Welcome to Everett Cottage, a darling 1922 farmhouse style home located in the Historic Steunenberg District in downtown Caldwell, just 2 blocks from College of Idaho and .5 miles from West Valley Medical Center. Close freeway access in just 5 mins. Walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, Destination Downtown Caldwell, ice cream/frozen yogurt shops, restaurants as well as sporting events at College of Idaho. Local vineyards just a short drive away

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 bedrooms (1 king and 2 twins) 1 bath. River access with dock just a short walk away. Popular area for fishing, hunting, wine tasting, off road trails. Full kitchen and full bath with bathtub. We do allow pets but there is a $40 per pet fee per stay for extra cleaning and very low cleaning fees compared to other listings. Add your pet where you add your guests. Thank you!!

Cottage on the Snake River

We are at the end of a 1/2 mile driveway. It is very quiet and relaxing. The house is comfortable and homey. Lots of space to walk around. We have a pond near by that is full of wildlife. The house has a water softener/filter so the water feels slick on your skin. Also, the water has a sulfur smell to it so we provide bottled water for drinking and cooking. We have the water tested and it is safe. it just has a slight smell.

Sleepy Bear Lodge

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
