The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. For the winter, there is a wood-burning stove. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.

The rental is located 100 m from Seignadou, where you have a remarkable view of the surrounding villages, the peak of Bugarach or the Pyrenees. We are about 30 minutes from the city of Carcassonne. The accommodation was renovated in 2017, it contains an equipped kitchen, a functional bathroom, a double bed (possibility of an extra bed); as well as a terrace.
