Excellent stay! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and ready to stay. This place is perfectly located as it is only minutes from various things to do. Carolyn was a fabulous host. Leaving some extra amenities were very thoughtful and appreciated. This is very laid back area and exactly what we were wanting. Lots of relaxation and enjoying the sites were done. The cottage is so cute and quaint with all her little touches added. We will definitely be back next year.

This cabin was great. The hosts were accommodating for our late check-in by leaving the light on for us. The outdoor fire pit was a nice touch. Our only complaint would be that the water from the bathroom sink/shower had a funny odor that kept us from wanting to use it. Otherwise it was a great little stay for our 1-night overnight.

This little place was super cute and comfortable for our short stay. Very clean. Sitting area with picnic table and fire pit outside, which we didn’t really get the chance to make use of this time.. there’s always next time! Though we did not meet them, Tim & Chris we’re very quick to respond via messaging. Check in/check out very simple. I’d definitely recommend this place. I look forward to staying here another time.

These tiny houses are perfect parts adorable and practical! Clean, comfortable, and well outfitted with a kitchenette, bathroom and comfortable bed- I didn’t want to leave for the day’s activities! I highly recommend.

It was a nice place to stay with large tvs and all the fixings. Pool table is a nice touch also. Everything worked out well and we will stay again, if back on the area. The neighbors were also nice too, when we saw them outside. Really close to the lake, but it was still to cold to head over there.

Judy’s place was plenty roomy for all six of us with lots of towels and a great place to play or study downstairs. The kids had fun playing in the creek that runs behind the house and the large tv was great for movie night.

Judy’s cottage is very charming. We went for a winter getaway and the snow covered atmosphere was great. I can imagine in the summer, hanging out on the deck off of the finished basement would be enjoyable. We left the cottage for a short time during the weekend, ultimately enjoying every minute together in this cozy cottage. I will definitely be back.

Judy's place was a perfect stopping point on our road trip. Not far off the highway and with lots of bed space. We had six people with us and it was a great value for the space. Judy was communicative and made sure we got in safely. We'd love to stay at Judy's again if we're passing that way.

The home is beautiful, located within a block of the lake and extra clean. The space is much larger than the photos show. There are many small touches included, shampoo, hand soap, etc. So appreciated. Very quiet and peaceful! Loved our weekend getaway.

A lovely place with plenty of great books, games and Movies. We were there off season...be sure to call and check hours of food and drink places as web posted hours were not always correct. Stuff closes very early.

DeeDee was an amazing host! The cottage was just the getaway we needed. Due to bad weather we had to cut our trip early to make it back home before a snowstorm but DeeDee offered for us to stay for free to avoid driving. She was so thoughtful, friendly and kind during the entire process (I booked 4 hours before arriving). Thank you so much!

If you're even slightly considering this location, book it immediately! The brief review is that this place was the cleanest and best appointed Airbnb that we have ever seen. You know that "mom is coming to visit" type of clean? That is this place. It's not quickly vacuumed before the next guest, it's fully cleaned. Personal touches: The sea shells are perfect. We've been together for 9 years, and we still found then funny. The note on the wall, the cookies labeled with our names, the treats for Pablo, it was all more than we have ever experienced at an Airbnb. Amenities: I was shocked to find cable on several televisions. There was a broad selection of DVDs and board games. We did not use the grill, fire pits or fish cleaning area. But I checked them all out for potential guests. Short answer? It's all clean, ready to use and well-supplied with propane, dry firewood and starter fluid. If it was any warmer, we would have sat in the deck, next time. The kitchen is also very-well stocked. Any equipment you would need is available and is clean. WiFi is throughout and fast. Plenty of parking. Communication: We ran very late, but DeeDee was overly accommodating, they even offered to let us postpone our checkout 7 hours to allow us to enjoy our stay longer. We had to get to our next location, but the offer was a first for us. I had minimal contact with DeeDee (just check in and out) but she answered immediately and you can tell she really enjoys hosting guests in her cottage. Conclusion: I visit family from Linesville to Meadville and this will be our go-to spot from now on. I'm looking forward to visiting when it's warmer to take advantage of the outside amenities. Thank you for a wonder stay.

