This is a wonderful studio situated right on the marshes. Judith was excellent throughout the process with communication. I woke to the sounds of birds in the morning a took a stroll through the sculpture garden, over the swinging bridge and along the marsh to watch the sunrise. A simply magical stay!

Perfect little place to stay in the area! We came in March for business so we didn't really have a chance to enjoy the weather or the area but it's really close to everything you could need. It seems like it would be an amazing place in the warm weather as well. For us, it was perfect for a business trip in winter.

Cute little upstairs apartment only a few blocks from the water. The main bed was very comfortable and my friend who slept on the futon said it wasn’t bad either. Internet worked great and the desk in the bedroom was perfect for working from a laptop. I think this I’m place is a great value!

The beach is really close by and is beautiful and calm, great place for sunsets. The house was perfect for our family of three and we would definitely book again. And we used the washer dryer quite a lot.

Great time, perfect getaway for a relaxing weekend!

We stayed here four nights in early January 2020. Cozy and comfy place, clean and well organized. Kitchen has lots of equipments for cooking. Nice view to sea from bedroom window. Check-in was easy and communication worked well with Catie and Abe. Very positive experience ... we will check the availability when planning the next visit to Cape.

Excellent value for money! We had a great time at Catie's place. Very close to the water, and some of the areas historic towns. We loved our stay and found our host to be very responsive and helpful. Overall, great experience!

Monica’s place is very clean, comfortable and convenient. We had a lovely stay at this small cottage! The bed is comfortable and the location is nice. I would stay again!

Went for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. This place was perfect for that. It was plenty of space for the two of us and had everything we needed to spend the weekend in the house. It was so clean when we got there and the sheets are so comfortable. Also it is in a very nice location next to plenty of stores and activities. I can’t wait to book our next getaway.

Was a perfect fit for 2 people, we stayed for 28 days and it was great! A short drive from the beaches and is literally just a short walk from a grocery store!

Such a beautiful area with only a very short walk to the water. The place is a beautiful quiet place to get away. Scott is attentive and very good at communication. The set up of the cottage is very charming and perfect for a couple getting away for some down time or to explore the beauty of Cape Cod. Central located you’ll be able to explore most of what the Cape has to offer. Fantastic restaurants in the area to sit down to a delicious meal or laze around and utilize the kitchen to prepare something special. I will certainly stay again.

Perfect little weekend getaway base right on the water! My trip was in February, but Scott's cottage would be a great spot during the warmer months (access to the beach, conveniently located on the Cape, etc). Scott was an excellent communicator in terms of response time/clarity of instruction...and definitely earned bonus points for sharing some his oyster haul!

We stayed for a week in July at this small cottage. The kitchenette was helpful and we used the grill a lot. We loved having the picnic table on the deck for meals. It's a stone's throw from the beach. The fans were a plus! Campfires on the beach were magical at night.

Great vacation, only steps form the water. We had fires on the beech every night. I will enjoy this cottage again if I ever have another chance to stay on Cape Cod.

Centrally located for exploring.

Great Cottage in a great location. My best friend and I spent a week a sight seeing around Cape Cod. The weather was a bit chilly, but the cottage was toasty warm. The only complaint (not really) is there is no clear path from parking to front door so sand is tracked into the house every time you return. We would definitely return!

Great location and steps from the beach. Everything was perfect!!

We stayed at this cottage for 10 days and absolutely fell in love with it. It could not be any closer to the beach without being underwater! The beach itself is gorgeous and almost totally deserted (in April) so we had it pretty much to ourselves. Sandwich is also a great spot and very convenient for day trips in the Cape and to other parts of MA. The place was clean, and exactly as advertised and the screen room is particularly lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

This was an adorable place to getaway to for a weekend. It was quiet and quaint — just as expected. The outdoor seating area adds a great place for morning coffee or a glass of wine at night.

This is the best Airbnb! It was so cute, and homey but also stylish and modern. Walking distance from the beach. It was a perfect weekend for us!

