A must book! Way better than I expected

Location is very good. You can walk to the center in about 15 minutes. The cleanliness is also perfect. We used by three people, but area is enough to return and sleep.

While this place is about a 20 minute walk from Hakata Station, it is totally worth it. It was about 1000 yen to take a taxi, and they were kind enough to arrange a taxi for us on our departure date. Yes, the traffic noise can be a little noisy at times but for us it was only a minor nuisance.

About Izumi: - Izumi was a great host for us. She replied inmediately any message and helped a lot. For sure, we recommed her place. :)

July Travel Reviews in Japan It is a hotel that I stayed at when going to Dazaifu. It was convenient because it is located between station to Hakata and station to Dazaifu. This area is not a place where Hakata and Tenjin are so popular, so it is a great place to feel Japanese sentiment. Walking around the hotel is a fun area. And the host was really kind and attentive and very good !! I usually use English. I do not know Japanese but it's okay. What is really amazing is that it is very clean without any dust. Especially the shower room ... The bedroom is like a tatami room, so unlike the hotel, it is really cozy and nice. Especially the bedding is very fluffy ㅋ ㅋㅋ I used to use a lot of mats that I used to have :) Unfortunately, there was no other guest on the day I was there, but it was really good :) Next time you come to Fukuoka I'm going to make a schedule to use this hostel. It was such a great experience.

I traveled alone in June 2019 in Fukuoka. I was in Japan for the first time and I was a bit worried because I could not speak Japanese, but it was a pleasant trip with careful consideration of host. If I go to Fukuoka next time, I will go again. In addition, like most of the latter, Dazaifu is recommended to visit once.

It is about 8 minutes by Hakata Station. It takes about 15 minutes by express but it takes about 25 minutes in general. But there are not many places to stop in the surrounding shopping area, but it is good for the price. It is 2 stops to Dazaifu. There.

It is very convenient to go to Dazaifu and there are many local restaurants nearby. If you want to relax in a quiet neighborhood, I recommend it. But if you want a place close to downtown, you need to worry!

The hotel is located within 5 minutes walk from Nishitetsu Futsukaichi Station, and it is conveniently located within 15 minutes walk from the bus stop to the airport and Yufuin. It is very far from the city like Hakata and Tenjin, but you can arrive in Nishitetsu Fukuoka station in 20 minutes by express or express train. And this station itself connects to Dazaifu Station, and it is only 3km away from Dazaifu, so I will recommend you to visit Dazaifu for a while during your stay! In addition to Dazaifu and Yufuin, other Kyushu areas such as Nagasaki can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes on foot from Futsukaichi Station (the other station is Nishitetsu Futsukaichi Station). Mika-san is an extremely hospitable personality, who loves to spend his time in Japan. She always has a tip for problems and their accommodation offers many (free) options (eg plenty of tea and coffee to drink full). This is done every day by very kind housekeepers who do (despite less English language skills) everything to communicate with one.

It's fun. The room is beautiful and the dog is cute.

M’s Party of Mika’s was a wonderful experience. One has the run of a comfortable well organised house including a kitchen and dining room with many basic conveniences and generous supply of essentials, a back garden and 2 very friendly dogs if a bit “yapy” at times. We would hilly recommend it.

Nice place to stay but only a Lawson nearby, hard to find something to eat at night, but very near Dazaifu tenmangu, a good place to visit, the host is helpful and friendly, place is clean and comfortable to stay.

First of all, host is very kind! There is a convenience store at Lawson three minutes walk away and two delicious ramen houses ten minutes away. There is an air purifier in the room, so the air is clean, and the air conditioner is well out of the way. ㅎㅎ If you are going to stay for a day in Dazaifu, I recommend this hotel unconditionally !!

Sim is a sweet guy and his house is spacious and comfortable. He writes rules out when he needs to so there should be no confusion about what he expects from his guests. he is also very helpful in plotting out things to do in Fukuoka.

The landlord is very good and does not provide Chinese services. The house is located near the Hakata Station. There are 2 subway stations from the airport to Hakata Station. It is very convenient to go through the guide provided by the landlord and 5 minutes walk from the Hakata Station. The stay is very smooth. There is no photo in the house. Because the house is close to the train, the quality of sleep is not good. The surrounding shopping and dining are complete. You can save some transportation expenses by walking here, or you can walk to Tianshen for shopping. The overall feeling is good.

It was a really good experience. After moving in, she introduced her room, surrounding tourist spots and stations. The inn is really nice.