As so many others have noted -- this adorable, cozy cabin was spotlessly clean and had everything I might have needed and more. I would love to come back and do some cooking and grilling -- I was too lazy and just wanted to do nothing, and the area was great for that, too, because there were plenty of restaurants. I had planned to even go out and get coffee in the mornings, but because DeeDee had supplied it, I was able to enjoy a cup out on the front porch.

This place was very stylish and clean. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, it is very relaxing. It had all that we needed. The beds were comfortable. The fireplace added nice ambiance.

My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our short stay at the Creekside Cottage! Noelle was very helpful and communicative. The place was extremely clean and the environment what we exactly needed to rest and recharge. We especially enjoyed having a campfire the one night and appreciate that everything was provided to do so, even the lighter and camping chairs. We also loved NOT having wifi, though we still got good reception on our phones when we did need to use them. If you need a quiet place to escape from the craziness of life and rest, this is a great place to do so! We hope to return in the future! :)

Super clean, updated private cottage to relax and rest. Everything you need to have a great stay in north eastern Ohio. You won’t find a better place to enjoy a little R&R.

My stay at the cottage was exactly what I needed. I was able to settle down right away in that tranquil environment, despite my extreme fatigue and restlessness, and take a nap. I enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the dragonfly go back and forth over the lawn. It was also a good time to journal and enjoy God's glory. The cottage was the perfect space for me for all that was of necessity while I was there. Thank you so much for the cleanliness!! The only thing that I struggled with a bit was the well water - which we discussed, nevertheless, I was grateful for the abundance of bottled water! One of the highlights of my stay was seeing the hummingbird that I had prayed for! I love hummingbirds and dragonflies and God made sure that I saw both! Another highlight was my conversations with Noelle. Praise God for the vision that he has given Noelle and Nathan for this land. I can't wait to see how this unfolds! Eph 3:20! Love & blessings! This was a great experience staying at the Creekside cabin of Nate and Noelle's. I immediately sensed the love of the cabin as soon as I walked in for the first time. All the personal touches were surprising and nice. It felt very homey right off the bat. There was more room inside than I thought and had all of the amenities that I desired, and more. This little home was super clean, too. Most of the time I spent on the porch in the wonderful chairs, at the picnic table or on the trails. My time of retreat was especially sweet here, reading and resting and sleeping amazingly well. So nice and quiet. Noelle and Nate were so hospitable and helpful with any questions that I had. I felt completely safe here. I would highly recommend this cottage for anyone wanting to disconnect from the city and/or busy schedules and enjoy the beautiful countryside. It is wonderful. I will be back.

This was our second stay at Creekside Cottage and it was again wonderful. The cottage is cozy, clean, and well-decorated. We love having the air conditioning and a real plumbing while still being able to enjoy the great outdoors just out the front door! Our family loved using the fire pit in the front, playing yard games in the field, and of course hiking to the Big Oak. And the kids had a great time creek stomping. I highly recommend this for any family or couple looking for a weekend getaway.

A very nice, out of the way and peaceful location. I had several boxes of books delivered and Mrs. Helen even brought them inside. She accommodated my unplanned late arrival without complaint. The cottage is self-supporting and feels like a fully furnished house, which it is. If you want a peaceful place, this is it.

Super cute cottage!!! It has all the appliances you need with extras that others have left. Jill was informative and was very responsive to our needs. This place is close to gas stations, stores and restaurants. The lake was amazing too with all tree lights!!!! We came from the West Coast to introduce our little baby to our family... we found the place to have plenty of space for visitors throughout the two weeks we stayed. Highly recommend this cute little cottage!!! We plan on returning every year ;)

This was a perfect little getaway for our family! The cottage had everything we needed and it was only a few steps to a private beach area for fun in the sun or breezes in the shade while your kids play for hours. Communication is always key when going someplace new and Jill replied right away anytime we needed something or had a question. We would definitely stay at this cottage again for another lake getaway!

