Great hosts!! The room we were supposed to sleep in was not ready, so we slept in the bigger one. This is THE most confortable bed (and bedroom) I've ever been in. So beautiful and so much space! And it is such a beautiful house. I hope I have the chance to go back sometime!

Excellent experience! During the day we could see the river from our balcony. At night we sat by the fireplace and chatted in the living room. Biagio and Kudzai were great hosts. Very warm and inviting. Our room was large, beautifully decorated and very clean. We would recommend them for sure.

I love this place. This is my home away from home. I highly recommend them as a place to go--I have stayed in many airb&bs and this is by far the best one I have ever stayed in. I stay here every time I come to the area. These people are the most amazing hosts. If you love comfort, feeling like you're at home in the most beautiful surroundings with the most gorgeous room (not kidding) and surrounded by the lush garden view from the Theresa room--then you will love staying here. I always book ahead because it is known and a lot of people have the same idea as me. My husband and I particularly loved the large spacious room, comfortable bed that you fall right to sleep in the moment your head hits the pillow, stunning wooden floors, electric fireplace, stunning bathroom--large walk-in shower. The Keurig coffee maker in the room is a plus and excellent continental breakfast provided each morning. Got to enjoy the comfort offered by Mila their beautiful and most well behaved emotional service animal. This is my home away from home and I highly recommend them!

Best house in the county!

The rooms are large and clean, the hosts are very easy to get in contact with. I especially enjoyed the spacious room, comfortable bed and how much the room feels like home! It was nice having a mini fridge with plenty of waters and the ability to make tea or coffee in the room.

Wonderful Airbnb. I used to go to school in Binghamton and I didn’t know what to expect going into our weekend stay, but the place was lovely, decorated, safe, and clean. Also Joey leaves so many little extras to ensure your stay is comfortable.

This was a great house to stay in. When we walked in, it looked exactly how it looks in the photos. The best part is that there are so many amenities (snacks, all the toiletries you can imagine, robes etc.) Joey was fast to respond to any message I sent, so great customer service. I'll definitely consider this place next time we are in town! 5 stars!

Our stay was more than satisfactory. Great area, walking distance from many parks, shops, and restaurants. There’s a quaint little bowling alley right across the street we definitely took advantage of. The house was quaint and clean. The hospitality was superb. Would definitely stay again.

Great easy spot, spacious comfortable and clean. Lots of little touches like snacks, tissues, bathroom products... Everything was really great except for the bath tub area which is a mess and rotting out along the edges which had some mold behind them. Tried to take a bath but the water pressure was a trickle and the tub felt kinda gross. Literally everything else about the place is great and easy, actually even a bit nicer than the listing photos, but just be aware that it’s not a good place for baths. We enjoyed our stay.

This is in a great location in Binghamton. The house is impressively clean and includes nice touches that make the apartment feel cozy and welcoming. Joey was very communicative to make sure we had everything we needed. It's an old house, so it's a bit creaky. If you're a light sleeper I'd suggest staying at the upstairs apartment rather than the downstairs. But overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The house was easy to find and access. The place is spacious and cute. The bed was comfy and I’m so happy there was a fan and spare phone charger as I forgot mine! The shower had great water pressure. The fridge was stocked with essential items, which I appreciated. Overall I’m very impressed and hope to stay again :)

Robert's home is a peaceful oasis, and filled with everything you could possibly need. We stayed there for a week and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook real food. The bed was firm and very comfortable, and extra blankets were provided. It's very close to grocery stores and the highway. Robert does stay in the basement during the week, but it's totally separate and he's extremely quiet. He was quick to respond to messages when we needed some information about local parks. The neighborhood is serene with lots of sidewalks. It was the best place to stay for a week! We highly recommend it!

Roberts house was in a great location in Endwell close to a park and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was super clean and as a host Robert did amazing. I would love to stay there again when we return to Binghamton!

More than super host

As a couple shifting to the US for the first time to join an overseas assignment, we were looking for a safe, comfortable, and budget stay for considerable duration. This place offered exactly what we were looking for. In fact it was because of this place that we could settle down and find our way around. For those of you coming to Binghamton without a car this place also offers easy accessibility to the city bus service. I highly recommend this place for anyone - students and working profesionals alike looking for a stay in Binghamton/Endicott. The hosts are very welcoming, and will ensure that you have a happy stay!

Merrie and Rob are wonderful hosts. They make you feel right at home. The rooms are very clean and they have adorable animals.

Nice clean room with small refrigerator and coffee maker. Surprisingly the air mattress doesn’t even feel like an air mattress. Had a great night sleep with a powerful heater included.

Rob and Merrie's place is great! It's easy to find (right off I-81) and Rob is a wonderful host. The rooms are clean and attractive and the view of the marsh and pond is beautiful. I highly recommend The Big Blue House.

Marie's place was great for our short stay in the Binghampton area! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive, and her place was sparkling clean. She gave us detailed information about the surrounding area in advance and even had coffee for us in the morning. She also provided an electric blanket, which was handy. Marie was very communicative and quick to respond, as well as accommodating of our schedule. I would definitely recommend!

