Places to stay in Cincinnati
Ranked the #1 AirBnB in its category of about 360 in the area, our beautiful, newly-renovated Over-the-Rhine building is from 1880. The top of a 2-story property, it's perfect for a great weekend or being your home away from home in the Queen City, including one of the largest private balconies in all of downtown! Just a half block from Music Hall, Washington Park and a Streetcar stop, our place is perfect for making the most out of your time in OTR but is also on a calm residential street.
We think you'll find that the reviews left by our awesome guests tell you what to expect when you stay at our place. We're pretty thrilled at how much people have loved our condo, our location, and the experience we try to help them have. We provide drinks and snacks and backups for the things you left at home, as well as a really great custom guide to the neighborhood that works on your phone and of course, I am always available for advice on where to go and what to do while you're here. You'll find the kitchen is perfect as a launching point for your night and for making everyone coffee and eggs in the morning while you relax at the breakfast bar. The private balcony is large and beautifully furnished with plants and plenty of seating. *Please Note: the granite mosaic firepit on the patio doesn't have a gas line yet, so it may just be a be a cool table during your visit, but we still love having a bottle of wine out there with the lighting down and some candles (we'll make sure there are plenty of candles for you if the gas line isn't up and running when you stay at our place). We tried to strike a perfect balance between the original character of the property and designing in features to make the home really enjoyable day-to-day. As a result, you'll find features like historically-accurate bedroom sizes (small, but very functional with 1 Queen Bed and 1 Full), exposed brick walls, lovely hardwood floors, granite and marble counter tops, a gaming table, small desk, high vaulted ceilings throughout, a nicely equipped kitchen, 2-basin bathroom vanity, tons of natural light, full-length mirrors to for getting ready to go out, wireless Bluetooth speakers that work outdoors and one of the nicest, largest private patios in all of Downtown/OTR. Parking is free in the private lot. The spaces aren't reserved for each condo but there are plenty of spots. If you come in the winter and want to keep ice off your windshield, the entrance to the Washington Park garage is just a block away after you unload your bags from the open area on the street right next to our front door. Also, there are entry steps and a 1-story staircase, so please keep that in mind if you have mobility needs. PETS: We're nuts for pets, but had an incident with a guest's pet at our old place and it cost us a fortune. So, sadly, we have decided to not allow pets any longer even though most owners and their pets are awesome; I hope you understand. STUFF TO DO: Where to start? The list is endless around here so we'll send you an interactive map that shows you great places with lots of notes and recommendations when you book our place. It's also a nice thing to have as you go around downtown and want to find a good glass of wine before a great dinner followed by needing to meet friends at one of our urban breweries. Here are some of the highlights in a list we'll update as new things open: - Music Hall (Symphony, Orchestra, Ballet, Concerts, Balls, etc) - Washington Park is a great place to hang out, go to all the events, have drinks at the outdoor bar, etc - The list of restaurants and bars within walking distance is huge, we'll help you navigate the madness depending on what you're looking for - Breweries/Distilleries/Wine Producers: Rhinegiest, Taft's, Christian Moerlein, Three Points, Sam Adams, Northern Row, Skeleton Root, Northside, and Revel are all walkable and most are 1-4 blocks away. - Fitness: Again, we'll help you find what you want most. Whether you're searching for sports, swimming, lifting, zumba, steamy downward dogs, WOD's or burpees until you die, we've got you covered - Theaters with all kinds of programming are nearby - Findlay Market is one of the City's very best treasures, especially on the weekend during the non-freezing months, and best of all it's only 3 blocks away! For those of you who are new to AirBnb and don't have an account, or are traveling with people who fit that description, use this link to sign up and it will knock $40 off your first stay! Not a bad deal considering how much value you get for staying in AirBnB's to begin with: https://www.airbnb.com/c/erich19406?currency=USD
Over-the-Rhine is a gorgeous collection of Italianate architecture that was built in the later half of the 1800's. It's been going through a major renaissance that started around 2006 and has grown in strength and quality ever since. OTR is the most popular social neighborhood in Cincinnati, so some areas are louder than others at night. Fortunately, our place is in the beginning of one of the residential pockets so you get the proximity and walkability to everything without the raucous bar crowd and impossible parking. A link with a detailed map will be sent to all guests to help you plan your trip. We thought this would be an improvement over a welcome book because this serves as a nice guide to refer to when you're out and about and is updated often. If the map gives your as many questions as it does answers, just shoot me a note or give me a call and I'll point you in the right direction.
  • Eric's place was clean and convenient. There is a lot within walking distance and he had great recommendations for the area. Eric was great with communicating with us and gave some great tips. He keeps his place stocked with everything from coffee to games. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we were to come back to OTR.

  • Eric’s place was super stylish and confortable! We were very close to Findlay Market, the casinos and the zoo! Such a fun day trip. Also, we really enjoyed the porch outside. 11/10! Thank you Eric :)

  • Eric's place was awesome! I visited with my 21 year old daughter and the accommodation was the perfect size. All possible amenities were included and available. Extra snacks/breakfast items/bathroom essentials were a really nice touch. Communication was quick and easy. The site is perfect for walking in/around OTR. I would definitely stay at this location again.