This was such a beautiful home. We arrived late to a well lit, clean, beautifully decorated space with snacks on the counter. Everything you could possibly need for a family was available. This house was perfect for my husband and infant daughter. It's a convenient location with many local stores and restaurants but far enough away that you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the country side. We will definitely be back soon!

Matt and Nicole's AirBnB is very spacious for a listing of a cottage. It was clean, warm, and we were very comfortable there. We were in the area for a family event gathering and we all agreed that if we all gather in the northwestern area of PA again, we'd love to stay here again. We were there over New Years Eve. The views from her place were much better than expected. The xmas tree lights from across the waterway were spectacular. I truly felt like we stepped into a Hallmark movie!

Terrific lakefront home with everything you need for a weekend getaway!

I don't think that I can adequately describe how much we enjoyed our time here. Ava and Frank were perfect hosts! My husband arrived a couple of days before I did, and he was able to enjoy some solo time fishing, reading, and relaxing. When I arrived, I brought along our two teenage sons. I have to say that this was one of the best vacations we've taken as a family. We went fishing (lots of carp and some catfish) and built a fire down by the dock, we played games, watched movies, cooked meals, and enjoyed hanging out in front of the fireplace. My husband and I loved spending time on the deck in the evenings as the kids were winding down for the night. We happened to be here during peak fall foliage and that just made our visit even more amazing. Ava, thanks again for everything!

Wow! Not only is this place amazing, but Ava as well! The location is perfect and right on the lake with access to a perfect pier to relax or fish from. More than enough space inside and out, from the plentiful amount of seating and sleeping areas inside, to the beautiful, accommodating, outside! Ava was awaiting our arrival later at night, with a smile and amazing fireplace already going! Thank you again for hosting us. We look forward to coming back!

Avas home is on a prime spot for great views on the lake. It was spotless when we arrived and Ava was very accommodating for our check in and check our times. The neighborhood is quiet and is only minutes from some great places to eat.

Ava’s place was spectacular! There’s something amazing about sitting outside with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise! The pictures don’t do this place justice. The views were just amazing. The house was clean and everything we needed was available. If you want a place with scenery and not far from the local area, this is it! Ava was great with communication and I have no complaints! I look forward to visiting Ava’s home at Conneaut Lake again in the future.

Great spot to unplug and unwind. Very secluded The cabin is cozy and the surroundings are very peaceful. Lake Views were amazing. Cabin is Equipped with everything you need to have the best vacation. We already booked our next trip.

I found this place while looking for somewhere quiet, secluded, and on the water for a mini Easter trip with my family just trying to get away for a few days. I knew this place was going to be great when I found it on here, but it honestly exceeded all expectations. The cabin is adorable and functional, decorated with a “log-cabin feel” of being in nature, while also offering all of the modern amenities needed to stay comfortably: full kitchen where we cooked all of our meals, rainfall shower, electric fireplace, etc. The lake is super close to the cabin and we had such a fun time going out on the boats to fish (we caught a perch and 2 largemouth bass!) or even just to row around the lake and take in its beauty. In my travels over the past 2 years, I’ve been to Niagara Falls, the Everglades, NY wine country right on Lake Erie, and countless state and national parks/forests, but I can honestly say that this is my new favorite place. Kelly is also an excellent host and was available any time during our trip to answer any questions I may have had. She responded promptly when I called about a tree that fell in the way of the driveway of the property which we discovered on our way to the store one day. Sometimes that happens in the middle of the woods, but she had it handled so quickly and I was able to go to the store within 45 minutes of me calling her about it. I would rate this place more than 5 stars if that was possible. Words can’t describe how peaceful it is to just wake up in the middle of the woods, sit on the screened-in porch, and marvel at the lake before going out on the boat. We couldn’t have picked a better place to spend our mini Easter trip at, and we plan on coming back very soon!