Aruna's place was magnificent. Exactly as described. And when I had trouble with the television, she went out of her way to make sure everything was fixed immediately. I would gladly stay there again if I ever am back in Dennis Port.

This is our second stay here. We love this tiny home! It's stylish, comfortable and has everything one might need including heat, a washer/dryer, a full kitchen and an outside spot for the dog. There are different areas to eat, hang out and sleep with a sliding barn door to close off the bedroom for privacy. And Aruna's awesome--quick to respond to questions and great at communicating, she even offered us a late checkout time without us asking. We look forward to staying here again. Thanks Aruna!

Aruna’s place is very pleasant and clean. The kitchen is great and well equipped. The bathroom is tiny, but you can do what you need to do. Overall, for a very small space, it’s well thought out.

The Cottage was a great place to stay while on the Cape for me. Very clean and well stocked. A very nice little place with all the comfort and amenities I needed. Very nice living room to relax in with TV service, good WiFi, kitchen with some snacks and water provided, comfortable bed and pillows. The outside area is nice and private from the main house as well with a fence and fire pit area. Directions and communication were very good, I did not see the homeowners during my stay, check in was a breeze. Check out is early at 10 am, would have preferred 11 am but it was no problem. Next time I am on the Cape I will stay farther as it is a bit far to drive to the rest of the Cape from here but a quiet and relaxing place to stay!

Great location and great value!

Donna’s Tiny House was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to enjoy a nice long weekend at the Cape. The location was close to great dining options, beaches and other Cape Cod activities (whale watch, shopping, etc.). The Tiny House was honestly bigger than we expected based on past reviews. I’m 6 months pregnant and my husband is 6’ tall and we had no problem with the space. The bathroom was small but not so small that we couldn’t comfortably do what needed to be done (we were expecting smaller based on past reviews). The house was immaculate when we arrived, as well and the outdoor space was like a cute secret garden with a fire pit. Donna was great and answered all of my questions about beach locations and amenities before the trip. We are still shocked by the low cost of this home, it’s unheard of to rent any type of space so inexpensively in Cape Cod. It was a perfect baby moon and we’d come back here (or to any of Donna’s other locations) in a heart beat.

A cool, funky, private, basic, inexpensive place at the Cape. An updated mattress would make it the max.

Donnas little cabin in the woods is an incredible deal for being the middle of the summer on cape cod!! She responds so politely and quickly to any questions you may have and offers to come help if needed. Only thing to keep in mind: if you are extremely tall (over 6ft) or plus size it’ll be a tight squeeze for you. The cottage was very clean, had plenty of towels, and great shower pressure to help get all the beach sand off! Can’t beat the price!

This cottage was the perfect girls’ weekend getaway. Tom and Jim were both quick to answer any questions we had before we arrived. Check-in was a breeze, when Jim met us at the property, gave us a tour of his charming, immaculately cleaned house, and kindly took the time to share information about the area and neat things to see that tourists wouldn’t get from the internet. And we were there in March! My advice: Go where Jim suggests you go and eat where he suggests you eat and you’ll have a very special, one-of-a-kind vacation.

We had a wonderful early spring family getaway at the home. The house was wonderful, with a good selection of kitchen amenities. Indoor jacuzzi was a huge bonus, as we have little kids and could keep an eye out for them when they were sleeping. One note, if you are traveling with younger children and plan on using the bunk bed room, it is on the other side of the home, so a monitor may be a good thing to pack if you want to hear them at night. A wonderful stay all around!

Plenty of room for multiple people, has everything you could need to use while on vacation- a kitchen full of cook wear and utensils, an abundance of towels, beach chairs, games, etc an excellent place to stay while on the cape!

A wonderful experience. This top floor private entrance apartment with a private deck, in a residential location near town is perfect...is perfection. The sun splashed warm colored rooms with modern amenities assures ease and comfort during your stay. Your hosts are as friendly as you wish. My brief holiday was so restorative primarily because of the ambiance of this fine apartment.

