We had an awesome time at Lance and Marcy's farm! The cabin is so cute and stocked with activities. Lance gave us a full tour of the farm and we got to meet all of the animals (there are many!). He also has some very cool hobbies and antiques that he was happy to share with us. If that wasn’t enough, Lance and Marcy are truly amazing hosts and people. We had car troubles on our way out and they were so generous and went out of their way to help us. We were treated like family and we ended up having the best time of our two week trip in our two nights with them! We would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back ourselves! :)

We really enjoyed the home. Short drive to downtown Warren and easy access to lots of PA Wilds sites. The home is dated but very comfortable and was extremely clean, even when compared to much pricier rentals. Extra kudos for being dog friendly!

House rules may be a lil on the strict side. I didn't mind washing the dishes (didn't use much) and taking out the trash. Expecting paying guests to sweep though is a bit much. The cleaning fees were, however, pretty low. Give and take I guess.

Beautiful place. The walk up the stairs is no joke but great apartment. Warm and inviting. Need a few things in the kitchen to make cooking easier. It was 20 degrees outside but you couldn't tell inside. The heater in the living room was very warm and they put out nice looking space heaters, just in case. I was sent directions with pictures on how to find the entrance that was very helpful (even though I initially misplaced that document). Host was very responsive and called as soon as I messaged him to let him know I needed help. He even helped when we left something in the apartment after checkout. He was able to find the item and hold on to it until we were able to go back the next day and get it.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy and impeccably clean home. The place was spotless upon arrival, which made settling in so comfortable. One of the standout features was the stunning river view—absolutely beautiful to wake up to, even in the rain. The house is well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, from a fully stocked kitchen to extra blankets and everything in between. We especially appreciated the collection of board games, which made for some fun indoor evenings when the weather didn’t cooperate. Although the rain kept us from enjoying many of the local outdoor activities, it's clear the area has a lot to offer—we're already planning a return trip to explore the nearby trails and riverfront spots. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway, rain or shine!
