(2700 sq. foot) of living space, with three balconies and a 60-sqm. terrace on a hill with a view of the city. The house offers a total of 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms with king-size twin beds, a loft with a sofa bed, a games console, private sauna and your own fitness studios. The "Büchenbronn" district is located south about 15 minutes from the gold town of Pforzheim, on a northern foothill of the Black Forest. Since we have 2 apartments in a 3-family house, we thought we would like to offer the apartment on the 2nd floor (top floor) for nice people who are looking for a short-term stay. The apartment has 2 rooms + bathroom, in which 6 people can sleep, 4 guests in the Africa room (bed & sofa bed) and 2 guests in the Rose room (bed). There is NO kitchen available!

Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes' walk. The CongressCentrum and the theater are also just around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk away.

There is a large, open kitchen with a dining table and the directly adjacent, cozy living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a coffee maker, toaster and tea maker. The bathroom has a large bathtub with separate shower, toilet and sink. The 1 bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser. In the 2 bedrooms there is a large wardrobe, a double and a single bed. The large living room couch can be folded into a bed.

Kunterbunt train station (Monbachtal)

Former Black Forest train station nestled in nature (1912) Here, animals and humans live in decent homeliness. We share the terrace, house, and garden with a dog, a cat, running ducks, and chickens. The bedroom and dining room are next to each other on the ground floor, the bathroom can be reached via a hallway shared with us. We ourselves live on the 1st floor. Curtains as well as opaque curtains are located on all windows.
