Full kitchen with range, fridge, dishwasher; all pots & pans, etc. provided. The bathroom has a tub with shower and washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a very large walk-in closet. Neighborhood is upper middle class, safe, clean, nice. Near Kroger, Wal-Mart, downtown. All are welcome.

There are two full bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Nearby is Kilgore College, Synergy Park and Meadowbrook Park (3-4 minutes) each with shaded walking trails. Newly remodeled and ready for you! This adorable 2/1 house is located just south of Kilgore College with easy access to Business 259 and all that Kilgore has to offer. It is about 20 minutes from Longview and 30 minutes from Tyler. It has a queen bed, day bed with a trundle, large sofa, overstuffed chair and a dining area with seating for 4. There is also a stacked, full size washer and dryer in the carport storage room. Relax on the outdoor patio in the adirondack chairs.
