My home has surveillance cameras a private entrance and is very clean. We have worked very hard to make our place exceptionally comfortable. We have traveled around the world and know what make your stay comfortable. Our rooms are located in our finished BASEMENT and there are about 10 steps. If your luggage is heavy we have a back door access to assist you with your luggage
Our neighborhood is very close to JFK. Were is a no fly zone so you don't see or hear the planes. Our neighborhood is quite with plenty of local restaurants, convenience stores , and drug stores.

The local mall is 2 miles away it offers: Chase bank, Wal-Mart, Century21, Victoria Secret, Macy's, H&M, Kohl's, Old Navy, JC Penney, Sears, Aldo, Dick's Sporting goods, 24 hour fitness, Burlington, Foot locker, StarBucks, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Olive Garden, Home Depot and tons of other shops

  • I only stayed here for a couple of hours before leaving for the airport. I was a little unsure of the level of safety, especially traveling alone. However, I felt secure once inside. It was a little tough getting up and down the stairs with a suitcase. Otherwise, I thought the room was spacious. I loved having a bathroom in the room. The TV, although I didn't have time to use it, was fairly big for the room, and the bed was very comfortable. There were hygiene items, including a toothbrush, already in the bathroom. There were also bottles waters in the refrigerator. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Queens area or going to/from JFK.

The room was spacious and super clean - I was changed to a new room right before I arrived, and was happy with it, especially since I had my own private bathroom - major plus!! The other guests that stayed in the other rooms seemed nice - didn't engage much with them, but there was enough "space" - big living room/eating area, kitchen use, etc. I'd stay again.

There were games, a Keurig machine, as well as a very neat fish tank that housed a cool fish ! The apartment was sparking clean and as we were leaving for the airport, she came outside to wish us a safe journey. Faith always responded in a timely manner and met all of our needs.     Sorry but due to The Coronavirus... we are not hosting people who work in airports & hospitals or frequently visit them! Beautiful renovated home in the heart of Queens Village on quiet residential wide main street. 5 min walk to restaurants, stores, pharmacies, busses, churches. Both airports JFK & LaGuardia are a 15 minute ride away with easy bus & train coordination. Busses go to bus terminal which is a 15 minute bus ride to trains & a 10 minute drive to J,Z,Q,F,E trains Your room door sign says 'Los Angeles' & is located downstairs. Friendly, helpful & considerste Industry daughter & dad own this home. There's a well loved indoor cat named Sphynx. He's friendly, doesn't smell up our well kept house or shed excessively. However, if you fear cats & have mean habits towards them don't book here... such behavior won't be tolerated. Do not let him out or you will be fined. Plenty of street parking on our beautiful wide & open tree lined street. The home is in the heart of queens village which is not that big so please Google the Walgreens in Queens Village to your destinations to find out transportation routes to see if this home is right for you before booking because I'm too busy to grant that accommodation. On another note there is a full time house/ property manager whom is my father. All guests get a key unless you are here only overnight. Please do not just show up here unannounced & outside the door as if people don't have a life and errands without physically calling him a few hours in advance when checking in so he has time to be there for YOU! If it's a same day booking contact the host Mr. Pruitt direct because the person you're communicating with is not who will be there most likely. He has a 100% track rate & no bad reviews so chances are he's going to be right. He is quiet & laid back. It's rare that we absolutely do not have mice & will not tolerate anyone eating in bedrooms or you will be fined for sneaking in food which is my pet peeve. I did $30,000 worth of construction & got a cat to prevent rodents. Do not eat upstairs period.... That is why I designed the main floor for all your entertainment & eating needs. No food in trash cans upstairs either & we will be fine. I am terrified of mice & if I find you violating that you will be asked to leave. I am not comfortable with small children or pets booking in this house because I have a cat & although he's great... I can't predict his reaction. I also have expensive furniture & we don't want to be liable. . Also, this is not a handicapped accessible home. I do not have any ramps & wheelchair accessible bathrooms. I have 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor that all guests use. The home has a few stairs to enter street level main floor. Inside the home is staircase to bedrooms and there is no place to ride a wheelchair or install a staircase lift. Please do not sneak in or book this listing because we are in compliance with the law and will honor that before all else.

  • Asim is a very nice man. His house is very clean and the bed is comfortable. He is easy going and communicates very well. I was a bit confused, as I was asked to move my car out of the driveway, although I was checking out in a half hour. Also a TV in the room would’ve made the stay nicer. Overall I had a good stay.

  • Zabarjung’s place is a nice place to relax after a day out. I stayed for one night because of traveling for work. I found the place nice for the price. His place was spacious with unique touches and I was able to sleep comfortably. The neighborhood felt safe enough for me to leave my car parked on the street. I’d recommend this place for someone who is looking for an affordable place, who perhaps is traveling by car, and looking for the bare essentials (fridge, bathroom, microwave, iron, etc.)

I took two last minutes trips to NYC, and German responded immediately to my requests to book late in the day. The place is very clean, warm, and the beds are very comfortable.     Sorry but due to The Coronavirus... we are not hosting people who work in airports & hospitals or frequently visit them! Beautiful renovated home in the heart of Queens Village on quiet residential wide main street. 5 min walk to restaurants, stores, pharmacies, busses, churches. Both airports JFK & LaGuardia are a 15 minute ride away with easy bus & train coordination. Busses go to bus terminal which is a 15 minute bus ride to trains & a 10 minute drive to J,Z,Q,F,E trains Your room door sign says 'Los Angeles' & is located downstairs. Friendly, helpful & considerste Industry daughter & dad own this home. There's a well loved indoor cat named Sphynx. He's friendly, doesn't smell up our well kept house or shed excessively. However, if you fear cats & have mean habits towards them don't book here... such behavior won't be tolerated. Do not let him out or you will be fined. Plenty of street parking on our beautiful wide & open tree lined street. The home is in the heart of queens village which is not that big so please Google the Walgreens in Queens Village to your destinations to find out transportation routes to see if this home is right for you before booking because I'm too busy to grant that accommodation. On another note there is a full time house/ property manager whom is my father. All guests get a key unless you are here only overnight. Please do not just show up here unannounced & outside the door as if people don't have a life and errands without physically calling him a few hours in advance when checking in so he has time to be there for YOU! If it's a same day booking contact the host Mr. Pruitt direct because the person you're communicating with is not who will be there most likely. He has a 100% track rate & no bad reviews so chances are he's going to be right. He is quiet & laid back. It's rare that we absolutely do not have mice & will not tolerate anyone eating in bedrooms or you will be fined for sneaking in food which is my pet peeve. I did $30,000 worth of construction & got a cat to prevent rodents. Do not eat upstairs period.... That is why I designed the main floor for all your entertainment & eating needs. No food in trash cans upstairs either & we will be fine. I am terrified of mice & if I find you violating that you will be asked to leave. I am not comfortable with small children or pets booking in this house because I have a cat & although he's great... I can't predict his reaction. I also have expensive furniture & we don't want to be liable. . Also, this is not a handicapped accessible home. I do not have any ramps & wheelchair accessible bathrooms. I have 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor that all guests use. The home has a few stairs to enter street level main floor. Inside the home is staircase to bedrooms and there is no place to ride a wheelchair or install a staircase lift. Please do not sneak in or book this listing because we are in compliance with the law and will honor that before all else.

We felt extremely comfortable at their place and we would always stay there again. It's a nice neighborhood. Location is good, near to Clearview expressway and other highways if you need to get to I-95. The hosts are also very quick to respond to questions. Bathroom is new and clean.