The cabin is truly a hidden treasure! Our family had an amazing get away. Fishing, canoeing, hiking and hanging out by the fire! The cabin was spotless and the hosts were amazing. Definitely planning a trip back.

This was my families second time staying at the cabin. It is a great place to spend some time and relax. Fishing is very good and plenty of room to stretch out. Cabin is comfortable and meets all needs. If you are seeking peace and quiet this is the place to be.

My family enjoyed this quaint little cottage on the lake this past weekend & we were pleasantly surprised! We booked the trip last minute & it turned out to be a fantastic weekend! The house was clean upon arrival with fresh linens & towels. The kids loved the triple bunk beds & the tree swing. We spent time playing softball in the large yard & were even lucky enough to see fireworks on the lake! Hope to be back again sometime!

Beautiful spot and a charming, unique cottage. The stories of it's history on the walls was fun to read about. The house is exceptionally well stocked with kitchen equipment and linens and was generally clean and tidy when we arrived. Views over the lake in the evening are wonderful and there are some great hiking trails nearby. We'll be back!

This property is amazing! Great and friendly hosts, a ton of space(bigger than we thought) and an all around wonderful place to spend the weekend! We had a large group and were definitely not short on space! We also loved our visits from the peacocks! Would highly recommend the property and the maple tour!! We will definitely be back!

The farmhouse was great. Perfect for a quick weekend away from the city. Plenty of space for 8 people and great communication with Jake and Hailee. Highly recommend the tour of the maple syrup operation!

Lovely rustic farmhouse with very spacious rooms and lots of room outside as well. It was a wonderful place to reconnect with our family (who are all too busy!) We were able to create lasting memories in our time here. We very much enjoyed the animals. The tour was very informative and interesting. The furnishings were comfortable and allowed us to have local family in for visits with room for everyone to sit! We can’t wait to come back next year. Frisbee golf was fun too!

Just spent three nights and two full days here. Seven of us from three different Southern states for a family gathering with local relatives. The farmhouse was a wonderful place to stay. Four bedrooms. A big open kitchen and family room space that allowed lots of family time together. And the October foliage was beautiful. If you stay here, ask for a tour of this 100 acre commercial maple sugar farm owned/operated by this industrious young couple. Fascinating! Wonderful hosts who live on the property. A 5-star experience!

Jake's place is an awesome old house with lots of modern conveniences. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed for cooking. Loved the syrup and pancake mix - such a nice touch. We also love that the fridge has the basic condiments so we don't have to purchase just to throw away after a couple days. Our trip was mid October and the house always felt warm enough, even the upstairs bedrooms. This is a BIG house. Plenty of room (sleeps 11) that you wouldn't feel cramped with a big group. All 4 bedrooms are large and 2 1/2 baths are well stocked with towels, soaps and shampoos. The property is amazing with all the maple trees in peak fall colors. It is all well maintained and just a very peaceful place.

This is a great place if you are looking for a secluded, rustic place not too far from Conneaut Lake or Pymatuning. There is plenty of space for everyone. The younger ones can run and play the outdoors games. You can sit by the firepit at night under the stars. Jake and Hailee gave great local tips and were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Tiny, cozy, clean and private, this cabin will charm you with it's comfy recliners and rural setting. We came here to write and our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer. It was the perfect quiet place to dive into our project without the distractions of the city. Plenty warm and spacious for a couple or small family. Bring bottled water to drink and fresh groceries since you're a few miles from town.

What a perfect escape! We absolutely loved the cabin and made good use of the wood burning stove. The views of the woods and the field were beautiful; we even saw some wild turkeys foraging one morning. The cabin had all the basic necessities that we needed for the weekend. If you need some isolated R&R, this place fits the bill. We will definitely be back!