    Shannon2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • The place is a complete gem! Outstanding communication. Great location. Spotless. So many thoughtful touches. Would absolutely stay again!

  • We are already planning a return visit! We’ve visited Airbnb’s all over the country, and this is at the top of our list. The location was close to everything, but quiet and safe. Parking is easy, entry to the apartment is easy. The decoration is really tasteful- they did a great job of modernizing this old beauty. These people really understand and demonstrate hospitality. Can’t wait to come back when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy more of the city!

Boutique styled accommodations within a first floor loft space with an open floor plan, offering a unique oasis centered on a lovely tree-lined street and immediately adjacent to OTRs Main Street Business District. Perfect for downtown business trips and romantic city bound get-a-ways. The upper space of this property is our separate and larger home available here: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/5145803
This space is a casual, low-key, intimate and inspired place to enjoy during your stay in Cincinnati. The layout is open with no door dividing the bedroom space from the kitchen and living area. Casual built-in seating and a modest dining table offer the comforts for lounging, dining or working in the space. The bed rests in what would be the front room of the house, historically. The bathroom is simple and convenient, with everything you need at arms length. The kitchenette is lightly stocked with silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, microwave, oven, pots and pans, refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee and ice. Please let us know if you need additional supplies ahead of time as it is very minimally set-up for simple food preparation.
This house is on Orchard Street just off of Main Street, which hosts some of the best art galleries, record stores, bread/pastry's, neighborhood cafes, a slew of chef owned restaurants, independent retail shops, theaters and music clubs in the city. Historically Over-the-Rhine is a working-class neighborhood. It is also believed to be the largest, most intact urban historic district in the United States. The neighborhood's distinctive name comes from its builders and early residents, German immigrants of the mid-19th century. Many walked to work across bridges over the Miami and Erie Canal, which separated the area from downtown Cincinnati. The canal was nicknamed "the Rhine" in reference to the Rhine River in Germany, and the newly settled area north of the canal as "Over the Rhine."In German, the district was called "über dem Rhein." Over-the-Rhine has been praised for its collection of historic architecture. The New York Times described the neighborhood as having "a scale and grace reminiscent of Greenwich Village in New York." Its architectural significance has also been compared to the French Quarter in New Orleans and the historic districts of Savannah, Georgia and Charleston, South Carolina. When Arthur Frommer, founder of the Frommer's travel guides, visited Over-the-Rhine he described it as the most promising urban area for revitalization in the United States, and claimed that its potential for tourism "literally could rival similar prosperous and heavily visited areas."
  • Wow, this place is wonderful! From the aesthetics to the amenities, this is what everyone should expérience in an Airbnb at least once in life. I enjoyed the loft so much that one day I’d like to rent something similar. The hosts were also incredibly accommodating! I highly recommend booking here!

  • Great value, clean, good location. Recommend!

    Marcin2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Cutest little basement apartment! Could hear floors creaking above but not too noisy in the basement. Large lounging space, cute little kitchen and bathroom, comfy bed. Great spot to stay and wonderful host!

    Stephanie2020-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • Cera is a superb host! The space she has created is comfortable, convenient, and super cute. She has done a good job to think of everything someone might need for the perfect stay and then some! Just as a note, there were a couple times during the day we could hear noise from upstairs, but it was never too disturbing and did not happen when we were sleeping or anything. If you are one that needs complete silence at all times, may be something to keep in mind. Other than that, would recommend this to anyone- great price, great host, and great location! Will be sure to consider this again when planning a visit to Cincinnati!

Over-the-Rhine is a popular Cincinnati neighborhood, located close to the action near Downtown. When the district was first established, it was home to a large community of working-class German immigrants. In recent years, the area has gone through something of a metamorphosis; it is now populated by trendy bars, craft breweries, and gastropubs. However, much of its historic charm can still be seen in its ornate architecture. If you are looking for something to do in Over-the-Rhine, go shopping at Findlay Market, watch the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra at the Cincinnati Music Hall, or take a walk around Washington Park.
  • Absolutely loved this space!

I stay with my two kids a couple times a year and it gets better each time we go. Dan puts a lot of love and work into making this a wonderful place to stay.

  • The Tiny Tailor House was a great place to stay for a Cincinnati weekend! Perfect location and loved all the attention to detail. Surround stereo throughout the house and a timed heater in the bathroom were just a few of the thoughtful touches. Easy to get around Covington and quick access to other parts of the city as well - highly recommend!

The kitchen/dining/living areas have beautiful hardwood floors while the 2 bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting.
This area of Walnut Hills is adjacent to beautiful Eden Park and offers great proximity to downtown, numerous restaurants, and nightlife. There are also many scenic areas overlooking the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati.

  • We’ve been coming to Cinci every 6 mo or more for years and have stayed in nearly every one of Ed’s units and the cleanliness, decorations, and amenities are always top notch. This visit and unit didn’t disappoint. Always a pleasure. The location is central to downtown, the stadium, the casino, the park, the hospital, etc. We enjoy the gated parking, the ground level entrance and the elevator as well. if you’re trying to decide, look no further! Highly recommend!

