A Perfect Outdoor Retreat For Couples or Outdoor Enthusiasts! Finished in pine, this cabin says nothing but the outdoors and Adirondacks. The kitchen, living room, sun room and bathroom occupy the first floor, while "two cozy bedrooms can be found on the second floor". The cabin is fully furnished with everything you’ll need for cooking, sleeping and relaxing. It also offers an amazing view of the river that can be seen everywhere. Sorry, no pets of any kind allowed at the cabin!

My niece was graduating from SUNY Potsdam and we were looking for a place close by to stay as a family. I'm so glad we booked Shayne's house. It was a great location - just 30 min from Potsdam. My niece said it eased her anxiety to stay here with the family before graduation. I actually wish we could have stayed longer. It was such a peaceful location and everything was so comfortable. We felt at home as soon as we walked in.

A wooden ceiling features exposed beams and a ceiling fan with dark blades and a central light fixture. A mounted deer head adds a rustic touch to the space, creating a connection with nature.

It was conveniently located near an Amish stand to buy some canned and baked goodies! It was clean and had everything we needed to make our weekend special! My stay at Amanda and Brian’s home was truly the best. The moment I walked in and saw those stunning floor to ceiling windows, with trees and nature surrounding me, I felt such a sense of calm. It was exactly what I needed so peaceful, so quiet. Amanda and Brian couldn’t have been more thoughtful with their restaurant recommendations; the food was amazing. Honestly, I felt a little sad leaving. I’m already hoping for another visit soon another chance to escape the chaos of the city and soak in that serenity again. It was a five-star experience in every way.