Marie's home is comfortable and she is a super nice hostess. She even said she would help me out if I needed a ride to work but I was able to figure it out. I will try to stay there again on my next trip.

The apartment is great because it is so close to downtown Binghamton, it only takes a 18 minute walk. The bathroom was pretty modern and really clean. It's really open and spacious and you definitely will not feel cramped at all. Thuan was awesome and got me checked in real quick, even with a short notice. I definitely will try to book with her again if I have the opportunity to :]

Easy to check in/out, gorgeous room and gorgeous hot tub, 10 minute walk to downtown and to Robot City (for ALL the pinball machines). Maria and Kody also include concessions and libations in the room for a small fee, in case you forget to go to the liquor/grocery store. Great hosts.

I travel to Binghamton often and have stayed at most hotels in the area. I wish I found Crystal's place a long time ago! Had such a great stay and Crystal was beyond accommodating! Perfect place to stay with my two small dogs, who absolutley loved being able to run and play in the big backyard. We will definitely be back!

Nice house close to Binghamton Very clean and Crystal was a great host. Perfect spot for our trip with our dogs. The fenced in yard was great. The coffee bar was a nice touch.

We arrived later than we expected and were greeted with friendliness. Despite the late hour, he opened the door and immediately gave us a tour of his home with a welcoming personality. The room we stayed in was cozy and clean. The air mattress was better than expected. His residence is in a very convenient location right off the highway. We would be happy to stay at his place again.

This home is very neat and clean. Mike is a great host and he was very accommodating with check in and my late night work hours. His home is within walking distance to downtown, and I felt safe walking back from work in the early morning.

Super host, and great place. Arrived past midnight and Mike was supremely gracious. Stayed a week. Definitely recommend.

We were Mike's first guests in the basement room. Super private room, although the shared bathroom is 2 floors up. Mike and his housemate are friendly and safe guys. Everything is super clean, stylish, comfortable... awesome massage recliner in the room, and the air mattress was just fine (before he gets around to equipping it with an actual bed). And his house is around the corner from Robot City Arcade which has 32 pinball tables!

Mike was a great host, even though he was out of town. The check in and check out process was very easy and the space was very clean. Overall it was a very good stay!

Roger's place worked perfectly for us. Walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants as well as downtown. The living room is huge and the high ceilings make it feel even bigger. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

There are a number of positive things to say with our experience. They are close enough to Owego for a trip to not feel inconvenient, yet far enough away to have a nice secluded and peaceful area to relax. My wife and I took advantage of the fire pit, and even went kayaking for the first time. Overall a great experience with great hosts.

This is a place I want to keep a secret...so peaceful...a beautiful spot. Second day: walked out camper door and a wild rabbit nearly ran straight into me! Watched several deer feeding in field next door, saw a woodchuck, squirrels, chipmunk, etc...if you like nature, it's a gorgeous spot. Kathy & Terry are great hosts..you'll luv it! Outdoor shower is great. Not to mention, there are kayaks for the river too! The location is nice because you are only a few minutes from town, gas station, grocery store, and restaurants.

Glenn’s place is really cool. It’s in the countryside (he’s got chickens in his backyard!) yet close to the nearby towns. The room is exactly as you see in the photos. It was very clean as well. Glenn has worked on the room himself and his attention to detail around the beach theme is awesome. The house looks deceivingly small from outside but is very big. The room is spacious, the tv is loaded, and the bed is very comfortable. If you’re going here for a long stay, please check with him about your kitchen needs beforehand. He has been kind to accommodate my requests but best to clarify before you book. He helped me with my laundry too! Glenn and Lee are very kind people, and they love their quiet calm life. We even went out for dinner a couple of times! Overall, I found this place to be one of the best Airbnb listings in the area and I will look forward to go back again. I’ll miss his dogs and I’m sure they will miss me for a while too. They’re very friendly and loving.

This was our second trip. We had a wonderful stay! We had a busy weekend packed with many fun filled activities. We came back to Terri’s home exhausted. The room is very pretty, comfy and cozy. Everything smells like beautiful candle scents that make it feel warm and welcoming like a home away from home. We will be coming back to visit again soon!

Terri and Dave have a lovely and clean home. The pictures and the description were accurate. When we arrived they offered us wine, and in the morning they offered us breakfast (bagels, oatmeal, granola bars, clementines, juice, and coffee). The room was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very quiet at night too. It was a great value for the money.

We had a very pleasant stay at Patti’s. Her home was welcoming and cozy. We were a group of four and the bedroom accommodations were more than enough. She also had such great dinner recommendations and we enjoyed our stay there.

She's an amazing lady! And when she says views from the house, she isn't kidding! It's beautiful there! It was definitely perfect! I wouldn't have traded it for anything else.

The house was easy to find! Super cute inside. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom tub had some hair in it so needed a little better cleaning but not a huge issue for me. Overall clean place! Kitchen, I was not able to find salt or pepper, but the host offered some drink options in the fridge which was kind. :) I would recommend this home.

