Toilet with shower and washing machine, and kitchen with everything including dishwasher. 150 meters walk to the beach, and 350 meters to a beautiful meadow and cozy forest. Shopping within walking distance, and 30 minutes drive to Copenhagen city center

Charming wooden house, which is located as an annex in the backyard of a closed farm. The house has its own driveway behind the old barn, and its own small wooden deck. The house contains an entrance hall, large room with kitchen, dining table and living room with 140 cm sofa bed, bathroom, built-in wardrobe and small bedroom with 120 cm bed. The house sleeps 4 people (2 people on the sofa bed in the living room, and 2 people on 1 ½ man bed in the bedroom), but works best for 2-3 people. Unfortunately not a handicap accessible house.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and overlooks Storegade. There is a private parking space behind the property.

There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. It is smoke-free, pet-free and cleaned with allergy- and environmentally friendly, fragrance-free products. Final cleaning as well as electricity and water are included in the price (see specifications below).

Cycling distance to Roskilde

Cycling distance to Roskilde and Train to Copenhagen The apartment is located about 3.5 km from Roskilde, and you can cycle there in about 20 minutes via safe bike paths. From Roskilde Station, there are frequent trains to Copenhagen, which take about 30 minutes. Trains run at a frequency of 2-3 departures per hour and stop at central stations such as Hovedbanegården. You get a perfect combination of scenic surroundings and easy access to city life. Ideal for active commuters! 🚴‍♀️🚆

The beach cottage is centrally located in the city and only 100 meters to the beach. Shopping opportunities just around the corner. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The beach cottage is an older but super cozy "lady" Enjoy the lovely beach, which is just at the end of the gravel road. Relax with family/friends. Let the children swim and play safely at the child-friendly beach. Cozy house with a nice relaxing atmosphere and really nice and sunny terraces.

Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst.

The guest house is adjacent to the primary residence where I live, but privacy is respected. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.