Terry’s place was lovely. The layout was surprisingly spacious. My husband and I felt that we had plenty of space for solitary time and for time together. Colors, artwork, comfortable furnishings, nice views out of each window. The location is great, close to Commerce where all of the action is, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Terry and Joan couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. We’re already making plans to stay again in the fall.

The treehouse is large and beautiful especially in Ptown where places can be miniscule. There's a full kitchen, plants everywhere, a really comfy king size bed, etc. I loved the space!

A lovely space - relaxing and quiet. I loved every minute of being here, it's a short walk to the beach and to the town, and a lovely apartment to just relax in, with the most accommodating hosts.

This was an amazing find! It was walking distance to everything on Commercial St, but out of the way enough that it was a quiet retreat when needed. The living space was great with plenty of room and warm touches throughout. Recommendations were also left for where to eat/go during the off season. Terry and Joan were very nice and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here!

A private, relaxing home that is great for any family to stay at!

Amazing place to stay! Plan for wind as you are out on the point. Loved the space and peace of sitting outside watching the boats and sunsets each night. The owner has a binder of the history of the lighthouse, which makes it even more interesting to stay in.

The lighthouse was the perfect setting for our intimate wedding. The lighthouse is picturesque and the views were outstanding. Christina was very helpful answering questions that came along during the process and was there to walk us through the property upon arrival. My wife and I stayed at the lighthouse for the whole week and enjoyed our relaxing week together after the wedding. The time flew by watching the water and taking in the coast. Highly recommend this beautiful home for a wonderful week long get away with everything you may need in grasp!

The place was really charming and just big enough for two. Check in was easy and communication was excellent! Everything was labeled with instructions which was helpful at times but a bit off-putting in a vacation home (helpful=WiFi info. Not helpful=labeling a washer, washer). Place was overall clean and neat but the shower and the shower liner had some unappealing build up that will hopefully be a quick fix for future guests. Overall it was a great stay I’d recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nathaniel's home. We would go back in a heartbeat. It was cozy, but it was plenty roomy enough for the two of us and our dog. The location can't be beat. It is between the two main streets in Provincetown where most of the fun is and is a block from the beach. We walked almost everywhere. This stand-alone cottage is an excellent place to stay in Provincetown. The location is very good on a quiet side street just off busy Commercial Street. There's plenty to see, do, eat and drink within easy walking distance. The cottage was very clean and in good condition. The space isn't huge but it proved to be very comfortable for two adults and one medium sized dog. The living room/dining area is well set up for watching TV or a movie or just hanging out. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. You could actually cook a meal there if you are so inclined. Good shower in the bathroom and everything worked well. The bed in the sleeping loft was very comfortable. Just watch out for your head on the sloping ceiling beams! We were there in the winter so didn't use the patio outside the back door but it looks like it would be a good place to spend time in the warm weather. Overall, a great choice for P'town.

Great stay in a Provincetown classic cottage! I’ve been coming to Ptown for 10 years and always wanted to experience what it’s like to stay in one of these iconic houses - this one did not disappoint. Everything was just what I wanted, updated kitchen, generous sized bath, private outdoor space, charming living space, and a comfy bed. And the location was so central, I was able to walk to everything. It was the perfect retreat but in the heart of Provincetown. Thanks Nathaniel for sharing your special home with me and my pups - hope to stay again soon!

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway by the sea, this is the perfect spot! The cottage is nestled behind the dune with a fabulous dune top deck to enjoy views of the beach, the sea, and the stars at night. We were fortunate to have fantastic weather and spent most of our “at home” time on the deck, but the cottage itself is very quaint and comfortable. You are a bit off the beaten track - just what we wanted, and it was no problem to drive a short distance to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Susan’s cottage. The home is adorably decorated and so quaint, and we loved the outdoor patio! We spent all our evenings outside watching the sunset with a glass of good wine, and the new fire pit is a great touch. We loved having access to the private beach, and falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach right outside was delightful. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous location facing the ocean, the beach at the bottom of the terrace! The house is charming and properly equipped with gas stove inside and brazier on the terrace We could not enjoy the outdoor shower because of the weather. The only minor criticism would be that you had to leave the house at 9am, a bit early for a vacation!