We had an amazing stay at Andrew and Sally’s place! They were excellent with communication and flexible with our check in time so we would have extra time at the property to explore. They have a wonderful family that lives on the property with great dogs Tucker and Annabelle. We had unfortunate weather (snow in May) but Sally and her family more than made up for it! The house is beautifully done, stocked with all the amenities you’ll need, and felt just like home. We hiked and explored the property a couple days and loved the lake. The sauna was a perfect way to unwind after a chilly hike. We cannot wait to come back for more farm fresh eggs and home made cookie dough!

Casey's house is perfectly comfortable, with two clean bedrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, and a comfy living space. The property is highlighted by amazing views and incredible land on the property. We spent two lovely weeks and were spellbound by the sights and sounds of the area, hawks, foxes, birds, animals abound here. It was a wonderful experience.

A little piece of heaven. The location is very calm and quiet. The house is very nice and they have everything you might need, literally everything! Kitchen is full of pots. Bathroom with a selection of different soaps and shampoos. Be sure to pack enough food so you don’t have to go back and fort to the grocery store and just enjoy the nature. It’s really peaceful there. We will be back

Deb’s place was perfect. Quiet, comfortable, clean, great personal touches. We loved being able to walk around Owego. Try Harris’s cafe for breakfast (right around the corner) and the Farmhouse for beers at night (about two blocks away). Way nicer than a hotel room. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town visiting family.

This place is a gem! Easy access to the space, it is in a quiet neighborhood, and a short distance from any restaurant or shopping center you need. Binghamton University is right down the road, which was perfect for us.

Such a warm and inviting space!! I love the traditional style!! Joy was amazing and wonderful!! Very quick to respond and a super warm woman!! I will definitely be staying with Joy again in the future. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay!!

We loved our stay at Joy’s place, it was exactly what we were looking for while on a clinical rotation. We really appreciated having a full kitchen to use too. Very nice hosts, easy to get ahold of and very accommodating.

Roger’s place was perfect! Super clean, very stylish and fantastic communication. In fact we extended and stayed an extra night because it was such an awesome space! Highly recommend!!!

Place is easy to find and super close to where I was working! I was unable to park in the back due to my larger SUV but I found easy street parking directly infront of the door entrance. The directions were easy to follow to access the building. The apartment is very cute and good size! The only thing I had to bring on my own was a portable fan. The first two nights it was very quiet and calm! Bed is comfy! The last night there was a large family staying in the apartment next to this one and they were pretty loud. So if your a light sleeper it may be tricky. I ended up closing the bedroom door, using my fan, and earplugs and slept fine. I would recommend this place and stay again, but I will inquire next time if there will be other guests staying as well. :)

The place was stylish, comfortable with nice touches such as little extra blankets and face-towels alongside normal body size towels. Coffee was set out for the guests to have during their stay which was thoughtful, it was a bargain deal close to campus which was beautiful and comfortable. There was a book when you enter offering Netflix, wifi, and telling you local spots to eat and get drinks sorted by distance! It saved me time having to look through Google reviews and maps, and was a heartwarming touch! I got instant responses from the host in order to see that I always felt my needs were met with high standards. Host was overall thoughtful, well planned out/prepared, professional, and very understanding!

My parents and I enjoyed Roger’s place! We would stay again.

I took a uber from bus terminal to Joey's place. It was 5 min drive. Everything was clean and convenient. I entered the password and then accessed the building and my room. Though it was late night, the bed was so comfort that it brought you peaceful dream. There as heater and extra blankets for cold winter. It was really a nice experience to stay at this place.

The room was set up just like the photo, but had special touches that were out of frame. Price Chopper and Tom’s Gift Shop are within walking distance, as are several fast food chains.

Very clean and easy check in process. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

I spent a month in Margie’s space for about one month. It was exactly the retreat I needed after busy days in the hospital. The location is central, the host warm, and the apartment spacious. I will be notifying other students in my medical school to look at Margie’s place if they end up in Binghamton!

Great location

Kitchen and bathroom were stocked with the basics needed for my one-month stay. Very friendly hosts quick to respond with any questions. Fairly constant water-sloshing sounds heard through the walls in the bedroom were a bit distracting at night. Otherwise very good stay for the price.

Margie's one bedroom apartment was perfect for us as a couple traveling together. The apartment is clean and stayed very cool in the summer when we visited. The property managers who live next door were wonderful - they left us to our own space but were accessible if we needed anything. Really enjoyed staying here - highly recommend. :)

Comfortable bed. Huge room. Easy self check in with lock code. Convenient area, close to fast food and other restaurants. I will stay here again when I’m in the area.

Great stay

This was an absolutely amazing stay for the price it is offered. I was honestly surprised. The amenities were extensive, and the smallest of touches made the place almost more comfortable than my own home. But to make sure you get the full story- the only criticism I could provide is that the walls were thin enough that somewhere, not sure if within the building or outside, a TV could be heard and an electric box made a buzzing noise periodically. This was a VERY minor inconvenience when trying to sleep, but did exist nonetheless. That's the only complaint I could possibly give. I would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed here overnight for an interview and was happy with my stay. Much more spacious and nicely furnished than I expected. Clean and comfy - definitely a great deal for the price, too.