It was a wonderful experience that was not enough for one night. First of all, on the hardware side, the pictures showed the atmosphere of the hostel abroad, so it was absolutely unnecessary to worry about cleanliness etc. The room was warm and the futons were well maintained, with warm blankets, comforters and bedsheets, so it was comfortable even on a cold December day. The bathroom was spacious that it was newly built for the hostel, which was also surprisingly pleasing. Tatsuru-san is the best host I have ever met. He picked me up when I arrived fukuoka and introduce me the staffs in this room. There's something wrong with our hotwater at the second day, he came to our room soooo fast and fixed it up so quickly. He'sa relly warm-hearted person. The room is take about 5 min walk to the nearest subwy station. There also a lot of food near the room.It's very convenient. We really have a good time in Fukuoka. Thank you Tatsuru-san. Mr. Tatsuru is really the best landlord I have ever met. He communicated with me before that when I got off the plane, he was working nearby, so he could pick me up to the bed and breakfast. Then at the B & B, he was very enthusiastic and told me how to use electrical appliances. He also pointed me to the nearest subway station. The next day we had a problem with our hot water. The landlord came to help us fix it in less than ten minutes. Thank you so much. This homestay is not in the center of Fukuoka, but it is very convenient within 5 minutes from the nearest subway station. Had a great time in Fukuoka this time, thank you Mr. Tatsuru.

If you go to see the dog, there is enough reason to stay in this hotel. If you stay in the Asian room, Bichon will come and open it if you open it. It was good. At first I was worried about not having much of a review, but it was more than I expected! The location is 10-20 minutes walk from Hakata, Canal City, Tenjin and Yakuido. The towel was not enough at all when I put the towel that was written until 11 o'clock in front of my door and washed it and brought it back in the evening. It is the best view at night because it is the view of Naka River ~ ~ There was a Korean staff member so check-in and inquiry were not difficult. Next time I come to Fukuoka, I will stay again.

Although not adjacent to the subway station, there is a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get to Hakata Station and Tenjin. It will be hard get more convenient than this location wise. There’s a super market right downstairs. It’s a great place for you to buy drinking water, breakfast and more with their lower prices than convenient stores. They’re open 24/7. A train station and access to buses are all within short walking distance. For the price I have nothing but good things to say for this place.

It was my second visit. The bus stop is right in front of you and you can reach Tenjin, Canal City and Hakata Station. This is the best price for staying alone.

If you are a liquor lover, or a tranquil lover, or who don't want to go too far from Fukuoka, this is definitely recommended.

The room was clean and it was a cozy house so I didn't feel very private. The owner likes alcohol and has a lot of secret bases. I also wanted to go to Fukuoka if I had a chance.

The house has a small parking space and it is not easy to park in. The landlord is very patient to help direct. The rooms are well equipped. Although the host is not very good at English, there are translators ready to communicate with the tenant. The host also invited me to drink at his secret base in the evening. Secret small base is a small bar platform, the atmosphere is good, you can relax.

Ryoichi was a wonderful host. He was very accommodating. He even spent the evening with us by sharing a drink to talk to us. We had the great opportunity to enjoy his traditional tea room. He even took us to the shrine near hus home before driving us to the airport. Staying at his place was a great way to end our trip to Fukuoka.

A very good location, with 4 bed rooms. All cooking equipment is ready to make food. We originally book 3 nights and finally add 1 more night here.

Stations, supermarkets, pharmacies, 100-yen shops, Shimamura and electricity! It is very convenient but very quiet within 5 minutes walking distance. One stop by train to Dazaifu Tenmangu. It takes less than 10 minutes by car. There is also a Hakata specialty Motsunabe restaurant near the station! It was an arrival at night, but the warmth of my winter slippers and warming room was warm to my heart! All three rooms on the second floor had beds, air conditioners, desks and mirrors, and closets had enough hangers. Beds are covered with electric blankets! I am grateful that the toilets are on the 1st and 2nd floors! In the kitchen, we prepared oil, sugar, salt, soy sauce and the minimum, and prepared ready-to-drink water with ready-to-use water in the refrigerator and ready to use ice! They give me lots of sightseeing information around me and ask me for help, and they always suggest a solution. The response is very fast.

The hotel was as expected, the rooms and living room were clean, but unfortunately there was only one shower room, which was inconvenient for 9 of me. The location of the hotel can be found on Google map. There is a parking lot for 2 cars, and the nearby railway is 6-8 minutes walk to the hotel.

Lofts aren't often used, but they create a nice atmosphere and calm down. It was a very cozy environment

Nice stay in Fukuoka. Fifteen minutes walk from the subway. It’s a small hotel room with a kitchen. On a budget this is the place to stay.

This is a budget-friendly hotel.

Although we walk a little from the station, the internet environment is set up in a private room and the amenities are substantial. The interior is based on white and there is a feeling of cleanliness. It is easy to spend without smell. The bed was very easy to sleep. I could recommend it to my family and friends and wanted to use it again.

I thought this was a 5 stars review before I made a reservation. The facilities were spacious and clean and I wrote alone but it was great when I considered everything. I made good memories here, so I will write it again if I come again. Much better than the rest of the hostel. 5 star stars

The environment is quiet and the rest is good at night. The room layout is reasonable and very comfortable. The next day it rained and I gave an umbrella.