What an incredible place! If you're looking for your own private slice of the Cape, look no further. This place offers a cozy private beach cabin and an amazing deck to kick back and relax. The fire pit on the deck was also a great touch in the evenings. It was our first trip to the Cape and this place made the experience all the more memorable. We will definitely be back!

Very cosy seaside cottage, just off East Sandwich beach, perfect for a retreat by the sea. Exactly like on the pictures! The cottage is well equipped inside (cooking facilities, fireplace) and outside (deckchairs, picnic table, BBQ). 10 minutes drive from Sandwich town for a good choice of shops and restaurants. Very good location for exploring Cape Cod from. Communication with Katherine has been smooth and easy. We would definitely visit again!

I loved my stay in this beautiful beach house! The photos are true to reality. It is really well decorated, it feels good, especially with the fireplace in autumn! It is very clean, several small touches, beautiful big comforters comforting, the shower is really clean, important for me! The only thing that could possibly annoy some is the mattress that has broken springs on one side, so it sinks a bit on one side! I was alone so I slept on the other side! But me who has a very capricious back, I slept well. It was not as comfortable as my bed but I have seen much worse! I prefer that to a bed too hard. The pillows are also comfortable and soft. The couch is a bit worn too, very soft, but again, I prefer it to a couch nine too hard. I really enjoyed my sofa nights listening to movies (access to free movie rentals too). The house is in a small development of 7-8 houses facing each other. This one is in the middle, so neighbors on each side and in front. (Non-smoker even outside ... so I do not smoke a problem, but a smoker friend almost joined me and I would not have thought to check it! It seems to be an agreement between neighbors since the cottages are very close to each other). I was almost always alone or there were 1-2 people around at this time. It was very quiet. We get off the car feet in the sand and we hear the sea! You can see the sea from the windows of the kitchen but it is not a full view of the sea, as the development is behind a dune, which cuts the wind. At the end of the day, it was too cool on the beach, but I was very good on the patio. I was in mid-October, and I had a few days warm enough to be in a t-shirt on the beach. I walked 3 hours back to one side and I was not until the end! On the other side, the sea comes to form a kind of river, and the fishermen will fish with their waterproof suits immersed in the water at the mouth ... I made excellent photos! I had brought my bike but there was no suitable road for cycling around. I rather drove to bike paths. There is a nice satchel on the coffee table with recommendations of restaurants and activities, pamphlets, etc. On cooler days, many shops were closed in the villages around this time. I struggled to light the fireplace one night, and Katherine responded very quickly and was going to send someone to fix it a few hours later, but I finally managed to light her up following her advice ( you have to slide the thermostat vigorously from left to right several times when it's not going, and there's always a little blue flame even when it's off, so I thought it was lit very low but no, if it's not There are no big flames, it is not lit). In short it's just me who did not have the twist! Everything worked well. And the fireplace is really effective as heating! It was really hot quickly when I turned it on, in mid-October at 5-10 ° C at night outside. Also, it ran out of electricity for a day because of a windstorm, and I really enjoyed heating with the gas fireplace (which created a light at the same time) and being able to use the stove at the same time. gas even if it lacks electricity. In short, I hope to have the chance to return to this beautiful beach house, I felt at home. I adopted it!

Katherine has a great cottage right by the ocean. Don’t be surprised by the amount of cottages in one small area. It is small, but very comfy and people are friendly in the area. The location is great - easy to get to Provincetown, Hyannis, Martha’s Vineyard and Boston - all a quick jaunt away. Katherine is very communicative and answered all of our questions very promptly. We would return in a heartbeat! Thank you Katherine.

