Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. idyllic house on the Lower Rhine in Kevelaer

The lovingly renovated house is "a bit like before" with large living room-kitchen, fireplace, sofa and three bedrooms. In the courtyard there is a seating area with BBQ and parking spaces for bicycles. We only use it as a passage. A supermarket in the neighborhood, to the pedestrian zone 500 meters, to the train station 1.4 km. Families are welcome with us. The house has baby gates at the stairs. The stairs are steep. I speak English, a little French, and my husband a little Dutch.

We are a 4-person household with daughter and grandma in the house! My mother Sigrid is a co-host, cleaning fairy, and caretaker in a person without whom there would be nothing going on here. ;-) Since 2019, a small dog from animal welfare has also been included. We've had so many great guests, and look forward to seeing you soon! We observe the corona rules and clean particularly thoroughly. Sanitize. Check in by distance!
