Lovely, clean, airy apartment with views of the beach and Benidorm Island. 2 mins walk to beach, bars, restaurants and super markets. Very welcoming hosts and communication was excellent.

Lola’s place was great for what we wanted the area is relatively quiet but near bars the beach and restaurants are all within walking distance the flat was clean and bright but did not get sunshine at all due to its location we would love to stay there again !!

Alright, I've been fancy, the orientation of the apt. Very good, only the sun comes in the morning, that makes it a 20th floor, do not spend heat, other neighbors on lower floors with those who agreed in the elevator complained, I very well.

The closest thing to being in your house, all very clean and very cozy, the closet is huge. They have made us feel very welcome, hospitality, location and 100% recommended apartment. Our pet Miko has also enjoyed a lot. We hope to return soon.

The apartment was sparking clean and very modern which is great to see in the older part of Benidorm. I found it very comfortable and tastefully decorated with some real neat touches. Location was great. Not a 5 min walk to the beach, shops and amazing tapas that Benidorm old town has to offer.

This is a fantastic apartment, and actually probably the best we’ve stayed in Benidorm. It is exceptional value for the price and our host Lola was great at checking in and communicating, and providing extra special touches. It has all the equipment and materials you need for a great stay in Benidorm, and we would definitely return for another stay. Just a few mins walk from the beach in the old town as well as bars and restaurants. And a supermarket just 2mins away. Sparkling clean & very well located. Just a short & easy stroll from the underground Mercadona supermarket which services all your food & drink needs. The apartment is also ideally located for all the amenities of the old town & also the beaches.

My stay at Lola’s apartment was prefect location was great and the apartment was so clean. Lola was very friendly and Lola had put drinks in the fridge and nibbles which was a delight after the flight and transfer. In our broken English/Spanish Communication Lola explained beaches and city centre etc. I can’t recommend this apartment enough and Lola’s hosting I would definitely stay here again, if Lola would let me. Great place, great value for money and great communication

Apartment is spacious and lovely with gorgeous views, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a hairdryer and all you should need in the kitchen, a washing machine, ironing board and iron and should you need anything else then Rodrigo is only a text away with very good response. We got a taxi into benidorm every night as there were 4 of us but apparently buses are just as easy from right outside. The sandy beach is 5 minutes walk and lovely as is the pool. We loved our time there and would certainly recommend it.

This apartment is the best I have ever stayed in. The area is fantastic with a pool and tennis courts. It’s stylish, classy and clean. The apartment has everything you could ever need and it’s close to the beach. The buses run regularly to town and to the big shopping centre. I tried to rebook the apartment again before I even left because I can’t wait to return. Thank you to Eugenia also! Highly, highly recommended.

Rodrigo's place was a great stay the apartment was very spacious and had everything you need inside. The views were great I would highly recommend this place.

I just finished a week at Rodrigo’s place to enjoy the amazing cycling. Rodrigo had great communication, right from my initial booking. His place is sparkling clean, a big space with an amazing view. His location is perfect for cyclists, great location to the beach and just far away enough that it is perfect to relax on a vacation. I highly recommend staying here and I am looking forward to returning in the future.

Location of housing. Ideal location, very close to the sea (2 minutes). Quiet and peaceful area. At the same time close to the beautiful promenade and the center. Nearby there are shops and restaurants. Mercadon supermarket is a 10-15 minute walk. Housing. Very nice apartment, 2 bedrooms are located on different sides of the apartment. Amazing view from the balcony. The place we had food was only there. Picturesque sunrises and sunsets. During the day, you can hide from the heat under the blinds. As for everyday life, that is, absolutely everything - both for cooking (dishes, household appliances), and for washing (washing machine, dryer, iron) and for beach holidays (umbrella, sun loungers, etc.) Price. Very good value for all living conditions. I think I was very lucky with this option. Master. Yolanda answered all my questions promptly. Very friendly tone of communication. Thank you so much!!!

Yolanda's place was a perfect choice for our 4-member family. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. There was water in the fridge and some essentials in the kitchen. The glassed-in terrace was amazing. We were visiting in winter and enjoyed the spectacular views during all of our meals.