    Bret2020-01-30T00:00:00Z
  • I really enjoyed my 4-night stay at Edward’s condo. It was such a comfortable and attractive space to return to each day and I felt very relaxed there. The space is thoughtfully decorated and arranged, and although I only used the kitchen to heat up restaurant leftovers, it would have been very easy to cook a few meals. Loved the rooftop deck view and being able to browse Netflix at night, and - once I mastered the keypad and deadbolt entry - it was very convenient getting in and out. It’s located super close to everything I wanted to do, too!

Beautiful, clean, and spacious apartment in the Price Hill Incline District of Cincinnati. Minutes away from Downtown Cincinnati and easy access to all interstates. World Class dining and entertainment within a few blocks. Plenty of free parking in front of house! This is a wonderful listing for anyone seeking a restful retreat in the heart of the city!
My home was built in the late 1800's and has been fully renovated. Enjoy the beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings, lots of natural light, and charm/beauty of this gem! The entire apartment is your private space. Make yourself at home, rest, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
The incline is a great neighborhood in transition. It was hit hard by the housing crises of 2009. However the incline district is coming back in a big way. There are many newly remodeled homes in the district. it's attracting many young couples and professionals. the non-profit that i work at called Price Hill Will has been a large part of the redevelopment. We are remodeling the old Masonic lodge and turning it into a performance space. There is a new performing arts theater called the Incline Public House. Many good restaurants have come to the area. Including the Somme wine bar, The Incline House, Prima Vista and Vera Cruz Mexican Grille. All of these are within 5 blocks of my Airbnb.
  • Wonderful, large, clean, well-attended too space, at great location. Excellent food available within a short walk. Go eat at Somm Wine Bar.

Apt distance to hospitals: The Christ Hospital - 1.2 miles UC Medical Center - 1.6 miles Good Samaritan - 1.3 miles Cincinnati VA Hospital - 1.6 miles Cincinnati Children's - 2.1 miles Shriners Hospital - 2.0 miles You'll love the comfy bed with everything Cincy has to offer around the corner! If you need to be close to the hospital, this is the perfect location. Many restaurants & stores are within walking distance. A Metro stop is a 1/4 block away.
The apartment has a private entrance. There is a fenced in courtyard with very nice plants to make a lovely area to relax outside. A full size refrigerator and electric stove/oven are part of the kitchen. Cookware and utensils are available. There is a shower available.
Located in a pleasant neighborhood of families and students. There is a wide variety of restaurants located within walking distance. Thai Express has really great carryout. Also, if you like pizza, then Adriatico's is the place for you. You can eat in or they deliver. Honestly, there are a lot of great food joints around. If you're looking for an amazing city view, Bellevue Park is a 5 minute walk away. Washington Park often offers free live music and is right down the hill next to historic Music Hall. There are a ton of things to see and do in Cincinnati and we are only a few minutes away from all of it.
  • Great apartment for traveling, it's open and spacious, and gets a nice amount of morning light. Garden area around entrance is pleasant, and it's so convenient for accessing most of the tourist spots. Off street parking was a huge plus and appreciated. Would definitely have enjoyed staying longer!

    Karenza2020-03-12T00:00:00Z
  • We loved this place! It's within walking distance from University of Cincinnati and it's corridor of food / nightlife, with an only slightly longer walk to all that OTR has to offer. An available parking space in such a dense neighborhood is very appreciated. Being an old house, it can get chilly in winter months. Extra blankets and heaters are provided though, so it won't take long for you to warm up. The next time I'm in Cincinnati I'll be hoping this place is available!

Our unit is located at the top of our 4 unit building. It is an old historic home that my husband and I recently DIY renovated with many original repurposed items and a rooftop balcony.
This unit is very open, bright, and airy! We call it the Treehouse unit because it is the same level as the trees around us. There is an open loft that requires you to climb up another set of stairs with 2 futons for extra guests. Since its on the 3rd floor, there are 2 sets of stairs to get to the unit.
This unit is located at the top of Eden Park. This lovely neighborhood is a hidden gem of the park. It is extremely safe with friendly neighbors! It is walking distance to Mount Adams, Krohn Conservatory, The Cincinnati Art Museum. It’s also less than a 5 min ride to Downtown, Over The Rhine, Findlay Market, Business District, Casino, US Arena Stadium, Bengals Stadium, Reds Stadium, Newport Aquarium, Hyde Park, UC and Xavier campus. 10 mins from the Riverbend Music Center. 15 mins from the CVG Airport.
  • Great place to stay if your visiting Cincy area. Mins from downtown and Eden park is just mins away

  • Perfect and safe location! 1 house with 3 separate Airbnb’s. We rented the Treehouse (3rd floor) for one night and our friends rented the 1st floor apartment for two nights. Both beautifully decorated and clean. The only downfall was neither place had good water pressure (3rd floor was worse than the 1st floor). I did let the host know and she gladly responded with contacting a plumber for the issue. Would definitely recommend staying in either of these Airbnb’s!

