This is a very quiet neighborhood no parties please. We are located 5 minutes from Mayo Clinic, less than 5 minutes from Jacksonville Beach. Publix, Walmart are very close to the house. There is easy access to Butler Blvd and I-295 that can lead you to St. Johns Town Center or any close travels. There are lots of restaurants. Extra CLEAN!!
