This newly renovated cottage is in a downtown setting yet out of the bustle of busy city streets. It has a great view of the inlet and port, ands sits above the railyard. The bedroom has a KING size cool foam mattress and full bathroom with shower. On chilly nights enjoy an electric fireplace while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The large backyard has a deck with table and chairs, as well as a firepit. There is a desk to work at and high-speed wifi internet, plus a free parking space.

Beautiful deck with mountain views and plenty of sunlight throughout. Located in desirable Rogers Park neighborhood, this apartment is centrally located to hospitals, university, downtown, and airport. A short walk gets you to the Chester Creek Trail which links the many miles of paved trails throughout Anchorage. Close to shopping.

This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Alaskan Studio
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy studio feels like a peaceful cabin with the amenities of a home. A Queen platform bed in its private nook with custom shelving and the perfect relaxing area to enjoy your 55in smart TV. The mini kitchen features an induction stovetop, microwave toaster oven. The studio has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. Although we are pup friendly there is a limit of 1 dog. We can't accommodate cats. Large yard but it is not fenced.

Nestled in a forest of Mountain Hemlocks hundreds of years old, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood only a 5-6 minute walk from the Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead providing the most direct and easy access to Chugach State Park. There are endless possibilities for hiking, climbing, and skiing from the house. Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.

Location, location, location!---with a view and a free parking spot too! Situated in a historic and secure building in the heart of downtown you can easily walk to restaurants, art galleries, shopping, the museum, coastal trail, Ship Creek and the railroad depot. There is a view of the inlet and Mt. Susitna (Sleeping Lady) along with gorgeous sunsets (weather permitting) from both the main living area and the bedroom. There is an electric fireplace and a dishwasher.

Walk to downtown, the famous Coastal Trail, quaint eateries, elegant restaurants, fabulous bakeries, local brew pubs, and more! This unit is a walkers delight. Enjoy easy access to downtown and our famous Coastal Trail (great for birding, running, biking) without needing a car! Owners are very knowledgeable about local restaurants as well as hiking, biking, and other activities. We are happy to share what we know!