Great location; enjoyed listening to the ocean in the evening. Cottage was very nice and well appointed. Had an upgraded heating and air conditioning system which was very nice as we had some cool nights. We also appreciated the gas fireplace on the cool mornings.

We could not have asked for anything better! The cottage was spotless and well appointed. The enclosed porch and the deck offered us a great view of the ocean as we drank our morning coffee or wine in the afternoon. Deena is such a wonderful host. Deena is amazing and very accommodating. She ended up extending our stay past the season a little bit so we could enjoy our babymoon. This was the perfect location for it! We walked outside the cottage and onto Sea Street Beach. Steps from the cottage! And took some maternity photos with my photographer. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. We hope to come back during the summer, so we can reminisce and enjoy the beach!

Mod’s place is very clean and is in a perfect location for the beach, just a 2 min walk! Highly recommend!

Great place and location. Safe neighborhood. Wonderful back patio. Super close to the beach and a nice cafe. You will have to clean before you check out so if you are looking to checkout quick without cleaning up (sweeping, wiping counters down, etc) then communicate with the hosts. Great communication with the renters 👍

Very cute, perfect for two people!

We enjoyed our stay on Cape Cod. Dennis Port was centrally located and we were able to easily explore the Cape from this location. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the beaches and exploring the surrounding towns. Our favorite was at both points...Provincetown and Woods Hill. The Condo was very appropriately decorated for the area and we enjoyed all the details. The private patio was perfect and the kitchen space worked well for our morning breakfast before heading out for the day. We would recommend this property.

Betsy's home is adorable and has everything you need. Even with snow on the ground outside, we still felt like we were in a classic, beachy, Cape Cod bungalow. Although tucked away, the house was very easy to find. It was perfect for my friend and I having a little girls weekend. When we return, we'd love to stay again!

The cottage was absolutely perfect! Little cute touches all throughout. 2 full bedrooms perfect size. A smart tv in the living room, and the location is ideal right off main st. We really enjoyed our short stay in Hyannis. Although it was winter and off season, we found several places that were warm and friendly to enhance our vacation. My wife and I are making plans to return in the fall to stay, hoping to get over to Nantucket.

Betsy’s cottage was great! Cozy, clean & close to tons of stores & restaurants! Betsy provided restaurant suggests for people with all types of diets (great for us vegetarians & 1 vegan). We loved it & will be back!

We had a lovely long weekend at Betsy's fabulous home. We appreciated all the little touches that make a big difference...waters and chocolates, paper goods, coffee. The furnishings were very comfortable. Betsy was easy to reach and fast to respond when we had a question. The location was fantastic. Main Street was so close!

My wife and I spent our 2 year anniversary at Doug and Lorraine’s property. The property itself was basically a large beautiful garden. We felt a bit like we were walking through a story book. Doug and their cat Lloyd greeted us immediately. We didn’t use the living room space, as the couch was a bit too small for us. And the shower for anyone over 5’10 (I’m 6’2”) is going to struggle with the shower stall. Other than that, I can not recommend this space or these folks highly enough.

Lorraine’s place was lovely and exactly as described. The location is great for exploring Brewster and a short distance to so many great towns to explore. Really wonderful experience. Thank you!

Clean 🧼 and Comfy! The space is small and intimate. Perfect for a couple! Doug and Lorraine stocked the refrigerator with eggs, yogurt, half-and-half, bread, butter, and a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary! The property is beautiful and Lorraine tends to her English garden with loving hands. The shower stall is small, but the water pressure is okay, and the cottage is clean and decorated with eclectic art. My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay!

This stay is better than your best dreams! Beautiful, tranquil, and has super hosts. It truly is a wonderful value and I would recommend to anyone! I cannot say enough about how delightful this stay was!!

