Hilltop Wellness Villa Beautiful big house on the edge of the forest, a few steps from the Pécs Zoo. The house is comfortable for up to 10 people (plus a baby). The house has a total of 3 bathrooms with 3 toilets. In the basement there is a Finnish sauna, a hot tub and a gym with a treadmill. In front of the house there is a large grassy, well-maintained area and 2 beautiful terraces. The side wall of the house from the entrance is equipped with a camera operating 0-24 hours, which monitors and records the gate entrance and the parking lot.

A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

The kitchen is highly equipped, it is possible to cook and bake. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Het wijnhuis is gelegen in een rustige zijstraat tussen andere wijnhuizen maar het ” centrum ” van het dorp is op loopafstand dus alles heerlijk dicht in de buurt. Er is een gezellige woonkamer met een echt Hongaarse tegelkachel. Vanuit de wookamer komt men in een ruime keuken en een ruime seperate badkamer. De lange wijnkelder ( 25 meter diep) heeft de ingang vanuit de woonkamer.