    Tiffany2020-02-23T00:00:00Z

This is an urban setting. (I live a block away). Located next to a school you might hear children in the morning. Expect all the noises of a city, panhandlers, and other assorted nuisances. This is a diverse area, transitional and undergoing gentrification. It’s vibrant and architecturally amazing.

*We bleach all surfaces & linens, use disinfecting sprays extensively and have installed HEPA filters. Take in the magnificent views on the 2 decks overlooking OTR and downtown! 1-2 miles to hospitals, university, and downtown! With a large backyard, a safe tight-knit community and off street parking, it's perfect for families who need a yard and space to stretch out. My decor is simple and easy with lots of natural tones, and a mix of mid-century & nordic furniture with lush indoor plants.
My place has 2 floors, each with its own deck. There is a single full bathroom. The bottom floor has a large living & dining room with huge windows overlooking downtown Cincinnati. The top floor is 1 large room with beds at opposite sides and a privacy curtain in between them. I have a stocked kitchen with pots & pans, dishes, coffee maker and small espresso machine. I provide guests with Dr. Bronner's soap products & locally sourced coffee. You have off street parking and full access to the backyard.
I live in a rare, tight knit neighborhood made of 2 streets on the edge of Over the Rhine. The south and west directions are bordered by 30 foot retaining walls and the north is bordered by the steep bluffs of mt. bellevue. It's a mix of entrepreneurs, artists, designers, retirees, young families and students who live here for the incredible views of Cincinnati. The neighborhood is safe with a very active neighborhood watch. Neighbors are often walking their dogs or jogging by and will wave and greet you, it's a very lovely place!

Tastefully renovated 1 bed/ 1 bath apartment in historic Walnut Hills building. Bright, open and cosy living area with full kitchen + blackout curtains. The building is very secure and minutes from downtown, Eden Park and the University of Cincinnati. Bus stop right across the street. Everything you need for a comfortable home away from home! Located above The Fix; cafe/bar w attached beer garden (as of Jan 4, 2020). The perfect crash pad for individuals or groups who want to explore the city!
The Dixon Building was built in 1902, renovated in 2015, and taken over by the current owner in 2018. After an extensive renovation the building stands as it does now in all its glory encompassing a handful of apartments, a professional tattoo studio, and a café/bar (The Fix Coffeehouse and Bar as of Jan 4, 2020).
Welcome to Cincinnati! You are in Walnut Hills, the original hilltop neighborhood in Cincinnati. This area was annexed to the city in 1869 after it was originally established as a farm. The neighborhood is up and coming and currently redeveloping many of its historic buildings and introducing new businesses.
  • I absolutely loved my stay here. Tom was so communicative and made everything fabulous from start to finish. I appreciated his hospitality and the little personal touches added. Everything was clean and so welcoming. This place is all you could want. I had a wonderful time and I know you will too!

  • What a perfect space. The apartment is cozy, clean, and efficient. The location was great- very close to downtown Cincinnati. We utilized the bar/coffee shop below for both beer and coffee. I highly recommend this place when staying in the area or for just a fun special overnight!

    Sarah2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Tom was an excellent host: very communicative, quick responses, and great tips about the nearby attractions. The BnB itself was clean and had everything we would need for our stay. The price was just right for our budget and the location is amazing. Close to downtown and the interstate. This stay was more than what we expected and if we ever find ourselves in Cincinnati again - we hope this place is available!!

  • Tom is an amazing Host! He is Ultra responsive and accommodating! I highly recommend.

  • This place was so cozy and cute! It was easy to find and in a really great location. The coffee shop downstairs was also wonderful, and stays open later on the weekends which is perfect if you’ve woken up from a late nap and are too lazy to go out and get food. 😂 Just a heads up: it was hard to heat the place up. They had two space heaters that helped but we still had to huddle around them to really get warm even after the heater would start. That said, we had an extra blanket with us and managed just fine! I’m pretty sure that they had extra blankets for us to use if needed, but since we brought one ourselves we didn’t bother looking. I’d definitely stay here again as it’s such a cute place and in a very accessible location. (And it’s just down the street from the Lucky Cat Museum, which is a must see!)

    Saige2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Clean, everything you could need for a short or long stay, and a great location. We were close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

