The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Stefan's place is unique. Quiet neighborhood yet close to interesting places. I had direct contact with Stefan's sister, who is very kind and respectful of the privacy of the guests. From the very beginning, we felt like we were among loved ones. Stefan's mother provided us with delicious cookies and great charcuterie of her own. The house had everything we needed. Although Stefan was on the go, he took care of us remotely and I got plenty of restaurant recommendations from him. Clean bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed. A separate entrance and a separate part of the garden does not interfere with the houses. I highly recommend this place because of its charm, but most because of the great people.

WOW! What a deck and what a view! We have traveled the world as lucky human beings, and this is a top 3 views for our entire lives! The Bay of Kotor and all the lights and old town are your "painting" as you sit, eat, and swim. The house is in a beautiful location and the deck was fantastic! We arrived by boat! The top deck was a perfect spot for a night cap. It is easy to get to and the parking spot was a nice treat. Very driveable to old town! The house has every comfort with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, linens and laundry. We even had beach towels provided to use post swimming! Could not say more good things about this stay!

Zarko is an awesome host, this place is small but well laid out, has quite a bit of equipment to cook which we appreciated. We’d give it a 4.5 only because it’s not very sunny and sometimes the road is a tiny bit loud. Other pertinent information for future guests: - 20 min bus ride from Herceg Novi - very close to beach for a swim!

We had such a great stay in Lepatani and Srdja has been super helpful with local recommendations and making us feel right at home. They are very kind, friendly and respectful. The house is situated at a gorgeous location and we really loved the stay everyday. Can definitely recommend this place.

Just like all the other reviews before, oh my the views from this villa are just exceptional. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Totally unmatched and makes it the best place to stay. Loved spending every day watching the boats go by from the lush pool and each evening wandering down to Perast to try one of the many restaurants available. We originally booked this place in 2020 but had to cancel due to covid, finally got here 5 years later! Great location to visit Kotor and the surrounding area. Was very sad to leave! Highly recommend.

This is a comfortable and lovely apartment in a beautiful place. The views from the windows are magnificent, and though there is no outdoor space the waterfront is just a few feet away. The staff are friendly and helpful. Just be aware that there are stairs to the apartment and the bedroom is up a spiral staircase.
