Simple and peaceful accommodation in a central location. There is a lot of charm in the velvet apartment of the Red House . The Red House on KJV is the oldest residential house in Horten and was the main house on Horten Gård . The property is located on idyllic Karljohansvern just 150 meters from the beach and the Oslo fjord. It's quiet here , even though the city center is only 1 km away. Karljohansvern has a number of museums and artist studios. It's great to walk straight from the property. Overall a very beautiful area.

The apartment is located in a scenic area with a short distance both to the city and the forest. It is a 3 min drive to grocery stores, bakery and pharmacy. (walking distance 15-20 min). This is a newly renovated basementflat with all fascilities. Situated in a quiet area, only five minuts walk from the oldtown, Kongstenhallen, bus stop and ferry. You must expect to hear noise from the upper floor. You cannot be sensitive to sound. You will be living in walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shoppingand cultural events. The area has many greenlungs to enjoy. Close to footballcourts, tennis, golf, camping, swimmingpool outdoor. The old fortress, foodshoops and plenty more.

Veldig nær Råde idrettsplass hvor det arrangeres mange typer idrettsarrangement, messe og utstillinger. Om sommeren kort vei til sjø og innsjø.