Apparently very well located, very clean with all necessary to ensure maximum comfort. In front of the beach, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars ... Yolanda is very responsive and responds almost instantly to questions. My parents stayed during the month of May at Yolanda's house and have returned enchanted. Very cozy apartment, next to Poniente beach, everything was super clean and the views are spectacular. If they come back they will repeat for sure. Communication with Yolanda has been rapid and she has always been willing to solve any unforeseen situation. Highly recommended

The place is very beautiful The beach is a few meters away. The apt is well equipped and the hubicado is very good. Bus 3 takes 1 block and takes you to the center of the city and you can walk on the beach and everything is done in an hour 15 to the end of Benidorm. The views of the apt are incredible better than the photos.

Ideally situated between new and old town a short walk to either. Private parking there was ideal as street parking not really viable. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. All in all a very pleasant flat for the 2 of us. Diana met us and was very nice and showed us how to get car to apartment as the roads in the area are being dug up so sat nav could not get us to flat🙄. Many thanks.

we were received by Diana al, time, the check in was excellent, with our kind host, the apartment was clean and tidy, the plus point and which m, has the most mark is its geographical location, 3 minutes from the beach (transparent water), shops nearby, a 4 minutes from the old town we could swim in the 2 picines, in short nothing wrong was everything was excellent.

Apartment was in a very good position with available parking, close to beaches and promenade. Due to family circumstances we had to leave early but one phone call and everything was sorted. I would recommend this apartment and if I return to holiday in Benidorm would be pleased to stay here.

The apartment has incredible views over Levante and Poniente. Having a chance to park is a good point, such as being able to easily move around on foot in the old town and the seafront. And at the end good place without annoying noises!

A beautiful spacious apartment with a sublime view. Everything is there that is needed for a wonderful beach vacation.

If you want to relax it is perfect since it has spectacular views in both rooms and in the living room, you can also go in winter since it is not necessary to put the heating because it is a very warm floor, the sun comes in every morning and it is very nice , you are not going to spend any cold

Apartment was amazing - it had everything you ever need and a stunning view to the sea and city. Everything was super clean and tidy! Location was just what I wanted, not in the middle of the city hassle but in a calm area right next to Sierra Helada national park. Though it was just a 5 minute walk to the closest supermarket and 10 minute walk to the beach. Sergio was really kind and helpfull, also the staff working in Torre Lugano were very friendly. Allthough I was traveling alone, I felt really safe. Totally would recommend and if I ever come back I don't have to think twice were to stay!

Where to start.... Simply beautiful apartment with an amazing terrace and views.... You will not get fed up looking at Benidorm whatever time of the day/night.. Apartment, building and grounds were all spotlessly clean and well maintained.... Could not fault one thing.. Apartment has everything we could have needed from toiletries to extra bedding if required.. The Apartment block is at the top of a steep hill but plenty of taxis if it’s not for you... lots of restaurants bars in the nearby streets as well and only 10-15 min walk down into the lively part of Benidorm.. Absolutely perfect holiday in a perfect apartment..

Even though I arrived a lot later than the scheduled time, I checked in very kindly. It is a bit unfortunate that you cannot take public transportation to your accommodation. Very clean and comfortable.

From the first moment he rented the apartment, contact with Carmen was perfect. Both she and her husband Ricardo are lovely and wonderful people. The apartment is super cozy and in addition to how clean it was and its spectacular views the beach is super close, in addition to the cove behind the house. Without a doubt we will repeat, not only for the apartment but for the hospitality and kindness of Carmen and Ricardo. We had a great time!

Impeccable accommodation, with the most spectacular views that can be had in Benidorm. It is simply spectacular. The apartment itself is beautiful, immaculate and absolutely nothing is missing. In addition everything is in perfect condition and there is no need to bring anything. The very comfortable pillows, by the way. Details like coffee make a difference. Wifi very fast. A stay of 10 and Sergio always accessible, attentive and responding instantly. A luxury host.

I'd like to go to Benidorm again in future, and I will certainly look up this place and stay again if I can. The views were great, the apartment comfortable and well equipped, it was quiet in the evenings (being a residential building) so, compared to the hustle and bustle of town, it made sleeping much easier! The views were spectacular and host very accommodating.

Fantastic apartment! A very luxurious and spacious residence with a beautiful view of the city. There were many useful items in the apartment, such as shower foam, cotton wool, oil, salt, pepper and good coffee! There were also 2 cold drinks in the fridge upon arrival. Sergio’s apartment is amazing, very clean, lots of extras and amenities provided. Stunning view from the penthouse on the 42nd floor and an amazing balcony to sit out on. House was spotless and Sergio was a great host who replied quickly to any messages and met us at the apartment to ensure an easy check in and check out.

