread, charcutier, fruit Vegetables, pizza, not to mention the games for kids and the ponney club very friendly. For the house (terraced without disturbance) everything is well arranged and new for all the furniture covered ... the very large terrace overlooking the garden with its green square so that children can spend themselves. The beach is at 300 m. Highly recommended.

We could enjoy the very spacious terrace overlooking the garden. House ideally located to visit the region. We went to the nose of Jobourg west and the cliffs of Etretat and Rouen to the east. Baker 5 minutes walk which makes very good bread and brioches! I recommend this accommodation!

The view is fantastic and the beach is interesting, with all the many many activities happening (horses ridning, kitesurfers, boats, people, lifeguards, sunsets etc.) so you never get bored looking out from the appartement window and balcony. The appartement has everything you need for a great stay, and the pool area was lovely as well. The pool was heated, so we used it all the time, even in cloudy weather. The residents around the appartement was super nice and helpful when needed. Iris always responds within very short time every time I have contacted her. I would recommend this place!
