Our one-month stay at Javier’s apartment in Benidorm was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The view alone is worth every moment – waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean was pure magic. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like home. The location is unbeatable – in an local complex of apartments, on the cliff with a magnificent view over the sea and the city, and just a short walk from great restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. It was the ideal base for both relaxation and exploring the area. We did our daily sports by walking up and down the stairs on the coast, for us it was a plus! 👍😊 Javier was an outstanding host – responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. We’re incredibly grateful for the experience and would absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and unforgettable stay in Benidorm. Cleanliness, precision, and availability reign supreme in this apartment

Myself and two other friends stayed in the apartment. the apartment was in a great locatin, one block back from the beach. There was an excellent supermarket within 5 minutes walk and plenty of other shops within the locality. The aprtment was clean and so well equipped with everything that you could possibly wish for. There was a welcome pack which included far more that I have received in any other airBnB - coffee pods, tea bags, water, bottles of pop, washing up liquid and clothes washing liquid to mention just a few, but there was so much, I can't list it all. The apartment was safe with a fabulous view of the sea from the eighth floor. air conditioning was very effective, warm shower, seperate toilet and washing machine room with an ample-sized balcony. The pool area was clean and very calm - no racing for sunbeds because you take your own that Juan and Maria provide. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment - excellent value, well equipped and amazing commuication too

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.

The apartment is beautiful and the view is great. It’s peaceful as it’s a little walk away from the hustle and bustle of the main bars but close enough to plenty of bars and restaurants. Up a big hill from the beach but it was all wel lit on a night etc. we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

Fantastic Villa and amazing location. Lovely host. Was so helpful and flexible. Very close to the tram, so easy access to Altea old town and surrounding areas. Beautiful location with amazing views. Perfect.

The apartment is exactly as shown on the listing. It's clean, tidy and has plenty of space. It's within walking distance of everything you need. There's plenty to do locally and the hosts are very attentive and helpful. I would happily stay again.

It's a lovely area, it's in a residential neighborhood, so you'll meet a lot of locals. It's definitely not an area for people with walking difficulties, but very charming. Marlena and Gøran are very sweet and helpful.

Alex, went above and beyond in every way—from the warm welcome and personalized local recommendations to the little touches that made the space feel like home. Communication was clear, prompt, and kind throughout, and I felt genuinely cared for. Whether you’re passing through or planning a longer stay, I couldn’t recommend this place more. It’s rare to find a place where both the space and the host make such a lasting impression. I’ll absolutely be back!

Great stay in a charming, rustic, villa. The location is perfect for exploring the Levante beach area. The villa is really big. Exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

We were met at the apartment and shown in personally. Very friendly welcome and if we needed anything we were told to contact them no problem. This apartment is in an absolutely amazing location. Perfect for the old town and you can venture to the new town or the other way too. The beach below is beautiful and although down a steep set of steps it’s worth it. To get back up you can always just walk round and up rather than the steps if you want. Fantastic views, no noise at night, air con in the open plan living area for those really hot days/nights. The bedrooms are good sized with storage and the beds very comfortable, we slept very well. The bathroom is a good size and the shower is excellent. The local restaurants and bars look good, we visited Sherrys bar and also Ian’s restaurant which both are right next door. I can’t recommend this apartment enough really We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped and you would be able to cook with no issues. A great stay

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable.