Bring your own water to drink. No wifi. Deer heads (not pictured) on the wall. Host is very accommodating and the place is very nice. The fire pit outside and wood burning stove inside are great. Perfect if you want to get away for the weekend. Movie selection is great. Bedding is good. It must have be well water, which didn't bother us. I found everything I needed in the kitchen was there. I would stay here again.

This cabin is a good little spot to stay for the weekend. It is pretty close to some local spots including Voodoo brewery, a couple wineries and Conneaut Lake. The cabin looks very new and is extremely clean. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

My sister and I stayed with our dogs. It was such a cozy little place and we loved it. It was comfortable and clean. The outside space was awesome! We enjoyed the fire pit both nights, and the dogs loved running around in the big yard. It was peaceful and quiet, and the location is beautiful. We will definitely stay again!

We had a great weekend at Dutch Hill. The area was private and had plenty of space for our dogs to run and enjoy. We spent plenty of time around the fire pit and on the back porch while there was some rain. The cabin was exactly what we were looking for to host our small group.

The cabin was adorable! It was comfortable and in a great location! If you are looking to ‘rough’ it but not this is the place to go!

Marion is so easy to work with, and did so many thoughtful things for my stay. The place is exactly as described. I will come again.

Great location for an overnight before an Allegheny College visit - excellent value, too! The garage was spacious, and easy to park in. The place was just as described, and the directions for check-in easy to follow. Marion said hi as we were heading out for dinner (to a really great Italian place - Chovy's? - nearby). Bed was a little hard for our taste, but everything else was really comfortable. Marion provided us with scones, milk, cereal, coffee, oatmeal packets - more than we expected for an easy breakfast in the room. The place is small, as described, but thoughtfully arranged and quite comfortable. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

We arrived late as we had a 10 hour drive. Marion cheerfully greeted us at check-in. We had a great stay and highly recommend.

Marion is a wonderful hostess. Nice space with plenty of choices for breakfast food and snacks. Loved her homemade scones. Would definitely stay again.

I have a 5-piece band and it’s often difficult to find a place to stay with enough beds for everyone and a guaranteed parking place. Bill & Brenda’s home was perfect on all accounts AND it’s got such cool history as a stage coach stop from the 1840s! They were easy to very communicate with and even stayed up late to make sure we got checked in after our gig. Thanks for a great, quick stay in our “dedicated stop,” Bill & Brenda!

Bill and Brenda’s home is a beautiful old farmhouse that is well maintained, and very clean. This is the 4th time we’ve stayed with them, and would highly recommend it!

Bill & Brenda are extra special hosts and ones we will connect with again and again. First, before we arrived, they accommodated us in every detail, showing incredible flexibility. We had a mishap with our car on the way and delayed us and we weren't sure we would even make it. When I messaged them. their response of lifting us up in prayer and what they said was amazing timing to contribute the peace I felt through it. After we arrived, the welcome and their beautiful clean house felt like home. Any need we had with the 4 adults and 3 kids was met throughout! Such warm and caring people. We stayed upstairs and used all 5 beds, but no one wanted to sleep with little Josiah...so we used a blanket we brought to make a pallet for our 4 year old grandson in our room, and the next night they had put another quilt under and made his little bed even more comfy :-) Bill gave us an incredible tour of this amazing Civil War era home with so much history attached. His research proved to be very interesting! We definitely felt right at home! As we were loading to leave for a cookout/family reunion, Brenda even cut up all the veggies for us for the grill! If you had not considered stopping at this "dedicated" stop, you may want to reconsider! It is worth twice what you will pay.

We had a wonderful experience this past weekend visiting the lake. The house was super clean. Our 3 girls loved the upstairs. The beds downstairs were so comfortable, felt like we were sleeping on clouds! Great location, close to everything. Would definitely recommend this house if you’re planning a trip!