The new sister unit to the #2 AirBnB out of 331 in the area, we opened up this condo because there was so much demand for our 1st AirBnB. Part of a 2-story property built in 1880, it's perfect for a great weekend or being your home away from home, including a great bistro-style patio to enjoy OTR. Located just a half block from Music Hall, Washington Park and the Streetcar stop, our place is ideally located for making the most out of your time in OTR but is also in a calm residential pocket.
We've had so much fun with our first AirBnB in the building that we decided to take its sibling unit, which is basicly the same layout and to open up a second AirBnB. We're pretty thrilled at how much people have loved our location, and the experience we try to help them have; I hope you'll find that our reviews as Hosts speak for themselves. The bistro-style patio is will be available in February of 2019 so that it's ready to go as the weather gets better and better. This will be a great spot to start your day or have a glass of wine at the end of your night. We tried to strike a perfect balance between the original character of the property and building in features to make the home really enjoyable day-to-day. As a result, you'll find features like historically-accurate bedroom sizes (small, but very functional with 1 Queen Bed and 1 Full-Over-Full Bunk with comfy mattresses and pillows), exposed brick walls, lovely hardwood floors, granite and marble countertops, a nicely equipped kitchen, 2-basin bathroom vanity, laundry room, plenty of natural light, full-length mirrors to for getting ready to go out, wireless Bluetooth speakers that work outdoors and one of the better locations in all of Downtown/OTR. Parking is free in the private lot. The spaces aren't reserved for each condo but there are plenty of spots. If you come in the winter and want to keep ice off your windshield, the entrance to the Washington Park garage is just a block away after you unload your bags from the open area on the street right next to our front door. Also, there are a couple entry steps, so please keep that in mind if you have mobility needs. Here are some of the highlights in a list we'll update as new things open: - Music Hall (Symphony, Orchestra, Ballet, Concerts, Balls, etc) - Washington Park is a great place to hang out, go to all the events, have drinks at the outdoor bar, etc - The list of restaurants and bars within walking distance is huge, I'll help you navigate the madness depending on what you're looking for - Breweries/Distilleries/Wine Producers: Rhinegiest, Taft's, Christian Moerlein, Three Points, Sam Adams, Northern Row, Skeleton Root, Northside, and Revel are all walkable and most are 1-4 blocks away.
  • Great Stay!

    Matt2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • Very well equipped, clean, and easy to relax in. Especially good location for anyone going to see the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra; it's literally one block away, right around the corner from the Music Hall and a huge park that is a good place to sit and people watch.

This is a private Large 2 bedroom 1st floor flat with appliances & furnishings including 3 real beds & 2 couch-beds can potentially sleep 12 guests! 2 Flat screen TVs (60" and 39") both with cable, Netflix, Hulu, HBO & Showtime on demand, Amazon Prime Video, DVD players, and 2nd bedroom has an Xbox One S with Minecraft. Apartment is about 15 min walk from UC main campus, 15 min walk to OTR bar district, and 30 min walk to central downtown Cincinnati. Lots of FREE on street parking.
Very convenient location on a street dominated by homeowners. Historic outside with a modern newly renovated inside. Many guests are impressed by the amount of space the apartment provides.
It's a quite street, but if you want the noise, you don't have to go far. You can here the church bells ring every hour if windows are open, but you may also hear the parties on vine street if it's Friday or Saturday night. Cincinnati is a large city with a metro area of about 3 million metro residences. My neighborhood is an urban neighborhood with many old historic buildings right near the heart of the city. The street is very safe with friendly neighbors that own their own homes. If you are from the Detroit metro area, you need to remember that Cincinnati is nothing like Detroit. I have a lot of you guys come down and are very confused about urban neighborhoods. Older historic urban neighborhoods here are much safer than in Detroit, and to compare a middle class Cincinnati urban neighborhood to whatever it is your scared of up there is frankly insulting. In the 6 years that I have lived here, no one I know of has ever had any issues of any kind with any form of crime. (No refunds just because someone doesn't like the neighborhood.)
  • Very spacious unique place, very close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping, host is so helpful n gracious with check out times great value for your stay can’t wait to stay again thank you!

  • Best thing about it, spacious, and a king bed! We are staying in town as our newborn daughter had to undergo open heart surgery. Dirk was very understanding and did his absolute best to accommodate us even last minute! I would. BE happy to come back. Not to mention affordable. There are 3 beds, 2 pull out bed couches a total of 5 beds and 1 is a king. You cannot beat the pricing, spacing, fairly spacious spot and hospitality.

Welcome to Big Byrd! This three story Italianate home, built in the early 1900s, has been completely renovated in a contemporary style. Last year we were the Eastside winners of the Friends of Covington Beautification Award. The house is clean and spacious with 3 private bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. You'll be just over a mile to downtown Cincinnati, Mainstrasse Village, and Newport on the Levee.
The kitchen, dining room, family room, and one of the bathrooms are located on the 1st floor. The first two bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There is a huge room, off of the "master bedroom," with an additional sink to allow guests to get ready without taking up space in the bathroom. The additional queen size bed is also located here. The loft style 3rd floor has its own living room and sleeping accommodations. Please note that guests staying on the 3rd floor or in the additional 2nd floor bedroom must either walk through the "master bedroom" to access the bathroom or use the bathroom on the first floor. All three bedrooms are equipped with a television and free Netflix. There is a pack 'n play that can be placed in any of the bedrooms. We have complimentary breakfast items from local vendors along with Starbucks coffee and tea for your use. We provide all towels, linens, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste). Outside you'll have complete privacy in the backyard to enjoy grilling out or relaxing by the fire pit. We hope you'll #lovethecov as much as we do!
Byrd Street is very urban and eclectic with neighbors of mixed income and race. The house is conveniently located near so many restaurants, bars, sporting, and concert venues. We had no safety issues during the previous 13 years we lived here. Please read guest reviews as this neighborhood is not for everyone.
  • Lora’s place was beautiful. The pics don’t do it justice. Very affordable and I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area! She even left donut holes but I forgot to eat them!

