The rural charm of St. Mary’s County is among Maryland’s best kept secrets -- 90 minutes but a world away from Washington DC (with no Bay Bridge traffic!). We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”). And be sure to visit our sister property, White Point Cottage!

Downtown Oasis (Pets Welcome)

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

We have a walk/run/bike trail in our neighborhood and a tandem bike you may borrow. Enjoy our 82” TV and WIFI. We are 1 hr from DC & Richmond

After a fun day, unwind in our peaceful retreat and immerse yourself in nature's tranquility.

This Cute place is tastefully designed to offer you a great experience in terms of comfort and convenience. The basic needs have been anticipated and provided for. It's 5 miles from Mary Washington Hospital, 20 miles from Quantico Marine base, just minutes from downtown Fredericksburg and minutes from interstate 95. There's a decent parking for up to 6 cars.
