We had a very relaxing 5 nights. Kees and Karen were impeccable hosts, laidback and always helpful. We didn't come by car, but it's easy to get into Utrecht either by bus or tram. Would definitely book again.

The accommodation is beautifully designed - stylish interior, cozy atmosphere and a huge highlight: the large bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and sauna. Above all, the location is also unbeatable and right by the forest. Pigs, pheasants and chickens are in adjacent enclosures. Pets are welcome and the hosts are easily accessible. All in all great! We hope to book this place again soon :)

Our stay at Berdie went well beyond our expectations. This was not just a ‘stay’, it was a wonderful experience. The accommodation was as described and the floor-heating was superb. The wooden stove -while not necessary for heating- was very cozy. The place is surrounded by nature with excellent walking trails. Icing on the cake was the Sunday music performances on the premises. Both Berdie and her husband Gerard are terrific hosts and I highly recommend them. We look forward staying here again in the near future!

Wonderful stay in the beautiful Betuwe. Beautiful location and you can do many things if you like nature. In addition, you are in a central place and you are quickly in Utrecht or Den bosch if you want to look up the city.

Great host and a beautiful property. Interior looks gorgeous. House is close to countryside nature. Village is peaceful and quiet.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and right at home. A wonderful environment where we completely relaxed. Large garden with lots of play options for children and seating and barbecue options for all guests, overall everything great, although we reached the limit with 6 adults and 3 children in unstable weather.

We loved our long weekend in Nieuwland. This is a tiny village so very quiet and peaceful, but just a few minutes drive from the motorway. The house was exactly as described and very comfortable for our group of 3 people. Everything worked great- lovely kitchen, powerful shower and a tv with a guest Netflix account. We were disappointed we didn't get a chance to sit outside in the courtyard due to the rain. We would happily return and would recommend to anyone who wants peace and quiet away from town. We had an amazing time at the Airbnb! We received great instructions and the communication with the host was easy and timely! It was amazing that what we chose according to the pictures met our expectations and even surpassed them! The place was very nicely furnished, clean, it had everything we needed and everything that was listed was present! The place was worth it's price because of the location and the comfort it provided! If we visit again, we know where to go!

It's one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in. Mirjam was very sweet and you could tell that it's her passion to make her guests feel welcomed. She went above and beyond our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. Also I cannot not mention the excellent breakfast. It was very filling and thought out. I can't see how you can rate this place anything other that 10/10.

Roy and Meddy's place is perfect for 2 guests: - Bright apartment, very clean, decorated in today's trend, well organized and practical. - The balcony is very nice. - Close to shops, the city center. - The bikes available are a real plus to be able to explore Eindhoven in its entirety. As hosts, Roy and Meddy are also perfect: considerate, welcoming, responsive... Thanks again, it was a real pleasure to spend this weekend at your place.

The stay was very nice, Heleen gave us great tips for eating out and was very friendly and helpful. We were very happy about the bikes we were allowed to use for the two days. We will be happy to come back!

Barts place was awesome. It was a very comfortable space for our purpose of a quick overnight as we passed through the area, and I can see how perfect it would be for any length stay. It has all one needs for a replenish of mind & body.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time in Reckum – and that's mainly thanks to the great host! We were warmly welcomed at check-in and felt comfortable right away. Our host was consistently likeable, incredibly patient and always helpful. Whether it was tips for the area, small concerns or spontaneous questions – he always had an open ear and a solution ready. His competence and serenity really made our stay special. Thanks to him, we were able to fully enjoy our time in Reckum. We can only highly recommend the accommodation and especially the host – we will be happy to come back!

Lucienne welcomed us in a very friendly way. We lacked nothing in the accommodation, especially not beautiful toys for our youngest fellow travelers, who were also very happy about the two cuddly toys in the crib. We had a lovely stay and only regret that the weather was not good enough for a longer stay in the beautiful garden.

Sterre's house was fantastic. Has all the comforts and very clean. A wonderful sofa, wonderful shower and wonderful beds. Her instructions were clear and we even got a nice cake on arrival! Despite the less beautiful weather, we had a great time at restaurants nearby and playing games in the house. I can recommend this stay to anyone!

Perfect location, very clean and organised. Great value for money. Elaine was also very helpful and responsive. I’d stay there again next time I visit Tilburg.

We had a wonderful time, the cottage is very nice and cozy, equipped with every comfort and with a large balcony on the sunny side. The cycling nodes are everywhere. A beautiful environment between the great rivers. Bikes to borrow are available in the shed ( with a swallow's nest) Our stay in one word:: great. Thank👏😀 you Goodbye.

A warm welcome, a nice room (the blue one) a lovely bathroom and a beautiful area where you can eat and drink on both sides of the water. In short, recommended.

The accommodation is not very soundproof, you have to be very careful with the sound, but overall it was worth it for our activity