Patty and Neil were super kind and responsive. Quick note though, it lists as entire apartment but the place is technically the basement of their apartment. Although there is a separate entrance at the back and my partner & I never ran into them until we had to say goodbye. They have a cute dog as well :)

Patty's place was in an incredible location, very close to Chatham, the grocery store and just only a couple minutes from Highway 6. The space was very well decorated and extremely comfortable. It was a pleasure to meet Patty and stay at her lovely home -- I'll definitely be back!

This was the perfect little cottage for my wife and I. After a long day of travel with many delays, we arrived in the middle of the night with a light left on for us. As we opened the front door, a bottle of wine and basket of snacks was waiting for us! This was extra appreciated because everything else is town was closed. Seriously the cutest cabin you'll find and you'd be foolish to book anywhere else. It was the most comfortable stay. The bed was amazing and I wish I sent more time in it because it's so comfy! Kim even left some food for us. This was going above and beyond and was much needed as we we in town for a wedding and didn't have time to shop. Like I said, you'd be foolish to pass this AirBnB over. Do yourself a favor and let Kim provide the ideal place to stay in Buzzards Bay. Thank you Kim!

Kim has an awesome little cottage which is perfect for couples or two friends to stay in. I loved the decoration and every little detail about it. Also she welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a handwritten note. Can highly recommend it!

The cottage was a perfect place to relax for a few days after a nearby conference. I could smell and hear the bay from the back deck, where I spent most of my afternoons. The weather was a bit chilly, as expected, so I didn’t spend much time on the beach, but it’s very close. The bed and couch were very comfortable and Kim’s local guidebook was very helpful in finding close and quality meals. I would definitely visit again in the future!

You can expect better than already you might anticipate, by a stay at this friendly/cozy cottage. I want to rave about my discoveries both at the house and in the neighborhood and even further afield, but I am opting instead to let you have that joy for yourself upon your own visit to this delightful home nestled in its unique community along the water's edge above Buzzards Bay.

The whole neighborhood is made up of super cute cottages right off of the beach on buttermilk bay. Kim’s cottage has super cute, nautical Decore. We loved it! So cozy for the two of us. Super clean! So many hospitable touches…You will be amazed. Perfect location for Cape Cod adventures. The bed is wonderful. Even the towels are super luxurious. Every detail thoughtfully laid out.

The bungalow exceeded our expectations, it was absolutely delightful in every way. Kim has thought of everything and provided little extras that make the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Ryan's space is like a hidden tree house ~ even has a European touch. You walk up the stairs, and there is this lovely deck, private and surrounded by grape vines and other greenery with little lights that come on at night. Comfy chairs ~ full moon night was awesome. Inside, you have a little living room with pull out couch, lots of nice throws if you get a bit chilly (which is September it did), coffee, minifridge and then pass through a little hallway with a sink and wha la, a lovely bed and bathroom. Lots of dark wood, skylights ~ a very sweet place for one or a couple. Good location and Ryan is friendly and very responsive.

Such a great weekend in a beautiful place!

Ryan was a great host - very communicative and responded quickly. It was very easy to check in and out. The location was great too - we traveled up to Provincetown easily or down to Eastham. We also could walk right from the house into town for coffee, a small hike on Uncle Tim's island, and down to the harbor. Coffee, ice cream and nature all in walking distance - just what we need on vacation!

Loved my stay at Barbara's place. The loft had everything I needed and even a wonderful little welcome basket. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the living room area. The location was great, easy to park and a great spot to get around the Cape. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Our stay was wonderful and exactly as advertised! The listing was beautiful and comfortable. Barbara was available and easy to reach if needed while being thoughtful of giving us space and privacy. Our weekend at the loft was the perfect balance of style and comfort and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A cosy, well equipped place particularly as Autumn was really drawing in during our visit. It’s very well placed for access to the whole of the Cape and apart from the daily ‘hoot’ from the railway - which was atmospheric, not a problem - was lovely and quiet.

Excellent 1 bed space on the Cape perfect for travelling around to everywhere. Bed was super comfy and great having in the cottage the welcome basket was fab.

