We absolutely loved our stay in Provincetown. The location made it easy to pop in and out of the apartment between activities. Despite being so close, the hedging around the private yard made it feel secluded. We enjoyed the outdoor space and grill for dinners. The condo itself was the perfect size for two people. The king bed was very comfortable, the decor was cute, and the windows kept the noise out at night. Michael is an excellent and responsive host. All in all, a great find!

What a welcoming, well-stocked, snug place for a relaxing post-graduation family getaway for our family of three before the busy season on Cape Cod. We enjoyed being right across the street from a lovely, empty beach we had to ourselves! Good restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away. Trails and beaches for walking are nearby. As former owners of a rental cottage near a beach, we appreciated the small touches that show how much Rosemary cares about this place and her guests.

Tomi and Jim warmly greeted us when we arrived, showed us the place and offered recommendations for restaurants etc. Beds comfortable, towels soft…..just a beautiful cottage as listed!!!

Great little escape on the Cape! Quiet neighborhood with a super easy walk to beautiful Thumpertown Beach which is never crowded. Nicely finished house which was great for our family stay with small kids. Would book again!

The Lemon Drop was perfect! Just like the pictures with a clean beachy inside and amazing outdoor space. We had a wonderful time with all the amenities easily available. Great communication throughout our stay

What an incredible space. The cabin is in the perfect location to experience whatever you are looking for in P-Town. Jay was there to greet us when we arrived and was super friendly and helpful.

My wife and I were delighted to stay at this cozy cottage on Cape Cod. Everything from the charming decor, meticulous landscaping, and irresistible porch swing made us feel like we were staying somewhere special: a place both familiar yet new. We look forward to returning and enjoying this little gem on the Cape again soon!

This is the Cape Cod cottage of your dreams! We stayed for a long weekend before Memorial Day and it was just what we needed. It was exactly as described, and is convenient to basically anywhere in the Cape. It is a little tight, but it makes up for it in coziness. We will definitely be returning. Caroline was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. We especially appreciated the welcome book with every detail about the cottage, and even some amazing recommendations for the area!

What a gem! We LOVED our time in Sedna cottage! It was an unseasonably cold few days in May, including a Nor'easter with heavy rain and winds, so we were really glad to have a gorgeous view of the ocean and a full kitchen inside our cozy accommodations. Before the storm, we sat by the water every night as the sun went down. Saw seals! Took walks along the beach! And we LOVED the restful quiet with close proximity to the hustle of Provincetown. Daniela and Akshay were very responsive-- gave us great suggestions, answered our questions promptly. Can't wait to come back!

We absolutely loved the cabin! It was so charming and peaceful yet close to everything. This turned out to be the ideal spot. So many restaurants, shops and beaches around. We cant recommend these cabins enough. Very affordable as well!

Margaret is a great host, and an interesting person to talk to! Very personable, and does her best to ensure you enjoy your stay. As it turns out, a tiny home is just not our thing, especially for lounging & rest/relaxation, but Margaret's hospitality and the spa area completely made up for that! The hot tub was meticulously cleaned, the sauna was great, and the cold plunge was refreshing and clean as well! Shopping and restaurants were less than 15 mins away.

I was staying in town to recover from eye surgery. We needed a place that was quiet, had two beds and was dog friendly. Dina’s place fit the bill. We made meals here, my wife walked the dogs to a nearby park, and I did my n st to recover! We would stay here again.

Ed and Maritza’s place was in a great location, had wonderful amenities, and was walking/biking distance to great places - including a beach. It was easy to relax as everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The cottage was perfect for our girl’s trip.

Such a cozy cottage! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, the bed was very comfortable, and the serene outdoor sitting area with its lovingly crafted goldfish zen pond was absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for a peaceful, relaxing week. Thank you, Jayne!

We loved our stay at Nathanial’s cottage. It was very easy to get into and all of the instructions were clear! Great outdoor seating that was nice and private. Perfect location to Commercial Street. Couldn’t ask for a better place!

Cozy little cottage on a quiet side street in the West End, within easy walking distance of everything in Ptown. A true "tiny house," but everything is laid out efficiently and elegantly, with lots of light and air. Kitchen luxurious and useful for its size. Jesse even includes a bike.

The location, so close to the Salt Pond Visitors Center, was ideal. If the weather had been better, it was cool and one day very rainy, we would have enjoyed the spacious grounds around the house. The house is small, but worked fine for the two of us. Everything was there that we needed and the house was very clean. We found the bed extremely comfortable. Tara was always very responsive and when I asked her for a specific restaurant recommendation based on what I was looking for she came through with several and the one we chose in Wellfleet was perfect. Lucky for us it was also restaurant week!

Had a great stay, would recommend to anyone staying on Cape Cod.

Linda was great. I was moving to the area and was scrambling closing on my house and moving into my new home in town. Both were crazy and made staying here place easy and convenient. Highly recommend Linda.

A beautiful cottage. Our dogs loved the beach and we loved hearing the ocean at night. Best of all, we saw North Atlantic Right Whales at Long Point. In a world where it can be difficult to sleep well - I slept like a baby!

We love returning because this perfect little cottage in the woods meets all of our needs. It is cozy, comfortable and clean with wonderful light. S L always responds immediately to any questions that we have. She has given us some great tips of places to go in the area. We had a great stay. Roxlyn & Andi