The touches around the house were so thoughtful. Lora left a big book of things to do and information about the area. Lora was super responsive and we had the most perfect weekend here. Would definitely stay a again!

  • Lora was a fantastic host! The home was immaculate and a great location, close to downtown Cincinnati. Halfway to the Airbnb I realized I left my toothbrush at home and when we got to the house, Lora had set out towels, soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes! Such a simple amenity but greatly appreciated! Loved the sound machine, I also left ours at home for our 1 year old so that was a life saver! Overall the house was very comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed time with our family, Braxton's brewery, and Jets pizza!

The window above the bed and the back porch offer a lovely view as the sun rises through the forest. Enright Ridge is Cincinnati's only EcoVillage. We have been around for 14 years and are just really starting to grow! If you are interested in intentional communities or green living this is a great place for learning. We also are operators and owners of a budding cut flower farm. During the growing season we encourage guests to visit our garden space, it is really quiet magical. • My boyfriend and I stayed for two days and it was amazing! I enjoyed my time there in Tiny and it was lovelier than I could imagine. There was an adorable cat that would sit with us when we were outside, plus an amazing nature preserve just out back. It was better than I could hope for! Tiny was more roomie than expected, which was very lovely!

  • If you're looking at this listing, BOOK A STAY. I booked two nights here as a retreat of sorts and have zero regrets (AND I will be back in the future, if they'll have me). You are right off some wonderful hiking trails and the cabin is fine temperature-wise; I should know, it got down to almost 16 degrees Fahrenheit one of my nights there. Just pack an extra couple of blankets (and maybe a sleeping bag like I did) and you'll be just fine. The heater does a great job of staving off the worst of the cold if you choose to stay in absurdly cold weather like I did. I hope to come back in the spring, summer, or fall so I can enjoy the little back porch area, hammock, and fire pit next time. Nathan and Celeste are wonderful hosts and are happy to help whenever and however needed.

  • Unique location pretty close to downtown. Comfy cozy and warm.

    Matt2020-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • My stay was in winter. It was beautiful, but definitely wish to see it when all the plants are growing. If you stay in winter bring super warm pajamas. They have a powerful portable heater, but when its 30 degrees outside it can be pretty cold inside. All of the little touches in the tiny home and outside the tiny home were wonderful. The place felt super cozy and homey. The bathroom facilities are in the main house, not in the tiny home itself. However, it was so cute.

  • This is a delightful place to stay with all the ammenities. We were passing through and it was an easy access off 75. We loved the fact that the condo was beautiful, quite, comfortable and the bedroom very dark - perfect conditions for a good night's sleep. We also loved the walk to Eden park and around the art museum. Edward was quick with responses, kind and thoughtful. I'd give this place 6 starts if I could. Many thanks to the host for such nice accomodations on our short stay.

  • This is one of the best finds we have ever located on Airbnb. Access to Eden Park and a wonderful neighborhood only enhance this sparkling clean, upscale apartment. If and when we come through Cincinnati again (Our first time and we loved the city) this would be our landing spot. Thanks Edward

  • We stayed at Edward’s place for one night and really enjoyed our stay. The place is very stylishly decorated and was clean. The wifi wasn’t working and after a quick conversation with Edward, it was fixed. Edward was super responsive throughout our stay. Lastly, the location is perfect!! Close to downtown and yet quiet which was perfect for my family.

  • Gorgeous, well furnished and comfortable. I ONLY rent from Ed when I need an airbnb in Cincinnati.

    Keith2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • My boyfriend and I stayed here over Valentine’s Day weekend and we LOVED it! The unit was in the basement so we expected a ton of noise from above, but that really was not an issue at all. The parking lot and complex is gated which made us feel super safe. Ed provided a binder full of recommendations for restaurants, activities, and transportation (even included the distance in miles from the condo)! Plus, it was about a 5-7 minute drive downtown! The condo was very renovated and clean upon arrival, as well as stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. We hope we make another trip over here soon and get the opportunity to stay here again!!

    Claire2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Ed was amazingly responsive and allowed me to book the same day for a last minute trip. His instructions were clear and easy to follow and we had no issues getting into the space. He was even able to accommodate a slightly later departure. The condo was clean and stylish and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. So comfortable! With a lovely fenced in yard, it was no issue bringing my dog. We walked to the art museum and around Eden Park and the drive into downtown took less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this Air BnB for the convenience, charm, and cleanliness. Ed is a SUPER host -- between his great communication and the small touches of comfort upon our arrival such as water, snack bars, coffee and toiletries, he really made us feel like a welcomed guests.

We live in the neighborhood as well and absolutely love it here. I am located 4-6 minutes from the heart of the city and 3 minutes to a major grocery store. We are currently getting 50 buildings/houses torn down about a half mile from here. The area is in transition with a major renovation just getting started. So far traffic has not been a issue. Will update as needed.
  • Clean place, great amenities, good location, and the King size bed is SO SOFT and comfy. The check in was very easy and James is very responsive. Highly recommend this stay.

