Apartments for Elz - DG

Our 1 room apartment with almost 48 sqm was almost completely renovated in winter 2019. The kitchen is fully equipped with air conditioning and in the new season also with TV. Instead of the bunk bed, they were in the bedroom. 2 single beds furnished next to the double bed. In addition to a new air conditioner, a new 55-inch TV has been installed In the hallway there is a reading corner with couch, which can be pulled out for a 5th person. For 4 guests generous, up to 5 guests possible

The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

Europa Park 11 km away. New accommodation on the ground floor

New 45 m2 accommodation, comfortable and functional, accessible by an entry code. Parking in the private courtyard is free. Located halfway between Strasbourg and Colmar (30 km), you will be 11 km from Europa-Park. To get there, you will take the Rhinau ferry (Ferry 6 min) which will be your first attraction for crossing the Rhine and reaching Germany. * 10% discount on partner bakery/restaurant * The accommodation is air-conditioned * Bedding and towels included

Stay with a king

! Europapark is an 8-minute drive (6 km) accessible! Parking is available free of charge next to the house. A nicely furnished semi-basement apartment with lots of sleeping options, stylishly furnished, bright. The whole property is equipped with floor heating. Shopping for daily needs Edeka nearby (2-minute drive). The A5 highway can be reached in 2 minutes by car. France is 8 minutes away from the free French ferry. Freiburg is 25 minutes away.

Modern living in Rust just a 10-minute walk from the main entrance of Europa-Park. Here you will find everything you need for a good start in the day: A fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and a bakery 100 meters away that is open on every day. A special feature is the rain shower, which gives you a first kick in the day. After an exciting day at Europa-Park, you can relax in the cosy beds and look back on the highlights of the day.

Quiet granny apartment in Offenburg

The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk to the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a nice pedestrian zone and surroundings worth seeing. Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa-Park or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the property in public parking lots (for a fee Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm). Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.

Air-conditioned self check-in apartment + box spring bed

Modern and newly designed one-room apartment near Europa-Park. The apartment is centrally located connected to a train station and a bus stop. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. Parking for cars is available directly in front of the property. EuropaPark is only 15 minutes away from the property by public transport. The accommodation is also equipped for longer stays with an equipped kitchenette and washing machine.

Apartment SiNa (Rust, Europapark)

Apartment SiNa is located in the basement of our single-family house with separate access. It is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, a large bed 1 '80 x 2' 80 m as well as a sofa bed 1.40 x 2.00 m. Europa-Park as well as the newly opened Rulantica fun pool are each reachable in about 15 minutes. Europapark tickets and/or Rulantica must be purchased online in advance.