Great place! Went with our 4 kids, they had the whole upstairs to themselves. Everything has recently been remodeled so most items in the cottage feel and look new...bathroom is very nice. Home has all the amenities you could need, including the little things like hand/dish soap, etc. Not much of a yard to speak of but you are 30 sec walk to the Shady Ave dock. No real complaints here! It would be nice to have ‘real beds’ upstairs, it is just a queen air mattress and 2 cord which are really only suitable for small children. Mattresses downstairs also seem new, but we’re probably the softest beds I’ve ever slept on (but that is a personal preference). Thanks for a great stay!

A very cute updated cottage right next to shady avenues sandy pier.... I would definitely stay again. Great sunsets from this side of the Lake!

Gino offered an amazing lake cottage that was perfect for a family vacation! Lots of different areas to hang out! A screened in front porch and outside back porch and also a fire pit! Check-in was very easy and Gino was very prompt with providing information to us! We will return in the future for sure!

Great location to vacation with the family! Loved the short walk to access the lake for swimming & kayaking. We carried our kayaks down the street. Lake is beautiful. Lots of outdoor games to play & great fire pit! Spent lots of time on the front porch together playing games & relaxing.

The full kitchen, washer and dryer, and multiple common areas for people to hang out made this place a great choice for us!

Pretty 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage a block from Lake Conneaught, PA. Well equipped kitchen, enclosed porch that is big enough for playing games, napping, or reading, nice shaded deck for grilling or eating dinner. We rented this house when my daughter graduated from nearby Allegheny College - it was much nicer than a more expensive set of hotel rooms! Gino was in touch frequently by text, making sure that I had no problems with keys or anything in the house. If you are a lake-person, this is an ideal rental for a couple or a small family.

The rental was perfect for our group's fishing trip over Memorial Day weekend. There was plenty of outdoor space for a couple tents and boat trailers. The outdoor shower was great, the kitchen was well stocked.

This is such a nice place and the owner goes out of their way to make it feel like a 5 star hotel. Towels and sheets were of the highest quality.

This place was perfect for my wife and I and our 4 children!

Our visit to Lakeside Landing was an enjoyable stay. Randy was motivated to make our stay pleasant. He gave a tour of the home and provided more than enough details to make our stay comfortable. A binder full of information about the house, contact information and local attractions was comprehensive and a nice touch. Amenities were everything we needed with a few extra touches that made our stay special. The home is spacious and very clean. The backyard is a nice space to grill and relax. This area of the lake was familiar to us and we enjoy spending time here. The Hazel Park beach is a great spot for families with kids. Overall, we recommend a stay at Lakeside Landing.

Amazing home, set far back. Comfort everywhere! The furniture and beds were fabulous! Completely stocked and efficient. Loved having the fire pit. We were able to use some of the deadfall, but there is a farm about 1 mile up that sells wood by the wheelbarrow load. The location is so quiet and serene. The marina (about 2 miles away) offers beautiful sunrises and sunsets if you care to venture down. I would suggest a sunrise and then breakfast at one of the cafes or diners by marina. Chovy's Italian( Meadville) offered a wonderful dinner the one night we didn't cook for ourselves. Must try the Italian wedding soup! Thank you for the accommodation!

Beautiful, comfortable home in a quiet, safe neighborhood on Conneaut Lake! We felt safe, the home was very clean and comfortable (we all slept great on the comfortable beds and pillows!). The rental process was a bit different than we have experienced with other Airbnbs (you sign a temporary lease for your stay dates) but there were no issues. Thank you for a great and comfortable place to stay while we visited the area!

Beautiful farmhouse in downtown Cortland, with a great view of the lake. We enjoyed our stay in this very spacious house. The owners were phenomenal in their communication, answering any questions we had, and overall extremely helpful. You won’t be disappointed staying here!! It’s got a ton of space, multiple bathrooms, and a massive yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!!

House was great!! Stayed here with 6 friends! More than enough room for all of us! Very spacious! So many rooms! Nearby there is a pizza joes, and a great diner called top notch! There's a nice view of the lake from the house. Owners left us homemade cookies!
