Drift off in this very unique and peaceful artist's residence. The house is located in the village of Tånum, just five miles from downtown Randers. The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a small bedroom with a 55 x 79 inch (140 cm x 200 cm) bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique property, with a history as an artist's home. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a stovetop, a mini oven, and an electric kettle. Coffee and tea free.

The house has a wonderful view of the scenic surroundings, and from the garden there is direct access to the forest with paths for walks. The garden offers terraces with both morning and evening sun, as well as a sandbox, play tower, trampoline, and soccer goal. Three of the sleeping places are in the multi-purpose room (1 single mattress (child) and a folding mattress with a topper for 2 people). There's also plenty of space for air mattresses you bring. The set-up pool may be used.

All the indoor details have been taken care of and a rare stylish and atmospheric interior has been completed in the small simple house from 1978. It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

House directly by the water, close to golf courses and town

Relax with the whole family in this serene space. It is located directly down to Randers fjord. Possibility of canoeing and fishing 10 meters from the house from your own jetty and boat dock. 15 min. drive to Randers C where there are restaurants, cafes, shops, water park, paddle tennis, Randers rainforest, escape rooms etc. There are also 3 golf courses nearby. There are two paddle boards and a rowboat available, as well as life jackets. Pets not allowed.

Cozy house in walking distance to Randers C

My beautiful house is 83 m2 with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a pull-out bed. A bed can be made for a 5th person. There is a baby chair, games and toys for children. A lovely kitchen-dining room with access to an old but cozy garden room, from which you can enjoy the beautiful garden. It takes approx. 15 minutes to walk into the center of Randers. If you drive into Randers, it is cheap to park next to the bus station = DKK 7/hour.