Every time I went to Fukuoka, I was staying in the city. I have had another pleasant experience with this coincidentally discovered hostel. It was quiet outside the city area, and I saw Japanese houses healing, It was convenient to see the Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine for about 5 minutes on foot. On the first day, I told the air conditioner on the side of the room not to work. I was so happy to replace it with a new one! It took about 15-20 minutes to get to the city by train.

The location is very good. It is about 10 minutes on foot from Tenjin Sanyue Department Store. There are 7-11 next to it. The kitchen utensils are clean, the equipment is very new, and the counter is friendly. Next time you come to Hakata, you will live.

The surrounding location is convenient, pleasant, quiet and satisfying. I'll use it again next time.

It was a new building, clean and tidy, and above all, it was nice to be quiet. I just opened the window to ventilate, but the dust on the insect screen was white. The rest was all good. Attendance is sufficient.

Norishiko Guest House I've been worried about. At last I was able to go. I was grateful for the kindness of infants, seniors and dogs. This is a recommended guest house.

We enjoyed our stay in the private room a lot. Sadly we didn't have nice weather, but we met very nice guests from Korea, Japan, Italy and Russia in the shared living room and had a fun evening together with them and our lovely host. Thanks a lot for driving us to the station on our departure day. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer.

I was sorry to check in late on business. I want to go again next time.

It is second time! It cooked a pot with it. Because there are few vacant places in the New Year, I had eaten the saucepan of Noriko Shiko, but it was much more delicious than going around! I will go again! It is more fun to stay here than to Fukuoka sightseeing.

There is a garden hotel was good. It is not that the food is comparable to eating. Mr. Francisco owner who is very kind and who has a young way of thinking. The rooms are a bit small, but there seemed to be an adult three people write up the hostel enough. Not far Mart also nearby. I noticed in a quiet neighborhood not looking or a dinner party atmosphere is the place to be enough. I want to go back once.

Shico San is friendly and warm-hearted. He is also an experienced traveller, there are many decorations which are from other countries. In Norishico Auto Guesthouse, we always have chances to meet travellers from other places. We will have party time in the night also. His house is very large, comfort and a little bit in traditional Japanese style. The room I lived is the traditional tatami one. It is an unforgettable experience which live in such environment (it will be perfect if there is Kimono XD ). Highly recommended, a great place to stay! I'll be back next time.

Let's see, lets start with location. You can reach this place by foot, it's a 20 minute walk, although you do have to cross a highway, but in my experience, the highway wasn't busy, so it was doable. The address provided was in coordinates, so it was hard to input in Google maps. You always have to come back to the app and press directions to get here. As for the area, there's not much, its mostly housing and office buildings. So in terms of entertainment, there's not much around. The house is really clean, compact. There's even a loft! I'd say there aren't many personal touches, but I think cleanliness is more important. The place is next to the road, so there is noise, but not loud enough that it would bother me. Although there is a stove, there's no kitchenware or utensils, so cooking would be hard. Your best bet is to buy food from the nearby supermartket (around 7 minutes walk) I think it's near the station. To sum it all up, if you chose here just to spend a night to catch an early morning flight the next day, then this place is perfect. The owner was very prompt in replies, and was quite flexible in the check in times. I would definitely come back for its convenient location :)

Very clean and comfortable. There was convenience store near, and it was good to be able to go to Fukuoka International Airport in 15 minutes on foot. I want to use it again when using Fukuoka International Airport.

A great place at a great location

A cosy, compact apartment in a great location really close to Hakata station and Canal City. coco left some lovely touches and was very quick to reply and offer advice and answer questions. Easy check in and easy to find the building and everything within the house is easily explained. Not a lot of room for big suitcases but this is standard in this style of japanese apartment.

Very cozy little apartment with all the kitchen equipment and appliances, and the bed is comfortable to sleep. 2 minutes from the subway station to the airport downtown. The only suggestion is to hope that the bathroom can have a door lock, friends will be more afraid of shyness. It's a stay that I want to visit again!

I HIGHLY recommend this place! You get more than what you pay for. 1. Super clean and neat in a new building 2. Close to subway. The day that I went, it was pouring and I didn't have an umbrella. OOPS... Luckily, the hostel was easy to find and close to the subway station, so I wasn't drenched with rain. 3. Safe: I accidentslly booked the mixed dorm but I felt safe. The dorm doors lock automatically and the other guests are respectful. No creepers. 4. The hostel provide one big towel, slippers, and ear plugs. 5. Plush blankets/pillow and pressed sheets like the ones at a hotel. My bed was so comfy I slept like a baby. 6. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face/hand soap, and hair dryer. 7. Staff is amazing! Their friendly demeanor made me feel safe and comfortable. 8. Beautiful and cozy interior design of library/dining area. 9. Did I mention sparkling clean? Thank you to the staff for keeping this place sparkling clean and your professionalism. (clapping my hands)

The heating wasn’t working but there was comfortable bed with warm quilt and they were clean. It’s pretty nice!