The accommodation of Sergio is highly recommended! We spent there for two 9 days and we felt more than comfortable. All rooms were very clean and well equipped. The communication with Sergio was very straightforward, reliable and friendly at all times. In the kitchen there was even a small equipment for the first days. The view and the terrace were breathtaking. It is worth to book this accommodation!

This penthouse / apartment was just perfect. Plenty of space, a huge terrace / Balcony where you get the sun near enough all day with superb views over the whole of Benidorm. It has everything you need in it from cosy seats / beds to Bluetooth on the LG speakers for music. Plenty of kind added extras in the apartment, even a few cold beers in the fridge! Simple and easy to walk down to the town. Taxis constantly around so no waiting time. Huge pools outside. Couldn’t get bored of staying there. Being just to the side of town gave us the peace and quiet we needed when we needed it. Sergio is super quick to reply. Thanks Sergio!

Beautiful apartment with incredible views of Benidorm. Sergio is very responsive, ideal for a good stay. The apartment lacks nothing, only downside the noise of the elevator is quite present. The tower is located on a hill about 12 min. walk to the beach (easily feasible otherwise bus 11 or taxi about 5 €)

We stayed at Didier’s place for 4 days, and it exceeded our expectations. Best air bnb we have ever been to, the photos don’t do it justice. Our room was sparkling clean, and we had our own bathroom. The view off the (gorgeous) terrace was breath taking. On our first day he kindly offered to drive us to the water park. While checking out he had a friend drive us to the bus station because he was unavailable. Unfortunately it’s located on a very tall hill which can be tiring to climb but overall worth every penny for the view. Definitely recommend!

The apartment is perfect for two people, very new and careful, the treatment of the owners wonderful, super attentive, the urbanization has two immense pools. The great location, very close to the beach and in an area that has everything necessary for shops and services.

Lovely owners and retailers! The house is small but cozy and is very well located. In addition to being near the beach it has two large swimming pools that are great, as well as parking to leave the car. Recommended for couples and for your pet.

A Valentine's day movie! The apartment is located in the upper area of the building, magnificent views and I loved the distribution. A place with many details, it had everything; the comfortable bed, Smart TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Good communication with the host at all times and very attentive, we repeat this summer for sure !!

FABULOUS! The best I've seen so far, for the quality of the apartment all new and nothing is missing. The large and super comfortable bed, the details of courtesy, coffee, tea bottles of mineral water, as well as the treatment and without forgetting the cleanliness and location. Surely I will return.

The apartment is in very good condition. With all the equipment you need and located in a very good place. The only downside is that the wifi sometimes was not quite right, but otherwise everything in impeccable condition. Very good communication and good place to disconnect with good views of the sea. Highly recommended.

What a light, bright and airy apartment! The view is absolutely amazing and the living space is comfortable and spotless. Sergio is a superb communicator and met us promptly to show us around. The two balconies are a treat. The location, on the outskirts of town, was ideal for us, away from the busyness of Benidorm. A 10 minute walk takes you right into town. The easy parking was a treat, and we appreciated the quietness of the location.

Great view , clean and modern.

Susana's apartment supersedes expectation with stunning views all round but especiallyfrom the balcony. The apartment is well equipped and the pool area and gardens are very well kept. It is just a short walk away from the beach, nightlife and a well stocked supermarket. Dawn & I will definitely return.

Sergio is an amazing host, very polite and super quick when answering messages. The flat on level 34 has outstanding views of the mountains and the sea. Truly beautiful sunsets if you’re going around autumn as we did, and the early lights of the sunrise shine against the mountains in the back of Benidorm valley. Simply amazing. Nice apartments with stunning views of the city and the sea. An excellent host, quickly responds to questions, there is doing help. The price includes parking in the same building as the Apartment. In general, positive reviews, the only location of the apartments remote from the main infrastructure of the city, in the presence of a car this is minus the level.

Sergio is the best host ever everything was spot on. The welcome was brilliant when we got there he provided us with all the informations about the city what's around and how we can settle in. APART from that we were really happy with all the facilities and how clean and organised the flat was.The kitchen. Had all the equipments for cooking and the supermarket wa only 5 mints away walking. Good stay in Benidorm

Very nice, all spectacular.

Marta is easy-going and friendly and her location is great for solo travelers and short stays. Small but everything you need, clean and calm. She stays together with her boyfriend and two little dogs and the place is located in the more modern area of Benidorm up on the hill. Since the city is not too big, old town can be reached within 20mins by walk.

Stayed here for five nights in January, good communication and great location, nice and clean