  • The stay was absolutely amazing! Only thing that I recommend to improve is the WiFi connection, everything else was great!

    Sierra2019-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a comfortable, spacious stay. The place was close to a variety of activities. The kitchen is stocked more with appliances and other cooking needs more than other places we've stayed at. It was a quiet neighborhood.

An urban vestige in the historic Over-The-Rhine neighborhood directly adjacent to downtown, our home offers modern, spacious and comfortable rooms. The relaxed environment is well-suited for romantic city getaways and smaller groups looking for a space for intimate gatherings. The property is shared with an entirely separate first floor loft-apartment available here: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/10185378. No cleaning fee. (Please review all house rules before booking)
Built in the 1860's, this house has since been transformed into a modern, 3 story, 2-unit home with modern features while maintaining hints of the historic brick structure. The interior feels loft-like, with bright indirect light, spacious rooms and plenty of space, indoor and out. It includes shared use of the backyard, private second story deck, and private rooftop with pleasant views.
  • Mike and Cade are wonderful hosts The property has an amazing observation deck at the top of the home where you can look out onto the Downtown and over the Rhine skyline. If you are looking to be in the mist of all the action in the OTR this is the place for you this is a great place for adults with paid parking close to the property I would definitely stay here again

  • Great house in a good location for exploring Cincinnati. The house is well designed with good natural light and outdoor spaces. The house is fairly vertical in case stairs are an issue. Mike & Cade provided good, clear instructions and were responsive to communication.

  • This is one of the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Such a cool and unique place - and so tastefully decorated. Beds are super comfy- lots of extra touches and amenities throughout the place that really made it extra nice. They thought of everything we could possibly need in the bathroom! Plenty of room for the 4 of us in our group - the third bedroom went unused but actually could have had more people stay here comfortably because it’s very spacious - and extremely clean! Wish the weather had been nicer so we could have enjoyed the rooftop deck which was really cool but just too cold and rainy to use it. Great location too- felt very safe. Walked to some great restaurants in OTR from here. Mike and Cade’s place is the best - you will not be disappointed if you stay here .

    Peg2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • We came here as had a conference nearby. Everything was great, extremely clean & private. We walked to one of Cincy’s top 10 restaurants literally less than a block away! Hosts were responsive within minutes. Highly recommend

    Chip2020-01-17T00:00:00Z
  • Very trendy place that will have you feeling like a true city dweller! Was able to walk to everything with no problems at all, and felt very secure!

    Taylor2020-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • Mike and Cade’s home was the most wonderful place to stay over the holidays. It serves as the perfect location from which to explore Cincinnati. The house is both stylish and modern but also very comfortable. Mike and Cade also made unique accommodations in order for us to spend Christmas together as a family. I would definitely recommend this space for a group looking to spend time together in this great little city.

  • This an adorable, clean spot in a perfect location. We loved being able to park in the lot, but also found it easy to park in the street nearby with our big conversion van. On Saturday we took Chris ans Alek's advice and ate brunch at the French Crust, which was a delicious and beautiful place!

    Kim2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • Chris and Alek’s place was definitely what I expected and more. Perfect so a single or couple traveling though Cincinnati. I was very appreciative that they were able to accommodate an earlier check in. As for the neighborhood there place is in it was about 7-10 minute walk to local bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again

    Jessica2020-02-11T00:00:00Z
  • Off street parking was a plus! The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely consider staying again.

Kick back in backyard Eames chairs, then pick a favorite from the artwork sourced from local artists and showcased at this chic, airy escape built in 1863. Whip up a snack at the marble-topped kitchen counter and kick back on the charcoal couch. This Urban Oasis is just a few hundred feet from the famous Roebling Bridge which leads right into the thriving streets of downtown Cincinnati. Off street parking, Self-Check-in, beautiful outdoor space and fast Wi-Fi are just a few of the things that will help you relax during your stay.
This building was built in 1863 but was completely renovated in 2018! Luckily for us that means we have all the charm of a historic house and neighborhood with all the convenience and amenities of a modern designed space. This bnb has many art pieces and all of them are sourced from local artists. The best part is, if you love the art, you can purchase it right off the walls and take it home with you. That's part of our mission to help young artists gain traction!
Licking Riverside is a quaint, historic district with beautiful Italianate and Victorian style homes. Walk around the corner to Lil's Bagels and Keystone Bar and Grill and head up the street to grab a cup of coffee at Leftbank Coffee House.
  • Lovely place, highly recommend! Made me feel at home and Jeremiah was always available to answer any questions/concerns I had.

  • This place is a in a great location for access to downtown and the off-street parking is an excellent perk for this part of town. We loved the open modern floor plan- we loved the bed most of all. It was extremely comfortable and we slept well. We didn’t get around to making coffee or using the extra amenities, but we were grateful the host incorporated extra notes of hospitality that are above and beyond.

