Located a couple-minute walk to a semi-private sandy beach, you can swim in the crystal clear, shallow water of the St. Clair River’s South Channel while watching freighters pass by. Enjoy fishing or watching sunsets from our North Channel dock or one of the several DNR access points throughout the island.

Later, head out your door and explore the many antique shops on Broadway or visit the various Parks, Shops and Restaurants along the river. Have kids? we are situated conveniently between the City Beach and Harbor Park. When the day is done, sit around the fire pit on the water and recap your great day.

We have an eclectic decor,with a great balcony view of the St.Clair river. Just relax and watch the freighters and pleasure boats go by. If your looking for lunch or finer dining we are just blocks from Gars (with their famous 1# burgers) and brew; The Fish Company is walking distance with their new addition up stairs with expansive balcony, and oh did I mention they have great food. The Little Bar is just a small drive about 10 + block south of town with amazing dining and drinks. No pets

Fish from the seawall! NOTE: While we don't by default allow pets, we will consider dogs under certain conditions. Please tell us your situation!

Perfect for romantic retreat, or a group of friends nature getaway.There is NO washroom at the cottage.The washroom facilities are in the tackroom in the barn and the ONLY shared space. It's a lovely camp like setting enjoyable year-round.

Harsens Island has many different hunting opportunities for the waterfowl hunter; 3,355 acres of strictly managed waterfowl habitat that is part of the largest freshwater delta in the United States.

It can harbor a family or group of friends. Our place is perfectly situated to accommodate fishing in the nearby waters. Boat launches nearby. We offer parking on premises, enough for two trucks and boats, with trailers, or multiple cars, and an outlet for charging purposes!
