Casa de amigos (rural location)

Beautiful house with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. You can have total contact if that is a wish due to everything separately and its own entrance and key box. House is cleaned by us according to airb&B. rules ! Important due to uncertainty we can serve/make a breakfast but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pdpp.! The meadow across from the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced and the garden is not fenced.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Our little cottage

A detached, bright and spacious cottage for 1-4 people, e.g. for a family. The cottage has a cozy living room, kitchen with dining area and bedroom with double bed with adjoining bathroom. On the sleeping loft (accessible with a ladder) there are two mattresses for e.g. children from 4 years. The "older bedroom" is spacious enough for a baby cot. At the back a private terrace, at the front you overlook the property with loose poultry, flower pots and various seats.

't Ganzennest : In the outskirts of the 8 castles village Vorden is this fully furnished detached cottage. Due to its location it is ideal for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated downstairs or cooled by an aircondioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in the winter. There may be an electric radiator. In short, enjoy in this beautiful environment. Not suitable for the disabled. Without breakfast.

As mentioned, the studio is on the outskirts of the village and you are within a hundred passes between the meadows and the beautiful outdoor area. Atmospheric holiday home in wooded area

The Leemgate is a cozy and cozy holiday home with beautiful views. The house (45 m2) has its own entrance and therefore a lot of privacy. Bikes can be placed and possibly charged in the lockable garden house. The car can be parked next to the house. Outside you can sit comfortably overlooking the meadow. The Pieterpad runs 500m from the house. Vorden is a perfect place to cycle and hike through the beautiful nature along culture and history.

We spent a weekend there with 4 adults and 2 children and it was great. The house is as described and in the photos and everything necessary is available. From cribs to high chairs to toys and firewood. The garden is incredibly beautifully located with direct access to the lake. There are loungers, SUPs, an air mattress, a fire pit and a pizza oven. Only the weather let us down a bit - but Suzan can't do anything about that :)

We had a nice holiday week in this cottage! The fact that the weather was not always good was no obstacle. It is very nice, quiet, and we had a lot of (outside)space. Joanne was really friendly and thoughtful. Sweet that our daughter was allowed to cuddle with the horses! I can very much recommend staying here.

A well-equipped kitchen features black cabinetry and a wooden countertop. Appliances include a kettle and a coffee maker, alongside a gas stove and oven. The area is illuminated with under-cabinet lighting, enhancing functionality. A stainless steel sink is positioned by the window.

They stay was nice and Irene was very helpful. We loved the peacefulness and privacy. We rented bikes for the week at the reception across the main road. A few small suggestions would be hand soap in the bathrooms, extra pillows, fans and a mirror over the 1/2 bath sink. A few light bulbs need to be changed too. But every thing was very clean and tidy. Appreciated the welcoming bottle on the table when we arrived!

While walking the Pieterpad had a very nice stay in this cozy, comfortable cottage. The owner is friendly and helpful. The cottage is complete with beautiful kitchen, bathroom and a nice bed. We enjoyed the wood stove, plunge pool and lovely garden with a visiting squirrel. Highly recommended.

Hilly's house was perfect for our weekend stay in Lochem. It is centrally located and everything is within walking distance. Communication with Hilly and check-in went smoothly. We were even surprised with a welcome drink and a nice message. We would definitely stay here again. :)