    April2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • This place was WONDERFUL!! I had actually tried to book another AIRBNB in the area and the host was horrible! But Jeremiah was EXCELLENT!! Also the Airbnb was clean and had everything but the decor😍 I could’ve stayed there for 30 more days! So lovely decorated and was just perfect for two! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  • Very cozy & stylish. It was nice to have a private bathroom (which is just down the hall). The room itself is spacious, and we appreciated the mini-fridge, coffee, & snacks. The location is just five minutes away from a nice neighborhood area with restaurants, etc.

    Rachel2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • I booked Renee’s place for friends. They kept gushing about it. Couldn’t believe she had a kid or dog as they heard neither and they said the place was clean and cozy with all the amenities!

    Gregory2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Renee is an awesome host with great amenities

    Sue2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Renée tells you exactly what to expect in her listing. She has a beautiful large bedroom with all that you'd need for a short visit (small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, comfy bed, and bathroom). She has beautiful taste, so the room is decorated in a way that I found comfortable, warm and inviting--which is also a result of the natural charm of a 120 year old house). A lovely place to stay.

My one bed/Apt is in a historical building built in the 1880s & was recently rejuvenated and renovated to comfort level but as the same time still possesses its original old look. With high ceiling, hardwood floors, a full kitchen &full bathroom it has a lot of old character &charm. Queen size bed & closet. Free street parking right outside the building on both sides of street always find a spot.Apt is equipped with a 40” Smart TV and couch . Netflix and Wifi.
I'm renting out my one bed/apt for weekdays and weekends. It's about half a mile from OTR /UC and 1.5 miles from downtown. It’s a very short taxi /Uber ride and for an added convenience there is a bus stop right in front of the building. If you can't find the dates you’re looking for on this loft, please check my other listings of one bedroom apartments and lofts on the same building with the same amenities!
The place is located between Over -the -Rhine and university of Cincinnati, they are both renovated neighborhoods and are considered the 'hot' new areas for hangout . Lots of eclectic bars and a variety selection of restaurants are close are a short distance away.
  • This was a very nice place to stay especially for a quick overnight.

    Nicole2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • This space was very cute! The bedroom was really big but the bathroom and kitchen were pretty small. That didn’t bother us though because we were just there for a night. Super easy check in and there was also a good amount of free parking on the street, so that was a plus! The price was also very reasonable for a night, definitely recommend.

    Jessica2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • This place was the perfect overnight stay. It was a great value, worth every penny. The location was perfect, the bed was comfortable, and the place was sparkling clean. I will definitely come back and stay again.

New unit! Pics will be updated often as the new items arrive. Steps from Findlay Market in the Heart of OTR and Brewery District. This space is a first floor Unit in a restored 1878 building. Enjoy the quiet street or hop on the streetcar a block over and enjoy all the city has to offer. There is a queen size bed, comfy sofa, and a rollaway available in the unit. Efficient and reasonably priced. Clean. High end linens and towels. Any questions send me a message. :)
Enjoy everything in Over-the-Rhine, downtown Cincinnati, Covington/Mainstrasse, and Newport have to offer all at your fingertips! This listing is for ENTIRE FIRST floor apartment! Features a queen bed and a twin also available, both are real mattresses. Full bathroom with plush towels. All toiletries are provided. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make home cooked meals or quick snacks. TV with access to local channels. Free WiFi. Large shared patio. Perfect for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine!
Over the Rhine, known as OTR, is the heart of everything happening in Cincy and extremely safe. The neighborhood is home to all the incredible local casual and fine dining restaurants, nightlife and bars, a local coffee shop and even a Kroger grocery store around the corner. But Findlay Market is steps away with every fresh ingredient you would ever need. No need to drive and pay for parking for Bengals' or Reds' games. So close, you can walk, ride the Streetcar (also known as The Connector), with a station stop less than a block away. Please be aware this is an urban area. With a Walk Score of 94 and is safe area but you maybe asked for change, which is common for most cities. If this makes you uncomfortable at all, I would not recommend Over-the-Rhine or downtown in general and would recommend a suburb of Cincinnati. Check out my Guidebook and feel free to contact me if you need any suggestions or recommendations! There's always something new opening!
  • Patti’s place is super cool! My friend and I had a great time visiting. The location was excellent and the space had everything we needed for a fun weekend.

Steps from all the action in Cincinnati's entertainment district of OTR, but off the beaten path enough to provide quiet and relaxation. This cozy studio apartment provides everything you'll need including a gorgeous courtyard.
This unit is on the courtyard/basement level of a four unit building. It is steps from the communal courtyard that offers an outdoor kitchen and entertainment space.
Over-the-Rhine is a great place to dine, drink, catch live local music, stand-up comedy, or an art show. It is a few block walk to downtown. Mulberry street is just off the beaten path and offers fantastic views of the city, green space, and a little peace from all the bustle.
  • Great location and a cute studio, very artistic decor. I loved the location and I felt very safe alone both in the neighborhood and in the building. It is a basement unit so you will encounter some stairs. There's plenty to do nearby with a perfect location. See the city and stay here.
