If you rent the upper unit we do not have anyone in the lower unit but the whole house is available for use with family or friends to share the entire cabin! This is the last to be restored and now working to restore the 40 acres of forest and pond. This quiet location offers peace and serenity and a view of Pikes Peak. Deer, elk, fox, bear, coyote and even some moose have been seen on this property. Nearby Pike National Forest offers adventure for outdoor enthusiasts.