This is a beautiful place to stay, well thought-out with everything you need to make yourselves feel at home. The apartment is very clean and stylish, with good equipment, comfortable bed, great wi-fi, easy parking and a great patio overlooking a gorgeous garden. Barnstable itself is a lovely little town with a beautiful beach, good coffee shop (Nirvana) and a really well-stocked local market shop with a fabulous selection of wines. Highly recommended.

This was perfect for our short visit to Cape Cod - we wish we could have stayed longer! The cottage is private, cozy, clean, and really nicely decorated. There were many special touches and we had everything we needed. Stephen (Barbara’s husband) was super kind to us and communication was always clear. Location has easy access to most of the Cape and not far from restaurants, groceries, etc. - there is not much in walking distance, but it wasn’t a problem since we were driving.

Barbara’s place was very clean and tidy. As others have commented the photographs on Airbnb make the place look very light and airy, far more light than in reality. That did not detract from a good stay. If you intend to eat in, as we generally do on a couple of nights during a stay, you need to be aware that there is no actual dining area, you will be eating on your knee. The bed is very comfortable, however some guests will need to know that the steep stairs to the mezzanine bedroom could be a challenge and potentially dangerous to some of limited mobility or those with a permanent injury or disability. Barbara and her husband were both very friendly and on hand if needed.

Barbara's place was great. We really enjoyed our two night stay and were sorry that we couldn't stay longer. Would recommend to anyone else.

One of our favorite places so far! The rustic charm along with the added touches like the freshly baked bread and bits of added charm all over the house was second to none! The house is the perfect size for independent space or snuggled family time! We are already checking the calendar to see when we can return!

A wonderfully rustic log cabin that is private and relaxing. We had a great experience having a quiet, peaceful weekend in the rustic cabin.

A really wonderful place to spend a holiday, even in winter. The cabin is beautiful and the layout ideal for families as there are two sitting rooms and a garden for playing. The kitchen is a joy to work in as it’s Open Plan and a lot of stuff has been provided by the owner including a wonderful home-made cake that filled the cabin with lovely aromas on arrival. Great location for exploring all the pilgrim stuff and more. Right next to the Cranbury bogs so great walks. All in all a great stay and Garrett was very welcoming.

I highly recommend Dave and this property. It is in a great location - close to the beach and main road but also private. The house is updated, clean, well stocked, the rooms are nicely furnished and very comfortable ... I could go on and on but you get the picture . My family and I will definitely be going back!

The outdoor shower was a surprise. The very short walk to the beach was also a nice surprise. David’s place is nestled in the capes.. where you feel like you’re at the beach and in the woods at the same time. Will visit again

Jo Leal and John are two lovely hosts who welcome you into their home with warm conversations over a cup of tea about music, art, the local happenings and much more. I'm so happy that they were a part of our trip to Cape Cod. The accommodations are clean and homey, in a convenient location, quiet, and come with many amenities. But the best part surely is how they welcome you as friends rather than visitors. I highly suggest staying with them!

Jo and John are amazing hosts and fascinating people to chat with! This is definitely one of the most wonderful houses I have ever stayed in! It is in a beautiful location, the decoration is unique and the two cats that live there make it highly recommended for anyone who wants to spend some days in Cape Cod!

Jo Leal and John are the most wonderful hosts. This was our first trip to the Cape and they helped us plan our time with helpful tips and a lot of written material they have meticulously compiled. Jo Leal and John are warm, friendly people and art connoisseurs. The paintings all around the home were so refreshing and added to the joy of our stay. John made the most amazing tea and Jo Leal served us home made bread and a signature dish that she created for breakfast. We had a great time chatting with them and getting a quick peek into the local history about which they both know so much! We highly recommend staying at any of their listings (they showed the second one to us and it is gorgeous!!).

This was an awesome Airbnb find. My friend and I went for a night and loved the space and tips from our marvelous hosts. They were very welcoming and kind, full of suggestions and very professional with binders of activities. It was very clean and homey.
